India is so much about contrasts. The speedboat, the dingy. The mass crowds under the gateway, private view on the side. The colourful clothes, dusty dirt streets. Extreme honking, but each car, bus, tuktuk, cart, person, even cow unhurried at its own pace. The food, the tastes, then some extreme smells and local bellies. Frustrating to some, mystical for others it remains one of my favourite places and decidedly #incredibleindia ... Panki . Sprouts. Pomegranate. Chutney. #Panki have only had it here, thinly steamed rice flour with mustard seeds, garlic and spices. Which would be similar to a #cheungfun in dimsum.
