absolute dvd player odyssey still not over
second, less bulky scart to hdmi converter cable arrived, the power cord is too short to plug it into the outlet 🙃
now to find a longer micro USB to USB cable and a charging block to go into the outlet...
#at this point it'd be cheaper to buy a completely new dvd player that doesn't need any converters to work with current TVs lmao#also turns out my father didn't buy that dvd player but actually dug it up from the remaining pile of scrap electronics#because he used to dumpster dive 20+ years ago. repair and resell on ebay whatever he found. etc.#and that dvd player is from those times apparently. huh. makes sense it only has a scart connection. was the standard back then.
