sorry i cant move on from the great camping trip of 1914 here are some headcanons:

greed cant drive. hes so pissed about this. he tries to learn and hes just so shit. this is part of the reason they ditch cars and just walk everywhere.

ling however, could drive. he hasnt learnt, but if he did, he could do it, and do it well.

sometimes heinkel and darius forget their boss is not actually a fifteen year old human like he looks, and end up fathering him. "get you feet off the table" "wash your hands before dinner" "put your seatbelt on" "stop picking up stones and keeping them you dont need it"

after a while, when greed starts warming up to ling more, he stops not wanting to let him out bc he thinks ling would run off, but rather hes (somewhat) afraid of ling getting hurt, especially since he cant use the ultimate shield. totally bc he doesnt want to waste the stones energy, not any concern about the prince, no way haha.

at some point during edwards growth spurt he has to give up on using winrys leg and swap to a more regular prosthetic, though he doesnt stop carrying winrys work around (not just bc she'd kill him for losing it)
