it’s just one of those parts of having an online shop that you get used to. fighting to the death with the customer’s address to try and get it right
#I'll message people when I really fuckin can't figure it out or if usps slingshots the package back at me#but most of the time I can usually google the address and fix it THAT way#sergle answers#there's no point being a Piss Baby abt it though bc most of the time it's an honest mistake on the part of the customer#and I suspect sometimes that it's autofill's fault. like someone will type part of their address and it'll autocomplete#and then it doesn't actually fill in the fields so they just have the Incomplete address that they THOUGHT autofilled#which is how you get addresses that are just (number) but without the street or apartment or po box next to the number#also sometimes you can tell the customer is like 15 and they've maybe only ordered items to their address like two times ever#and don't fully know how to write it#BUT i'm still allowed to think it's funny
