I believe it's the opposite, actually. Whisper of the Heart is the first movie, with The Cat Returns being the sequel. In Whisper, it's implied that the book the main character is writing is The Cat returns. There's some fun little easter eggs in there tho, especially if you've seen The Cat Returns first.

Eddie's been looking at you like that all night.

Disarming eyes staring into your soul, like they know all of your secrets. Maybe he does, and if he doesn't, it makes you want to tell him them all — about the way he made your heart race, about why you'd never let him kiss you for longer than a moment, scared that you'd let yourself go too far, about how you much you wanted to let yourself go, but you couldn't.

Lest he sees you for who you are, lest he sees too much and decides to look away. Maybe he has, maybe you'd shown too much already.

You don't mind it all too much, come to think of it. Not when he looks at you like that.

"Hey," cold fingers touch your chin softly, just enough to guide your gaze back to his, bringing you back from your reverie, "where did you go?"

"Nowhere." You say, but your eyes drift to his lips, and back to his glinting eyes, then back to his lips, betraying your answer.

"Really?" He asks, drifting closer. "Not thinking about kissing me, then?"

Your breathing falters, but you don't. Eddie makes you brave, you decide, for his own braveness is contagious. Captivating, like the electric current that drew you to him.

You lean forward, pressing a kiss to his lips. A first in your brief relationship, and it you let yourself linger, taking his bottom lip between yours, savoring the feeling. Eddie remains still, but you can feel him smiling against your lips.

"I'm always thinking about kissing you."

It's no more than a whisper, and you don't meet his eyes as you say it. Then, his hands touch the sides of your face, once again gently forcing you to look at him.

"Can I tell you a secret?"

You nod, unconsciously holding onto him by the wrists, the comforting warm feeling of his jacket under your cold hands.

He lowers his forehead to rest on yours, his voice matching your whisper. "I'm always thinking about kissing you too."

In that breath you share, sitting closely at the back of his van, not an inch separating you, you don't mind being seen. Not when he kisses you like that.

Im having a Tyler thot at 9am

So a while back there was this thing going around about how guys can feel your.......heartbeat on their crotch......when you sit on their lap

So imagine having a BBQ in yours and Tyler's backyard with his friends, its late in the evening and everyone is full with good food and a couple beers surrounded by a campfire. Just chatting and having a good time

You're sitting in Tyler's lap, slightly tired from the excitement of the day but incredibly worked up from watching tyler man the grill and tossing a football around with the boys

Tyler is listening to the chatter, mindlessly rubbing his thumb against your hips. Feeling his hands on you, you start thinking about his hand traveling up your skirt and rubbing you through your panties.

While you're deep in your imagination, you don't notice how your hand that was resting on the back of Tyler's neck is now running through Tyler's hair, slightly pulling it and releasing it, causing Tyler to grip your hip and his other hand nearly squeezing the can of beer hes been nursing. You don't notice how you're shifting in his lap to ease the increasing throbbing between your legs.

But Tyler can feel it. He can feel it and his chest swells with pride and lust knowing that you need him just as much as he needs you.

He looks at you for a moment, there's a dazed far off look in your eye, innocent. No one but him would be able to tell what you're fantasizing about.

He kisses your jaw, lightly nipping on it to get your attention. You come to and look back at him, letting out a shuddering breath when you realize what you've been doing.

He leans against your ear, kissing that sweet spot underneath it before whispering, "soon as everyone leaves, my little firecracker, I'm all yours." He presses another kiss to your neck and goes back to the conversation around the campfire. But not before placing his cowboy hat on your head.

Its time to start thinking of a way to get everyone to leave.

what i would give to sit in this man's lap and get kisses from him and a promise of some fun later? the lil detail of the cowboy hat is EXTRA cute and devastating in the best way. he gets up all casual to talk to his friends knowing full well ur having a crisis over there. no doubt he throws you little winks when he makes eye contact w/ you from across the way. he knows what's on your mind now.

when the guests finally leave, tyler sits back down on one of the longer cushier chairs and beckons for you to come join him. "where were we?" he asks and kisses you softly, then deepens it. now it's a tangle of limbs and scrambling to unbuckle belts and unzipper pants, the need to be w/ each other is strong. the pent up need was about to break you both.

the campfire is now glowing embers; and the fire he's ignited in you has just begun to burn.

I did go check with the original japanese and it also says "Someone who's like a sister" (姉のような人). I can see that in a "I'm not interested in you so you're like a sister" type of way so I wouldn't take it literally, they weren't raised together cause Milsiril wasn't able to take her in, they're just childhood friends.

I've been following you for years, and I love your art. Seeing you repost your older art pieces reminded me how much I loved the angry, bitter, miserable Machete art and how it resonated with me... but a part of me is also so happy to see the current art of him being happy. these took longer than they should have fghsdgs

apart from the others’ eyes, megumi’s favourite physical trait abt yuuji is his back/shoulders; yuuji’s favourite physical trait abt megumi r his hands

megumi used to be a picky-ish eater but having yuuji cooking for him stomped the pickiness out of him. he still doesn’t have a very big appetite but food is one of yuuji’s love languages so megumi will try anything he makes at least once 

megumi doesn’t know how to ask for things (read: affection) but yuuji gets really good at reading his non-verbal cues 

they bicker and tease each other a lot but don’t all-out Fight often. When they do yuuji is the one to apologize first 

megumi initiates their first kiss . it’s spur of the moment and after a big event (a brush with death, a nightmare, a heart-to-heart) where his emotions are running high n clouding his judgement and all he sees is yuuji There and he goes for it without thinking. Immediately mortified at his own actions afterwards n tries to stutter an apology before yuuji shuts him up by kissing him again :)
