Arin, Sora, Wyldfyre and Riyu find themselves time-travelled back to the pilots, at the exact same time as the Wrong Place, Wrong Time Ninja. There's now new obstacles in the way of keeping the timeline intact and Arin doesn't actually know what happened back before the Ninja team formed.
