Ghost king au is fun and all but I love the comedy of Danny just being some young ghost who doesn't even have to kill his opponents, he just captures and releases them instead like:

Danny: leave Amity alone!

Ghost of the week: You can't tell me what to do!

Danny: Yeah but I can make you >:(

and after a fight montage proceeds to soup them up

Like, he's so strong it doesn't matter if he permanently deals with them because they aren't that big of a deal (obviously we know that's not canonically true but it's a fun idea)
