I think my decision to watch Les Misérables 1998 was a bad one 😂
anyway, all adaptations are just reimagining. And sometimes, you just... change the characterization. It's fine 😐
#also javert is dubbed by the guy who dubbed tos!spock. i can't escape tos 😂#leni's nonsense#this will probably take me some time. i'm not gonna finish it tonight. tomorrow we celebrate my birthday so maybe tomorrow evening#or monday. depends how engaging it is#but it's also only two hours instead of six so...#but if this one turns out to be bad then i can watch the musical and maybe that one won't feel as bad in comparison#and then i'll watch other french adaptations
