vastgiver is my oc third vast attempt x my friend's oc lifegiver, hehe, both are iterators (rain world robots).. silly guys.. getting derailed already but. how wild is it that weve just!! been existing together for such a time!! like three years?? idk but. weve known each other for such a time!! n youve known fousek for that long as well... my boy fousek... Our boy fousek... wild tome...

so! vastgiver. tva, my beloved asshole tva, and lifegiver talked one time before meeting puppet to puppet. it was just your normal chat, asking about how lifegivers doing and what his whole deal is. a budding friendship, perhaps..? WRONG. tva then tried to kill his local group (comprised of two other iterator ocs of mine) (bg gave him access to their security systems, for reasons that would take long ot explain, which if youre interested in i would tell you but this is a vastgiver post hehe, and, then once tva had that access, he turned off their water supply, for funsies! bg and ui share their can), who then sent out an emergency broadcast all 'AHH HELP WERE BEING KILLED' and of course many iterators heard that. two other iterators from my friends went over to ui and bgs can to help them, and one other friend's oc went over to tva's can to laugh at him. and then lifegiver.

lifegiver made his presence very much known. he started drilling through tva's can with a gigantic mechanical beast, which is like, imagine someone drilling through you. imagine meeting your partner like that. lifey was especially mad because tva's doings reminded him of a personal experience he had with his local group.

he was soo angry, and, eventually, drilled his way into tva's chamber (where his puppet/body resides). he came out of his beast, yelled at tva and my other friends oc (who he was also angry at bc vivi wasnt helping at all and was rather annoying) a bit and then STABBED tva through the head!!! imapled him!!! and then tva umm. hehe. the first bud of their romance sprouted

'Itd be super hot if we kissed right now' my guy theres blood all over you and lifey is gonna for sure stab you again. tvas thought process was 'hey if hes gonna kil me i can at least make him feel as uncomfortable as possible' . anyway. this startled lifey. he didn't expect this, naturally.

'Your poncho is quite fashionable' yea sure tva whatever just die already. then lifey says 'you disgust me so much i hate you just fucking die id kill you right now i will kill you' . and at this point tva was so intrigued by lifey that he said, hey, if you let me live i'll umm not kill those two! how does that sound . and ofc lifey said Yes. so 👍they tva used this as a way to convince lifey to stay and talk with him a bit. and they talk. not about feelings but like, how cool and swag lifegiver is, tva praises him a whole bunch . n then tva is like Hey my can will collapse anyway from the damage youve done lol, and lifey fucking!!! says that his friend could fix him!!! like tva is just like 'ohhhh youre so swag and a hot babe youre so swag' and lifey already starts to get feelings for him . hilarious to me. of course this meant nothing to tva in the moment. then, uh oh, tva has lost too much blood! lifey goes over to him n just, holds him and chats with him as this puppet of his dies, ea comes and is like Hey i stole your fucking ball idiot. and tva goes nooo not my ball!! and dies. and lifey is sad about it.. holds his puppet so gently.. then ofc tva had other puppets prepared, so, he just woke up in another one, went back to lifey, hung out with him some more, their bond deepened, lifey even fuckinggg said 'i love you' !!!! im not kididng you.. tva calls lifey all kinds of silly nicknames, one of them being 'lifey wifey' which makes lifey almost as mad as he was when threatening to kill him. n then they nap for two cycles and lifey has to leave.

and then umm. 👍well tva's can falls . he sends out a broadcast which is him going FUCK THIS SUCKS. LIFEY HELP n lifey Does help he comes over to the wreckage of his can and ressurects him and tva realizes, oh, this loser really does love me, huh. n cries and sobs and they hug and hehe lifey takes her to his can:3 so that she'd be safe from danger .. then they go on a silly little date where they KISSY

they KISSY!!! and tva also met lifeys little brother.. n before that she also met some of his slugs, which lifey introduced tva to as his 'mate' bc he didnt know how else to, bc that was the only yword the slugs iunderstood, and hee theyre so silly tva was teasing him so much the whole time even before that. this is al happening in like the span of 30 cycles btw. which is, like 30 days, say. can oyu believe this.

after that umm they go back home and lifey says that hes prepared a room for tva in his city and tva says he'll find it himself and hes like Fuck Fuck Fuck this guy really cares for me Fuck so he goes and rips out a part of his core.👍gives himself a little ol lobotomy... to forget he ever did anything wrong.. lifeys overseer sees but doesnt act immediatly. tva has a litlte ol nap.

and man i really like what comes next. so. lifey after a few cycles goes and cuddles with tva, tells him ohh i love you so much. and he knows what tva did t this point, or suspects, at least. and tva is sooo happy. n then lifey touches his ribcage and notices its been opened n is like. hey did you open your ribcage. and tva goes haha no. n lifey displays the overseer photos and goes what the fuck is this then. huh. complete shift in tone. i love him. umm then they fight🧡this small arc ends with lifey getting tva another core.

then uhh . um. hehe. uhh. they fight bc its revealed to the publc that lifey saved tva. and lifey is upset about this ofc. and tva comes to visit him, they fight, lthey both ell a bunch ateach other, tva storms out but then storms back in n shows his core and yells If you really hate me that much then just destroy my core and kill me!! and umm . lifey damages his own puppet severely👍tva manages to fix him . n umm . stuff happens, lifey gets sad and tva proposes to make him feel better. were at 60 cycles at most here, dude. two months.

lifye says yes and!! thast whats happening in the rp rn:D!!! tvheyre getting married!!!! dude theyre getting married!!! in the middle of the vwedding tva just. fucking. fucked it up. "hey what if you wanna divorce me later. what if i kill again. what if i told you i liked killing them. haha jk. unless." but theyve resolved it👍

care for a death? - my darling favorite child of an au. My edling Hades au. This one-shot is only 2k and honestly an odd one out next to all my other longfic works, buuut, it's super cute and loosely establishes the grounds for a more extensive au if anyone's interested in further exploring it (in the 14k sequel hehe). I'd like to think I characterized edling very well with their new backstories in mind! And there's not nearly enough flustered Ling content in the world.

Reliable Conclusion - yet another edling pride and joy of mine! This time a Monkie Kid au, and this one actually follows my more "canon" take on edling (or, well, Ed), so this can serve as a very nice appetizer to my characterization of them in Crown. I also put a lot of effort into the bg world-building and the casting! It has a nice blend of romantic (well, queerplatonic to me) and platonic too, with edling and greedling respectively! I also finally take a crack at my guilty pleasure of Ed & Lust being besties too~ 03 my beloved you were SO real for redeeming her. All in all this fic captures a ton of my trademarks!

Falling Impressions - last but not least RIVALSHIPPING! Yes, yes, I do write outside of edling from time to time, and Yugi/Kaiba are esp a love of mine. This fic was written before I completely fell into longfics, so it's also a shorter work, but it's cute and captures some of my favorite tropes of gruff characters softening for their loved ones! Which is... quite the common trope that I find myself writing. Ehe.

Well, first, I'd need to cry—but after that!

A Crown with Gems and Gold - yeah, OBV my edling magnum opus is going on this list. Crown is my first (published) fic to breach 100k and SO much heart and soul went into it, from the rewriting of the plot to the established relationship to the blessed whump; this fic has been a goddamn test of my love, for better or worse. But by god if I don't adore it to pieces. It has all the tropes I love and it's so shamelessly catered to ME. It's truly my pride and joy. I dunno where I'd be without it, considering I've spent the better part of a year now cracking at it.

We'll Be a Sweet Disaster - this fic is def one of my lesser known ones but it means THE ENTIRE WORLD TO ME, OKAY. Stalia is one of my favorite ships to this day and this fic specifically was my first successful crack at a longfic canon rewrite, one of my favorite genres. S4 of Teen Wolf was particularly my favorite because of Stalia and I just. I love them so much. And I'm honestly still so proud of the work I did here, even if it's notably older in terms of writing style.

Apple of Your Eye - yet another canon rewrite, this time of sk8! This one is esp dear to me tho because I finally got to write a darkfic for the first time. And by god was it SO FUN. I was honestly afraid that I'd overdone it with the dark aspects in this fic, but so many people commented on loving it FOR those aspects and I just. I've never felt that much love and support on a fic of mine before, honestly. It boosted my confidence by MILES and ultimately pushed me to pursue my other guilty pleasures! It was soooo worth slaving through Ramadan for it.

15. Which three fics were sleeper hits?

Okay so how I understood "sleeper hit" was as a fic that unexpectedly got popular, or took a while before it abruptly skyrocketed. That being said:

Apple of Your Eye - THIS FIC, HOLY SHIT. I posted it back in 2023 long after the sk8 hype had died down honestly, and given the prompt of the fic (a roleswap with Reki as Adam's object of obsession rather than Langa), I wasn't expecting it to get popular either. I felt lucky that I'd get even 2k hits or any comments at all. As of its stats today, it has 13k hits and. Way more comments and bookmarks than I can even wrap my head around. Idek how this happened tbh, like did someone just go around reccing the fic?? Was sk8 experiencing a resurgence I didn't know of? Either way, this fic continues to top my yearly fic stats.

What Sort of Imminent Threat - now this one. This one I had even LESS expectations for because—it's a fic about a musical, ffs. Who's gonna read that? Not many, at first! I wrote this fic loooong before the Ocean Saga (3rd out of 9) even released, so reception was predicably low at the start. But then. Then the UNDERWORLD SAGA happened. And the fic really exploded then, because ig we all needed collective sanctuary from the angst that was that goddamn saga. And then everything after was just pure trauma after trauma so. I'm not surprised when the numbers spike anymore lmao.

Mother(ghost) of Mine - THIS fic is the one I'm still most skeptical and embarrassed by, buuuut, yeah, I wrote this DP fic all the way back in 2020—and it was painfully self-indulgent. Like, in a way I was still anxious about, even as I was posting the fic. It didn't help my expectations that this fic was just. A series of fluffy one-shots. No real plot to be seen (which is most certainly not my brand anymore, and I find myself bored of that genre in fact). And yet, somehow, to this day, I am still getting comments and hits and the numbers just keep racking up. Not that I'm complaining, ofc, but it's just... extremely bizarre. Esp given the DP fandom tends to favor soul-crushing angst instead of fluff lmao. And this oddball is in fact my most popular fic still today. (Crown is looking to top it soon tho 👀.)

Were you ever abandoned in a public place as a child? Where? Abandoned is a pretty harsh word lol. My parents did like playing pranks on me and hide whenever I’d get distracted at the grocery or department store. They’d let me get nervous or even tear up for a bit until showing up again.

Have you ever been under general anaesthetic? What were you having done? I think so? When I had a tooth extraction done on me two years ago I was told I was going to be injected with anaesthesia, but I didn’t feel as if anything changed throughout the procedure. Either my dentist told me fake news lol or he’s just really good at his job for me to not notice anything.

How do you show the ones you love affection? It depends on the person. Around my friends, I know I’ve had taken a liking to them once I start getting especially talkative with them. For people I have even deeper relationships with, I like...buying them gifts, I guess. Getting them things that remind me of them. I was wondering how you were doing :) Oh no no nonono :( It isn't as cold where I live here but I still caught the flu 🤢 (or idk how the doctor called it because I was so tired and in my bubble that I have no idea what he talked about) but don't worry, I'm feeling a lot better now thanks to the medicine woohoo! and i wish i had a tip to give for cold hands and feet but i suffer from it as well </3 i try to wear as many layers of clothes as possible and hope for the best :(

i feel you, so much! even though i bias yeonjun, taehyun & beomgyu are like this close to taking his place (well, not really but they hold a special place in my heart) 💟 yes, taehyun's pink hair is such a good look on him. just like soobin's blonde hair. i thought i wouldn't like it because i prefer blonde hair on gg members more than bgs but i was surprised o: he really does pull it off! sorry, sometimes i pretend i'm a hairstylist when i find an idol with a hairstyle/colour i like 💕

When you said you were on season 9, I was like ALREADY?! but then i remember that in one night you can finish half a season to a season depending on how much time you have. oh and i forgot you started watching the show a few months ago so it's not like you started it last week (that would have been impressive, but a little worrying hehe) i've watched, i think only the first two seasons of glee because it appeared on tv and i wanted to know what the show was about but then i dropped it because it became too much too fast. but i kind of like sue's character. wouldn't know how to explain it but she added a nice touch to the show. but then the character became repetitive :/ that's a pity because you can do so much with the villain of a show :(

I don't remember the tumblr post but like the mutuals' hyperfixations are such a joy to watch 💗 It's like sitting with your friend and listening to them get excited over things they enjoy 💖 as for me, i've been wanting to watch summer strike for a while now because it seems like the kind of drama that I'd enjoy but I have the attention span of a goldfish (and that is an insult to the entire species because i can't focus for too long) but i will watch it, one day! hopefully?
