I like to think Tibby's Mom (hc name is Harmony) is like. Super sweet but in an overbearing way. I think she comes on too strong, and often in a way that boxed and enabled some of Tibby's worse behaviors, you know... Her sweet baby boy could do no wrong! And that's why he needed to face character development on earth, and becomes really grateful for this experience.

Like Tibby isn't seen enough by his mom I think, not parenting enough for him to grow, while simultaneously helicoptering him in a way? Since he's a prince. In my head canon she goes hysterical when Tibby falls,, she's a momma after all!!!!!

Besides, as all knowing Harmony claims to be from being, the, goddess... she's a bit airheaded and ditsy. She's not that good at being a governor of her people or anything either. People tend to need to pick up after her, but I think to an extent they can forgive this... She has a lot on her shoulders, a literal storm raging inside her mind
