I cannot express how excited I was to discover that a pringles lid fits exactly onto this glass jar I like to keep filled with water for various art needs but haven't been able to in a long time because boxelder bugs keep killing themselves in it

#I don't want to keep the cork lid on because I don't want condensation to make it moldy #it's red right now because I was doing calligraphy brush stuff with red ink #I empty/ wash/ refill it when it gets used too much but SO often I just need like... to dip a hard-starting fountain pen a tiny bit #or to rinse a a dip pen or a brush I've only used a little bit #I don't have a sink down here so washing and emptying/ filling water is sort of A Whole Thing #and a huge adhd barrier when I want to use a watercolor Right Now without it being A Whole Thing #I HAD a mason jar with a screw-top lid for a little while but that kept growing? algae?? and/or like. mold???#I have no idea why but I've never had that problem with this jar 🤔 uh knock on wood I guess #about me
