Daileas' older sibling and the original heir of the Gile Seilear, Leitis sealed their fate once word reached their younger brother's ears that they planned to ice him out after their father had passed and the family's fortune was securely in their hands.

Keeping his knowledge of their plan a secret, Daileas schemed and later essentially got the drop on his older sibling. He spiked their drink with a paralytic and killed them. After injuring himself to divert suspicion, Daileas covered the murder up to both his father and society at large by pinning it as another casualty due to the chaos that was currently plaguing Unseelie.

Daileas doesn't think much of his sibling now, and why would he? They were merely another stepping stone on his path to the success he enjoys now.
