Thinking every day about how juicy this dynamic would've been between Demetri and Eli after Eli changed sides, like

Yes, you're right, "I'd kill for you – please, ask me to kill for you" is a fun relationship dynamic, but where's the love for the classic attack-dog power dynamic reversal? I'd have thought Tumblr would be all over that one, too. The old "I'll kill for you – and kill, and kill, and kill, if needs be – but first you have to tell me exactly what it is you want. From a moral standpoint he really IS NOT better than Eli #bc Demetri has outright stated he refrains from violence for selfish reasons (i.e. not wanting to get in trouble + lack of confidence)#rather than moral reasons (i.e. actually being against hitting people in of itself)#I wanna see Eli eagerly offer to hurt people for Demetri #and Demetri having to reckon with the fact that like...oh!
