ok so. there's 25 days til christmas, 18 days til usps shipping deadlines. mom wants a "plain black hat" and that's fine, that's a day or two, i'm ordering the yarn now. r wants "three pairs of socks", also fine. i ran out of yarn for the toe of the first pair, but that'll be here saturday, and then i've got maybe 10 rounds to go. i'm turning the heel on the first sock of the second pair today. everything is fine.
