I want to look at Amber Heard from a different perspective, now that the whole Johny Depp debacle is over and everyone finally sees it as what it was: a man overpowering a woman. However, she is not just any woman, but a bisexual, a thing that I kept forgetting, because of the amount of men she dated.

I saw this picture and something arose in me, a particular, personal anger:

She gets traumatized by men physically and mentally, then runs to a woman (another lesbian to be more specific) to be happy. What the fuck are we as lesbians?! Support animals?!

Not only that, she used surrogacy to have that child. That level of individuality, carelessness and selfishness.

I’m still skeptical of what happened between her and her ex-wife Tasya Van Ree (also a lesbian). Amber was arrested for domestic violence, then both of them said it was a misunderstanding. I do not discard the potential that something of that kind still took place. Bisexuals usually get more “bold” when it comes to lesbians, but they become the victims of men. Their behavior changes by the virtue of just being around men as well: meek, docile. With lesbians they try to be dominant and commanding, they pull the macho shit very often. This is just the case of another bisexual, nothing more. Another bisexual who got victimized by a man and her herself might’ve victimized a woman in the past.

let's break this down.

All we know about Depp is that he had a substance addiction

we also know that he has a history of violent outbursts, some of which he has gotten in legal trouble for. we also know that he's a pedophile who groomed 17-year-old winona ryder and tried to get her parents to let him marry her. we also know that he's been abusive around multiple exes, fx throwing bottles at ellen barkin. we also know that he fantasized about murdering and then raping heard. we also know he's besties with a whole host of other abusers such as marilyn manson and harvey weinstein. etc.

and his being violent was based only on Amber's testimony

apart from the multiple known cases of depp's violence outside his relationship with heard, there were also multiple witnesses in the virginia trial who saw depp's aggression and/or the injuries he inflicted, and depp confessed to physical violence multiple times.

You're also ignoring how Depp is literally a victim of domestic abuse.

when he was a kid, yeah. that doesn't excuse him going on to perpetrate it on a completely unrelated person.

She knew no one would believe him.

And that proof that he "is a violent man" is based on a recording of him having just lost his mother, who meant more than entire world to him, and was grieving. He wasn't being violent towards Amber. He was being self-destructive.

one of the most infuriating productions of the depp pr machine is people who see themselves as fighting for disbelieved minority groups or something (men who are victims of women) believing the false narrative that heard abused her ex wife. this hinged on the idea that cops with the right identity politics suddenly are more credible than lesbian and bisexual women they police. this is, mind you, based on an arrest that depp's team vindictively dug up after it had been removed from her record. in response to her continued friendship with heard, depp has defaced van ree's art to say "van pee," called van ree a "fucking hovering vulture,"(page 50) called heard someone with "matronliness as a lesbian camp counsellor"(page 247) - and these are just statements that are undisputed because they're in writing; depp tried to deny the second one and state that it didn't matter since he never "uttered" the words out loud.

johnny depp was jealous and possessive of heard around many people, including other women, including, specifically, her ex-wife. he took the experience of a young amber heard who considered herself married to another woman in a time before gay marriage was legal, took the experience of what it was like to be policed, to feel like you were being targeted by the police for your sexuality, specifically, and twisted it into being somehow a compelling and undisputed case of abuse in the minds of the public. he took her ex who was so close with her it made him pissed off and said her voice didn't matter and actually she was a victim. because of this fucking ridiculous arrest where all charges were dropped. it's bewildering that anyone could even dream of holding tasya van ree against heard, whilst still thinking they're participating in some form of social justice

There is no evidence that Johnny Depp was ever abusive to her. She blatantly lied about having severe injuries; she cannot produce a single medical record or even a photo of her with bruises. There is a lot of evidence that she was abusive, including photos of a bruised Johnny, the medical records of his severed fingertip, witnesses who saw her abuse him and recordings of her admitting to it.

She has a history of abusing others. She was arrested for assaulting her girlfriend Tasya Van Ree, her assistant Kate James testified that Amber abused her, her sister's friend Jennifer Howell gave a statement saying that Whitney admitted to her that Amber beat her up and Elon Musk was seen with a black eye when they were dating and described her as a toxic nightmare in his biography.

Why anyone believes this woman with a long history of abusing people wasn't the abuser, I don't know. It seems very obvious to me.
