#first day i took meds i felt.. nothing. and then only slept 1hour that night [had coffee that evening like a fool assuming thats why]#today though. 2nd day [took none over the weekend]. im weirdly tired. cannot stop yawning#i got a normal amount of sleep last night.. like i woke up for an hour in the middle but i still got 8 hrs total#sleep debt thing maybe#i slept 12 hours saturday night and 8 hrs last night but maybe that wasnt enough#alternatively the meds could be making me sleepy i guess. but they didn't the first time so
