Ichiya: so what have you been doing Murasaki?I haven't talked to you in forever, since front roe tore ended.

Murasaki: I bought a house! It's a really nice house I was tired of living in an apartment. It's not a mansion, it's not huge it's enough space for me my drums nd my slug.

Ichiya: you bought a house?! You didn't tell me you were buying a house. You already moved in?

Murasaki: No that's, why I came here. I came here to ask you to help me move in. *Laughter*

Ichiya: Murasaki you really had me put you on my podcast just for you to ask me to help you move in? *Confused laughter*

Murasaki: yeah is that not- is that not something that normal folks do?

Ichiya: NO! *weeze* You could have just called me You didn't have to do all this.

*shared laughter*

Ichiya: oh my god ha haha. Okay I'll help you move in. *Sigh*

Murasaki: yay! Okay so now what?

Ichiya: what does a house look like? Is it nice ?

Murasaki: I have a picture. it has a skylight, It's a two-story house and a little room I'mma put plants in there, I might even make a garden have enough space you make a pool! You guys can come over-wait you can't get in the water nevermind.

Ichiya: The house looks nice what does it made out of brick?

Murasaki: it's made out of -I think it's made out of concrete and wood and house material. it's a really remote place, it's near the splatlands. I can actually see the turf war battles from my balcony so I can see little kiddos shoot each other with weapons.

Ichiya: dude that places in the middle of nowhere how are you going to get food, go to places? The nearest grocery store is like an hour away from the splatlands.

Murasaki: the bus

Ichiya: the bus?!? Are you serious about this Murasaki? Are you sure you made the right choice in buying this house this far away from civilizations, It seems like a hassle. Also there's a lot of crazy people on buses.

Murasaki: Not as crazy as me. Remember that time I picked a fight with that Viperfish.

Ichiya: yeah you threatening to stab him with one of your spinies

Murasaki: yeah I did! Also I'm everywhere in Inkopolis. I like to explore places when we go on tour, I don't hide away from the media like you guys. I'm in the public so much the paparazzi don't really care. I'll do The same thing here in the squat lands.

Ichiya: I can't argue with that logic.... I guess it's true.

Murasaki: hmmm

Ichiya: you know what kenatosis means?

Murasaki: what? I don't know. Why are you asking?

Ichiya:'I'm just trying to make conversation, you came all the way here just to ask me to help you to move into your house. Ikkan just came out with a song called kenitosis, I don't know what it means. I don't want to call him just to ask him what it means. I'll feel stupid.

Murasaki: yeah,yeah, yeah, yeah shut up I looked it up It means motion sickness.

Ichiya: what the hell would you name a song that?

Murasaki: remember when we had to cancel a gig on pearl's boat

Ichiya: oh yeah I remember ikkan got sea sick and we couldn't play

Murasaki: I listened to it. It's pretty good.

Ichiya: I like the baseline of it it's so.. ikkan, it's kind of funky though nice little beat to it. He's been reaching out to different genre. He has a solo album of just smooth jazz I think Taka's in it.

Murasaki: you know I still have one of his credit cards?

Ichiya: I'm sorry? Why? Does he know that you have his credit card? *Laughter*

Murasaki: he never asked for it back. It was when we were all living in the apartment complex and I did most of the shopping. He would give me his card to buy food and I guess we both forgot I had it. I use it sometimes

Ichiya: is he aware of this. This seems pretty illegal

Murasaki: I'm sure I bought a cook book with it once and a month later ikkan took money out of my account for the book I'm pretty sure he knows I have it

Ichiya: oh my God Murasaki. What are we going to do with you?

Endangered: Doc's ending

Ever since B-12 got his own body Doc asked him to have a check in once a week just to make sure everything is working fine and also just for little interviews about humans or stuff only B-12 knows since ya know he's been stuck in the network for so long but now they are pretty much lab partners now.

"Oh human will you be joining me? I'm visiting Doc for another interview" B-12 asked picking some of his notebooks and a small bookbag.

Since Doc didn't tell anyone he was building B-12 an entire body he had no place to stay until his house was built so I offered him my own place I had 2 spare rooms may as well put one into good use.

"Sure why not!" Hopping downstairs I meet B-12 at the door he shook his head.

"You really shouldn't do that you might hurt yourself"

"B-12 I've jumped from building to building, ran around the sewers with zurks chasing me behind and break into house's I don't think jumping down the stairs will do anything to me" I retort closing the door.

"Fair point but it never hurts to be safe" B-12 states patting my head jokingly and started heading to Doc's place he lived near one of the ends of the town near an old garbage dump it was at a decent distance so thankfully it didn't stink.

I think Doc chose this spot for the discarded electronics and other things humans left behind while Seamus wanted to use extra parts to build a playground for the little bots and for Stray and his family apparently from what I've heard one of them are having kits Momo is keeping a close eye on them for me so I can check up on them and help out.

B-12 softly knocked on Doc's door after hearing a few stumbling sounds Seamus opened the door with a smile.

"Oh human B-12 hi! papa is in his lab" Seamus moved to the side to let us in.

"You go have your interview I'll wait" B-12 nodded and walked into the lab Seamus offered me a seat in the living room and we catched up on what was happening me asking about how the playground is going along and him asking about the deliverys.

After talking we sat in an comfortable silence as we watched Tv it was on the news updating everyone on everything on the surface an in the walled city apparently all the sentinels have broken down after being exposed to the sun light it was unknown how but Clementine was pretty happy about it.

"...papa has a crush on you" Seamus spills out of nowhere.

I nearly choked on my own saliva and stared at him waiting for him to say 'haha got you' or 'kidding' or something but I was only met with a blank stare back.

"You're serious?" I laughed nervously.

"I heard him pretending to confess to you in the mirror with some flowers he borrowed from Clementine" Wow Seamus really do be snitching.

"I-I see..." Honestly I'm not sure how to go about this really this is coming out of nowhere.

"I know you like him too everyone does your bad at hiding it papa and is too dumb to figure it out" wow Seamus is also coming after my emotions too.

"Okay thanks for the heads up-" I'm still waiting for Seamus to just start laughing but he is still staring into my soul.

"Want me to tell him?"

"No! No no I can- this sort of thing takes time" I'm not asking Doc's son to confess for me I'd rather face that huge horrifying eye instead.

"Okay" Seamus then turns back to face the Tv again acting like this was just a normal conversation.

Now we sat in awkward silence I was just waiting for B-12 to come out so I can book it through the doors and run for the hills.

This interview is taking forever and Seamus just seems unbothered about the situation.

"Hey guys we're done" B-12 says walking out the lab with Doc waving to greet me but suddenly Seamus pointed at me.

"Papa the Human likes you back!"

.......

This little bit-

"I'll uhh leave you two at it let's go Seamus" B-12 grabs Seamus by the jacket and dragged him out the door Doc understandably has a shocked and nervous look.

"I Really should fix that boys filter" you think?

"So... You practiced a confession?" I couldn't help myself I didn't know how to start and that was the only opening I could think of.

Doc fell to his knees in shame covering his screen with his palms.

"Oh my god he saw that!? I'm so sorry this must be very embarrassing for you" I walk over to Doc crouching down to his level.

"I think you missed the part where Seamus said I liked you honestly I'm kinda glad he told me about your feelings no matter how awkward that was but still" At that Doc looks out from his palms then at me.

"I'm sorta glad too? I'm just mad I didn't get to use my practiced speech" Doc laughed slightly.

"A speech? Well I'm not stopping you" I laughed as Doc nudged me with his elbow.

"Absolutely not I've embarrassed myself enough today I'll do it when we have a date"

"Aww then I can't wait to hear it" standing up I helped pull Doc back up to his feet he tilted his head to the side and looked past me with an unamused look.

Turning around I saw Seamus, B-12 and Kosma looking through the window Kosma quickly running away when spotted Seamus was giving thumbs up to his father.

"Away with all of you! Can't a bot have privacy??" Doc pulled the blinds down while angrily waving his fist as I laughed this poor man can't catch a break.

"Why...why don't we uhhh 'chill out'?" Doc asked signaling to the couch.

"Won't it be dark soon? What about Seamus?" Is he really locking his son outside?

"I'm sure B-12 will keep him company" Doc signed sitting next to me and switching the channel.

"I wish this was a bit more romantic I was planning something better" Doc laughed rubbing the back of his head.

"Hey it's okay at least we have a funny story to share"

"Please don't tell Clementine she'll never let me live it down" I pretended to think for a moment.

"Hmmm maybe... If I get to have two days delivery free" Doc pretend to gasp at my words putting a hand on his chest in fake offence.

"How dare you!" He put the back of his falm on his forehead for the finishing touch.

"Because I'd rather spend those days with you~" I leaned onto Doc's side.

"Oh flattering now? Well you are pulling me by the wires...okay three days off" I laughed and extra day off score! I mean I don't really have to do the deliverys since it's just me offering help but I thought it would be funny.

HELLO ALL!!!! Although I am nowhere near done with this house, I did finish Thi's room from Mothers' Love. Thi doesn't seem to be the type of person to like purple but she very much does and it fits her very much. It also happens to be my fav color so... yeah... Anyways, this is the layout of her room. If you guys notice, there's a teddy bear on the floor next to the bed resting in front of the bedside table. I put it there because the game didn't allow me to put teddy bears anywhere else except in a baby's crib or on the floor. Either way, it fits Thi because it's something she's... I wouldn't say ATTACHED to, but more like... there's sentimental value in the bear so she keeps it close by. She also feels really stuffy with anything other than her pillow and blanket on her bed so there's that too. There's a small bookshelf near the corner of the room, next to this gigantic play thingy and next to the TV. She's not much of a reader, but she's got a collection of books she likes so she keeps them there. I placed two tables in the corner to the left of her bed because I didn't have a way to make a corner table and the Sims 3 doesn't have a corner table either :( (or at least not that I know of). There's a purple laptop there too lol. Ngl, the two tables are kinda like my tables because I have one table facing one wall and another facing another wall but they're close to each other making them seem like a corner table. Although there is nothing on the table, both the table and bookshelf have picture frames of her and her teammates of different moments such as them winning stuff or just basically doing goofy stuff that happens to be on a photograph. One weekend day, Kya had come into her room to clean as part of a routine house cleaning and noticed that the photographs were only leaning on the wall or shelf edge, so that very same day after Kya and Lin (and even Thi, although lazily) finished cleaning the house, all three of them got into the car, went to the local art store, and Kya and Lin let Thi choose as many picture frames in any style she wanted to put her photographs into :) Now, Thi has more pictures she wants to and will put up of herself with Kya and Lin :) She just has to find the space :/ There is also a rug on the floor. Fun Fact: Thi likes to sometimes stand on one end of the rug and walk-rub her feet from end to end of the rug because she likes the softness on her feet and she thinks it feels comforting, especially after a hard practice with her pro-bending teammates. There's also a butterfly thing above her bed. I just thought it looked nice and so did she. Thi's not much of a decorator but anything she thinks looks nice will find a place in her room somewhere. There's two windows in her room, and sometimes she looks outside if she's TRULY bored since there's nothing to look out at from her room since Kya and Lin's house is very isolated. HOWEVER, if she did want a view, she would go down to the living room (which I am not completely done with yet) and look outside or go outside and look over her fence. I'm not even kidding Kya and Lin literally live in an area where they can see the city in all its glory and it's gorgeous. Also purple lamp hehe lol. And mirror too hehe. Purple door too HAHA. Truthfully, this room placement isn't matching with the room placement in my series only because I still want to play out this game and adopt kids, so in the room next to mine (which is also where Thi's room ACTUALLY would be in the series) is a baby room with baby toys and a baby bed and stuff. Kya and Lin's bedroom is still across the hallway so it's ok lol. ANYWAYS, that's all for right now y'all. Hope you guys enjoyed Thi's room tour. Up next will be Kya and Lin's bedroom (the master bedroom) and I am very close to finishing that. It looks AMAZING so far. Thanks for reading this y'all. :)

-> Honey Whiskey: A mysterious band of dancers from Sumeru visits Mondstadt and its taverns to offer a night of alluring dances. What was supposed to be a night of drinking for Kaeya and his troops ended up becoming a tipsy surprise mission when the main dancer steps down from the stage— and ignores him?! How scandalous! (Slightly suggestive themes/You're a bad guy) [COOL?] [ONESHOT] [slightly inspired by song with the same name]

-> Genshin Food prompts: From that one post, I ended up making a whole storyline of oneshots related to their special dishes. Oneshots connected to a bigger picture. By impulse you've ended up leaving your normal life behind to pursue your cooking career, starting from Mondstadt, to learn all the cuisines to establish the first ever international restaurant. Fruits Basket - Vol. 20

I want to try to break the book into three main chunks. The last time I did that, it was easier to write about. So uh, the first chunk has to do with Tohru and her feelings about Kyo, and Kagura's reaction, the second chunk is Akito and Ren's past being revealed (it's totally a mess but it's to be expected), and the third chunk is about things unraveling.

Ok cool let's do it. (The picture was at the end of one of the chapters, I just liked it a lot idk) (also tumblr needs to increase the character limit for the alt text, it's only 200 characters, which goes by quick. twitter has like,, 420, which is more manageable)

Tohru came to Kazuma's house to visit Izusu, and Kagura came to confront Tohru about something. What possibly could it be (as if I didn't say so in the beginning)? Kagura was talking about it a bit with Kazuma, and he said he just hopes that Tohru's feelings don't come from a place of pity (which is a mild "oof" point for Kagura, because that's mostly why she loved Kyo), because Kyo has had to deal with people either flat out hating him, or being nice to him out of a sense of pity. Even Kazuma admitted (earlier in the series. I don't remember when but I remember reading it) that part of the reason he took in Kyo as a child was because he was making it up for how he treated his grandfather, the previous Cat. Over time, those feelings fell away, in favor of genuinely caring for Kyo's wellbeing, but Kazuma doesn't seem to be the one who would forget about stuff like that. (Also it turns out that the previous Cat's partner basically stayed with him out of a sense of pity, as well)

It turns out that Izusu and Tohru were talking about the same thing, and Tohru worried if her feelings for Kyo were selfish, because she wanted nothing to take Kyo away from her, not the curse, not the Sohma family, nothing. Kagura then bust into the room, smacked Tohru across the fucking room it seems, and said, "Then fucking tell him that!!" (direct quote, 100%) Izusu yelled at Kagura for hitting Tohru, asking what right she had for doing that, but given Kagura's nature, it doesn't seem completely out of nowhere. She just got pretty emotional in that moment.

For Tohru, it seemed to knock the right screw loose for her, and she thought back to when she was talking about her father to Kyo, and if he said really anything against what she was talking about, she apparently would've just zipped her lips and pretended she hadn't said anything, and moved on, but he didn't. Which is pretty nice of him to do, honestly. Anyway, when she came to again (because she got knocked out from Kagura's emotion-packed slap), Kyo was sitting there, because Kazuma had called him, ("Hey dude so there was a smackdown here and Tohru got knocked out lmao" is how I'm imagining the call. kjdhkfgjh can you imagine Kazuma saying "lmao" I can't) but Kyo didn't ask about the fight (which was a Wise Lesson from Shishou™), another nice thing for him to do, though in my opinion it would be a pretty easy thing to explain.

Ok, so now onto the second chunk, which kinda has some of the stuff in the third chunk later on but whatever. Story flow, it's pristine today.

It starts with some of the,, maids? or something that are in the Sohma house (they never get names so far as I can tell, and I don't really know what to call them, but at one point someone referred to one of them as a maid, I think? Idk.) talking about Ren, and wondering why Akito still let Ren wander around freely like she does. Another said that Akito can only do so much, because apparently there is a crowd of people in the house that are "Ren-followers", and if she had Ren be completely contained within an area, there's a chance that those followers might start some shit, which would be a headache to deal with. One of the maids said that Akito has been sick (or holed up in her room) for too long, and the rest of the Juunishi are doing nothing to help, which does not help with Ren, who spouts out stuff about how the Juunishi doesn't really care about Akito at all. The maids seem to have a particular thing against Ren, because they view her as an unsuitable woman who somehow managed to become partners with Akira, the previous God, I think, but also the father of Akito.

Speaking of Akito, she has a box. That same box that Ren tried to use Izusu to get back. Something about that box has to do with Akira, and it seems important to both Akito and Ren, though honestly at this point Akito is probably just holding onto it out of spite for Ren, I wouldn't be surprised (I, too, am a petty bitch. I understand the mindset). She asked Kureno if he has any idea what is in it, and when he says he doesn't, she simply says, "Father."

Now we jump over to Ren and Shigure, who are also talking about about that elusive box. Apparently Shigure was tasked to get the box, but obviously he didn't succeed. He said (thought? He didn't say it aloud, it was one of those thoughts thing--- anyway) that he didn't really care, he didn't even want to touch that box, much less even look at it, it was no loss to him. Out loud, he says that it would be inappropriate for him to hold it, and Ren agrees, saying that only she can have it, just like how only she could have Akira, when he was alive. Are you already sensing where this is heading? Well, I'll say it anyway.

Flash back to Kureno, he's thinking about Akira, from when he was younger and Akira was still alive. He remembers Akira as very beautiful, in a fleeting way. Akira was sickly, all the time, and sad. Everyone knew that he wouldn't live for very long. But since he was the head of the house, of the family, it was imperative that he find a partner and produce an heir. That person was Ren, who was one of his care-takers. The rest of the staff (or something??) didn't like that she was going to be with Akira, it seemed unsuitable, but she was the only candidate. She was the only person who recognized how lonely he was, is what Akira said as a defense when people objected. And so, they were married. The older members of the family despised it, the younger thought it was the beginning of a new change, a new era. Ren said (because this section is flipping between Kureno and Ren) that it was only them two (haha grammar): Akira and Ren, they were all who mattered. She was everything to Akira. So when she had Akito, well, that muddled things. Because now there was another person that Akira loved: his own fuckin child. That's right. Ren got jealous of her own child because Akira loved his very own daughter. That's,, that's something. Shortly after that, Ren decided that Akito would be raised as a boy. Or maybe it was while she was still pregnant. At any rate, she said it was because it would be unsuitable for the head of the family to be a woman, but we all know the real reason: it's so that Akira wouldn't be loving another girl, even though that other girl was his daughter. Jfc Ren is a handful. From Kureno's memory, it seems like even as a kid, Shigure recognized that.

Back to Shigure and Ren, Shigure says that he feels sorry for Ren, probably thanks to all that upset she has. She says the same, that the Juunishi have had to deal with the abuse that Akito has dealt to them simply because of that "bond", and that there's no way that anyone could honestly love Akito. Shigure also comments that sometimes he thinks that if Akito had been raised as a woman, she'd look exactly like Ren, which instantly pisses Ren off. She just starts screaming about "Who do you have to thank for Akito being born! I'm the reason that (insert angry comment about how she's the only reason why x happened)". I'm kinda glad she isn't in the series much, this is exhausting. I know she's in the book later, and maybe a bit more in the next few, but jeez. It's a lot.

Anyway, let's end the chapter with Momiji having his curse be broken. The end is near (for the Juunishi, not this post lmao).

The second that the curse breaks, Akito knows it (that's probably the bond. I doubt it's some kinda "we'll be friends forever uwu" kinda thing, it's just kinda an awareness of each other, or maybe just God's awareness of everyone) and races towards Momiji, begging him to not leave. Now that the curse is broken, Momiji is confused as to how those thoughts he had prior for Akito were even there, now that he sees Akito clinging onto him, whimpering and panicked. Momiji waves her away, saying that he'll keep it a secret, and that Akito should go rest, wasn't she feeling sick earlier?

We pan over to the school, where Haru is asking Yuki if he's noticed anything off about Momiji. Haru can't place it, but something seems off, maybe not. Kyo ends up running into Momiji walking down a hallway, and asks him about it (he overheard the others talking about it), and Momiji just out and says it: his curse broke. He said he imagines that Tohru would be happier about it if it were Kyo's curse that broke, and that he (Momiji) lost. (I guess he lost in some unspoken one-sided competition of "getting" Tohru, because y'know she's not her own person who is capable of deciding these things for herself or anything)

Later, Momiji goes back to the main Sohma estate, to apologize to Akito for how he acted yesterday, but also to say that he won't be staying there any longer. Akito takes it like a champ, slapping Momiji across the face and insulting him, saying that he's a traitor, he has nowhere else to go, his family either doesn't remember him or hates him, he'll never be happy! and Momiji's just like, "Yeah lol I already feel lonely", that he can't be with the person he loves, and he no longer has that One Thing that previously connected him to most of the other people he's close with, and that there's no going back. He does say though, that it's not Akito's decision or place to say whether Momiji will ever be happy or not, because he might not be happy now, that does not mean that he won't ever be happy in the future. He then asks Akito how long she will stay at the house, thinking that eventually, everyone will come back to her, that no one will be happy without her. What if it's actually her that is most afraid-- Akito isn't down for an analysis, she just tells Momiji to leave.

Let's now go down memory lane, down a nice and happy time, especially for Akito and Ren: Akira's death and it's after effects. Happy times. (apparently i was wrong, the thing i said was the third chunk that wove in nicely with the second was just the second chunk, i think this is the actual third chunk)

Akito is thinking back (on a rainy morning, extra points for setting the mood) on her relationship with her parents. With Akira, it was nice, he always was kind and caring, telling Akito that she is what everyone has been waiting for, and that she thought she was the one Akira loved the most. With Ren, however, she was always cruel, from the start. She always glared at Akito, she was always mean. Akito hates her. We're brought back to the day Akira died, where Ren bursts into the room, asking why she wasn't notified sooner, why Akira had to die alone. One of the attendants said his condition worsened too quickly to call Ren close by, but also that Akira hadn't died alone; he died with Akito by his side. The attendant said that Akira's will had been passed onto Akito, she was now the head of the family. Ren was angered at that, there's no reason for Akito to still be around now! She only tolerated her child being around because Akira liked her, but now that Akira is gone, there is no one to love or care about Akito. Akito said that wasn't true, that all of the Juunishi will love her, because of their bond. (Which is basically what Akira said. He put most of that stuff into her head, and she doubled down on it whenever Ren said anything against it, which might as well be every single time they were around each other)

Back to the present, Kureno comes in the room to talk about something, but Akito interrupts him, saying that she was happy when Yuki was born, as the Rat. It was mostly just something she used to prove Ren wrong, and she used it as long as she could (much to the deterioration of Yuki's mental health). She thought back, over the years, to all the bad things that had happened, how she tried so hard to keep everyone close, and how all of them had, one by one, come to "betray" (cough cough, try to live their own lives, cough cough) her. After Shigure and Yuki left to their present residence, Ren said that they had given up on Akito. When Akito again mentioned their bond (which, really, now that I think about it, has basically been the singular thing straining to keep everything under control. Akito's sole sense of identity was being God, she's never had anything else.), Ren waved it away, then challenged that if any of the Juunishi can go out into the world, experience it in all it's freaky magical ways, and not be taken in by it, and instead return to Akito, then she will have been proved wrong, Akito's claims this whole time will have been correct. If they failed to, however, Ren said that Akito would have to give up the Sohma name. But Akito believed it, she truly believed she was right, that nothing big enough would come between her and the rest of the Juunishi (Tohru has entered the chat). She had to believe it, she just had to. But now, it's evident, between how Haru reacted upon learning about Izusu, Momiji's demeanor after the curse broke, the general way that the rest of the Juunishi float away from Akito, that it isn't true, and with that, she has nothing to hope for.

Upon this realization, Ren bursts into the room, knee-length hair floating around her, eyes crazed, knife in hand, demanding for Akira. Demanding for that box, and whatever contents were inside. In response, Akito fuggin yeeted it at Ren, she didn't give a shit. It flashed back to right before Akira died, and he soothed Akito by saying that, despite dying, he will always be with her. He wanted for Ren to be happy. He wasn't upset that he was dying so soon, he knew that he was just a man who was going to die, but he was happy that he was able to have a child, and to have had that child with Ren, and since that child was special, it was proof that their relationship was a special one. Back to the present, Ren scrambles to the box, tears it open hungrily to find,,, nothing. The box was empty. It'd always been empty, said to have held Akira's soul, but it was mostly just something to help Akito with Akira's passing. Suddenly, Akito grabbed the knife that fell from Ren's hand, poised to stab Ren but then--

Hiro's curse broke. Ren can thank that bond she always scoffed at for saving her life. But hey, now Hiro can hold his baby sister, which is nice. Yay for family moments.

Boo for Akito, because it's just really grinding in that the curse is quickly falling apart, and there's absolutely nothing that she can do about it. Ren taunts Akito, asking if she was trying to kill her. The attendants blow up, one yelling at Ren for making such a scene, taking a knife with her, and another scolds the first for giving Akito that box in the first place, it's stupid! The first attendant said that Akito knew from the start that it was empty, common sense would say that much! (idk man it could've held one last letter from Akira to Akito, a letter wouldn't affect the weight of the box significantly, it's not common sense)

Akito leaves the room, and Kureno follows. Akito says that it was both common sense but also not, that there wasn't anything in the box. She wanted to believe there was a chance that something was in that box, some kind of invisible energy that would help her. But even after opening it, seeing that it was empty, she still held onto it, knowing there wasn't anything. And that was her common sense, that's what she thought. She'd never been given any other way of thinking, of living, so why and how should anyone expect differently? Kureno says that she can start learning now, that that was what he wanted to talk about earlier, that she can't stay here, she'll never be able to move on, to which Akito cuts him off with "Fuggin now, bitch?? You're saying that now?? That doesn't help me! It would have helped in the beginning! But not fucking now!" (which btw is true. i doubt akito was even allowed to go to a public school, that she was schooled within the estate. i really believe that she's never really been outside of the the properties that the Sohma family owns) Then she stabs Kureno, with that knife she's been holding all this time. She reasons with it saying that Kureno's "halfway kindness" has been killing her this whole time, that it can't be fixed by Kureno saying that maybe Akito should go touch some grass. As Akito is running from the scene (more like haggardly stumbling), she continues thinking that it's Kureno's fault, it's not on her, until she remembers what Yuki was saying at the New Year's gathering about blame. It doesn't really fix anything, it just momentarily makes you think that you're not in the wrong. *record scratch* What if it's Akito's fault, then? All of this? What if it's her fault? What if it's the fault of the person who made everyone change? What if it's Tohru's fault?? (dun dun dunnnn)

Meanwhile, back at the other Sohma house (Shigure's house?) Tohru has some confessing to do. Before that though, Kyo has some confessing to do, though not about the same thing. He tells Tohru that he knew her mom before she died, and that he was the reason she died. He tells her that they met when he was really young, and how they had kinda become friends (in that way that people become friends by talking often, but Kyo never told Kyoko his name, because he had some weird thing about having a name so similar). That all fell apart the day that Tohru went missing. He promised that he would find her and rescue her, but after finding that Yuki had done it (the evidence was The Hat), he lashed out, and never talked to Kyoko again. Years later, when he was at the crosswalk, who was beside him but Kyoko, who he recognized instantly. He wasn't sure what to do, whether to say something to her or hold back. He was totally able to grab her arm, get her out of harm's way, but he didn't, he was too scared. (plus yaknow the whole cat thing) He beats himself up about, still to this day. He does the same with his own mom's death. It was his fault that his mom killed herself, she couldn't stand having such a monster as a child. It was too much for her, and she couldn't take any longer. (It wasn't. I won't say that his mom wasn't put under strain for having Kyo, for knowing that he wasn't human, that he turned into a weird monster if his bracelet was taken off, but from what we've seen of his dad, it was probably at least 85-90% his dad's fault. He was too caught up in the politics of the Sohma family, ashamed of the fact that Kyo was the Cat, the worst out of them, that he couldn't even salvage having one of the good freaks to have as a child of his, and he took it all out on his wife and later his son.)

And the book ends on that cheery note. (Why do I say stuff like that why I am I like this)

Since everyone is missing me I got my time to make a short comeback. Here I am your loved silly question anon ❤️ This week we're gonna be sharing the same thing us all as I don't have much time and to be honest I'm very tired of this week *crying in Spanish*.

So I’ll start with Bondy cause he’s the easiest. We both follow some of the same weird Instagram accounts so we can have a good laugh over those together. I could also maybe talk to him about my love for Gritty (the Philadelphia Flyers mascot) cause Ik he loves hockey and even though I don’t really care much for sports I’d still just listen to anything he tells me. Another thing I wanna share with him is French movies and music because as a French student (I’m not very good at it) I love watching and listening to stuff much more than I enjoy writing 90 word paragraphs about my summer holiday haha. There’s also a Korean rock band I recently discovered called The Koxx which I want to show him cause I think he’d really like them.

Benji and I are both Liverpool fans so I’d love to go to a game with him (again, not a sport person but I’d still be up for it). I was also a bit of a crazy cat lady at one point so he’d probably end up persuading me to get one.

Bob and I could go for walks around any city he wants and just sightsee. Or I could give him a tour of my own city haha, though I imagine he probably already did that when they played here, not that there’s much to actually sightsee here anyway 💀💀

I’d just like to write a song with Van because I’m so genuinely curious about his thought process and just how he does it. Maybe a few games of fifa and a Star Wars marathon in there too. I spose I could show him my poetry book and play him some of the songs I’ve written although they’re nowhere near as good as anything that man has written.

Thanks for answering my ask, I happened to see a post about them and remembered there was a whole Florida thing. Anyway, how are you holding up in these times? Are you feeling better? I'm near Ottawa, and it's been interesting. Have you picked up any new hobbies to keep busy? 💗

Hey :) no problem! I’m doing so much better now I’m out of London and my flat. I really don’t think I would have made it to the end of lockdown otherwise. It was always unpleasant but it was downright toxic with his drinking and us being trapped together. Blech. Anyway. I haven’t picked up any new hobbies but I’m trying to start up with old ones I’d stopped if that makes sense. So I have always been a big reader but then when my mental health started to get really bad I found it much harder to focus and commit to reading a book. I’ve been trying to read a bit each day now. And before I moved to England I would go for a walk most days for about 30 mins to an hour and I’m trying to do that again. I don’t enjoy walking where I live in London, it’s so bleak, but being back home definitely reminds me of how peaceful and relaxing I used to find it. I’m still working so I also have that to occupy me. I’d love to get back into writing. I wrote a novel once - it was terrible and my mum read it even though I wasn’t happy about it and we’ve never talked about how homoerotic it was (there was a fight scene between two female characters, one of whom had just got out of the bath and was dressed in only a towel lol) - but again that stopped when my mental health got really bad and never picked up again. I have absolutely no inspiration and I always had to have a rough plot drawn out before I started writing so that’s probably going nowhere. But I haven’t started baking or knitting or any of the things I see people on twitter doing haha. Have you picked up anything?

BTS Reaction: You Being Pregnant

in honor of Mother’s Day, I decided to write this! It’s been a long time since I posted anything in terms of writing, so I apologize if I am a bit rusty!

also, I’ll be doing my best to post more regularly!

Summary: BTS Reaction to finding out that you are pregnant

Seokjin:

You're fidgeting with the food on your plate. Despite feeling hungry (and needing to eat more anyways), your nerves are preventing you from downing the food. Seokjin notices the way you move the food back and forth with your fork. He clears his throat, setting his own silverware down beside his plate.

"Y/N? Is everything alright?"

His voice startles you, and you almost flinch as you jerk your head up to look him in the eye. A smile forces its way across your lips.

"Everything's wonderful, Seokjin." When he pouts his lower lip out and cocks his head to the side, you reinforce your statement with a rushed "really". It does nothing for Seokjin's concern.

"Are you sure? You aren't eating."

"Well, I—" You cut off, words getting stuck in your throat. "I, I, uh, need to tell-tell you something." There is no excitement in your tone despite the fact that it is good news, so it is understandable when Seokjin's face falls.

"Was it something I did? Because I work so much? If you had mentioned it sooner, I could have—"

"No, Seokjin, it's not that! I mean, I'm sorry, I just don't want you to think that it's bad news. It's not! It's really not. I don't think it is at least. I'm sorry, I'm rambling. I feel so nervous about this. I just—I'm—we're having a baby, Seokjin."

"We-we-huh?" You take a moment to look at the man across from you—the man you love more than anyone in the world. His eyes are glossy, and his hands are trembling but still, still you can see the joy in his expression.

"I'm pregnant. I found out this morning."

“We’re gonna have a baby. A baby! A family! Y/N, I-I, holy sh-I love you so much.” He reaches across the table to catch one of your hands in his own. “I’m so happy, Y/N. I can’t wait to start a family with you.”

Yoongi:

You had been undeniably short-tempered over the past few weeks. If you weren’t so preoccupied with thoughts of other things, you might have realized how irrational you were being with Yoongi. He had work.

It was fine.

Except it wasn’t.

All you wanted was for him to plant his ass on the couch and cuddle with you as you watch emotional romcoms for six or seven hours straight.

When he told you that he couldn’t-because he had work and producing to take care of- you were horribly irrational and rude with him. And it ended with you in tears even though he didn’t say anything else in response. See, you knew why you were being so short-fused and emotional, but he didn’t. You hadn’t told him yet.

Because of work.

You hadn’t had the opportunity to set it up perfectly and let him know the good news in the best way possible.

“Y/N, what’s wrong? Why are you crying?”

The words rile your emotions up further, and you crouch on the floor in efforts to make yourself seem smaller.

“Y/N? Are you alright? Should I call—”

“I’m pregnant, Yoongi, and all I want is to cuddle up with you and know if we’re gonna be able to make this work.” What was meant to sound tough and strong actually sounded weak and brittle, your sobs stopping the force in its tracks. When you open your eyes again, Yoongi is squatted on the floor across from you, hands cupping your cheeks.

“Y/N, this is going to work. I’ll do anything to make sure it does.”

His promise only makes you cry harder, and Yoongi pulls you against his chest.

“I’ll call Joon and tell him I’m taking the night off.” His lips hit your forehead. “I love you, Y/N. I love you so much.”

Hoseok:

You can never keep a secret from Hoseok. He always is able to see right through you and somehow knows that you are withholding information from him.

This time, however, you are determined. You must keep it a secret for as long as you can. You want to make sure that the setting is right and that all the pieces are in place before you tell him.

“Hey Y/N!”

Hoseok’s voice startles you out of your thoughts, and you turn around to face him.

“Hoseok! You’re home early!” You rush to wrap your arms around him and peck him on the lips.

“I asked for the evening off!” Sirens start going off in your head. Hoseok never asks for time off.

“You did? I expected you to be in the studio until late!” You try to mask your concern with surprise.

“Well, I needed to take time off for a special occasion!”

Shit.

Shit, shit, shit.

“Special occasion?” Your tone border teasing, but your panic is creeping in too quickly to manage.

“Yep!” Hoseok holds you at arm’s length and beams at you with that beautiful smile. His lips are at your ear in a split second, warm breath hitting the shell of your ear. “Do you know what it might be? I have a feeling you might.”

“Nope!” You squeak out, squeezing your eyes shut.

Hoseok suddenly leans back, a laugh tears through his chest, and he winks at you.

“Y/N, I love you, but you are such a terrible liar. And terrible at hiding things.”

“Hoseok,” you whine. “It was a surprise!”

“What was?” He teases. Turning to the drawer in the kitchen that contains the silverware, he pulls it open and picks something up. “This?”

“Hoseok, that’s a fork. Not funny.”

“Haha, I know. I meant this—” and there it is. One of the pregnancy tests you had been trying to hide for so long. “So, I’m assuming it’s accurate or else you would’ve had no reason to hide it. That means my question is: what are we gonna name him?”

“Hoseok, I don’t know the gender yet! And besides, the last thing I need is a mini you running around.” Hoseok tucks his arms around your waist and leans in for a kiss.

“A mini you then?” You can’t help but to smile at the gleam in his eyes.

Namjoon:

You’re sitting on the bathroom floor, a pregnancy test grasped in your trembling fingers, and another three scattered on the floor around you. You wish you could say that excitement and joy are the only things running through you right now, but in all honesty, you feel a tad bit terrified too. Namjoon is nowhere near right now—he just landed in America for another leg of the tour—but you can’t keep this from him until he gets back from America. That would be unfair, and you don’t know if your heart can handle that strain. You need him right now, but you’ll have to settle for video calling him instead. You tuck the positive pregnancy test under your arm and ring up Namjoon, trying to hold the phone as steady as possible. It must be the middle of the night over there and yet he still picks up by the third ring.

“Y/N? What’s wrong, baby?” His voice is thick with sleep, and you feel bad for waking him up at this hour. “Are you in the bathroom? Is everything okay?”

“Yes, Joon, everything’s okay, everything’s okay. I just—I have some news and I couldn’t wait until you got back from the tour—that’s too far away. I…Namjoon, I love you so much, I—”

“Hey, are you sure you’re okay, Y/N? Your voice is shaking.”

“Joon, I’m—we’re expecting! A baby, I mean. We’re having a baby. I’m pregnant. Wow that didn’t come out as smoothly as I wanted.”

“Y/N, really? This isn’t a joke, right? We…a baby?”

Nervously, you hold up the pregnancy test under your arm, showing the results as best you can.

“Holy shit, Y/N! A baby! We’re…I…dammit I wish I weren’t on tour. I just wanna hug you and hold you in my arms.” You laugh, your worries leaving you at the sound of his excitement.

Jimin:

Jimin has always talked about how he wants to start a family with you one day. The only thing in the way is his schedule. So when the doctor informs you that you are indeed pregnant, you and Jimin look to each other with equal shock and bewilderment. Behind the shock in Jimin’s eyes is fear, and you read his worry like a book. The doctor sends you both on your way after asking you to return for checkups regularly. Neither of you make it far in the clinic before you find yourselves sitting at a bench in the hallway, still quiet. You don’t know what to say or how to feel, and obviously Jimin is having the same predicament.

His hand grasps yours all the sudden. He tugs it into his lap and holds on as though his life depends on it.

“A baby, Y/N.” His voice is hushed. “Finally.” You try to meet his gaze, but he’s trying to shield his tears from you.

“Finally, Jimin. We’re gonna have a family together.”

“I don’t know if I’m ready.”

“I don’t think I am.”

“What about schedules? How am I going to be there for you during the pregnancy? Or for the baby once—”

“One step at a time, Jimin. We’ll figure it out as we go. Don’t worry yet. You’re going to be a perfect father, I know it.” Your voice is soft, and you reach your free hand towards his cheek. He leans into the touch, kissing the palm of your hand.

“I love you, Y/N. I can’t imagine going through this with anyone else.”

You bite your trembling lip. “I love you too, Jimin.”

Taehyung:

Taehyung has always been outspoken about his desire for children and a family in the future. He always tells you how he can’t wait for the five kids you two are going to have one day and how you are going to be a wonderful mother and there’s no one else he wants a family with.

When you get the news, your first thought is Taehyung. You have always imagined this happening, but the timing doesn’t feel quite right. He is at the peak of his career. He is busy all the time, and you know he wouldn’t want to miss a second of his child’s life. Still, you feel at peace. You know that, no matter what, Taehyung is going to be thrilled.

That thought is the reason why you can’t keep your mouth shut for long. The minute he walks through the door that night after practice, you leap up from your spot on the couch. Taehyung’s face reads surprise, which makes since because it’s nearly one in the morning and you are normally in bed at this point.

“Y/N? You’re still up?”

You don’t answer, instead throwing your arms around his waist and pulling him into a tight hug.

“Y/N, love, are you okay?”

“Tae, we’re gonna have a baby.” Taehyung returns the hug in a heartbeat, the words sinking into his skin. He kisses your head over and over until you feel his tears hit your scalp.

“Really? We are?” He pulls back to look you in the eye, tongue running over his lips as tears trail down his face.

“Yes, I found out this afternoon. I wanted to tell you in person. I also couldn’t sleep. I was too excit—”

“Y/N, a family. We’re finally gonna have a family. I’ve always wanted this.”

“I know, Tae. Me too.”

“One of five! Oh—what if its twins? Or even triplets!”

“No! Let’s not get ahead of ourselves yet! There’s only so much I can handle.”

Jungkook:

Neither you nor Jungkook are ready for the responsibility of a family. You know how connected he is to his career right now, and you are still trying to finish grad school. A child at this point in time would not be best for either of you. Despite that, you can’t hold back the rush of excitement that goes through you when you read the pregnancy test. Just to be sure, you check a second, then third, and then a fourth time until you cannot doubt it anymore.

It’s almost wrong how you first action is to call Namjoon, but you need his advice before you bring this up with Jungkook.

“Oh hey, Y/N! How can I help you?”

“I’m pregnant.”

“You—what? Um, Y/N, I’m not sure I’m the person you should be talking to? You know, maybe, Jungkook?”

“I don’t know how he’s going to react. I-I’m kind of scared.”

“Y/N, you don’t think that he’s not going to want a kid, do you? Because you would be wrong. He would love a family with you, and he loves you more than anything.”

“But the timing—”

“It’s okay. He can still be a part of BTS and be a part of the child’s life. And if he is forced to make a choice between the two, I know he would end up picking you and the child. So, call him and ask him to come home. He’ll be thrilled, Y/N. Don’t worry about anything right now. Just focus on this, and the rest of us will be at your sides for whatever the two of you need.”

Namjoon’s words reassure you, and you call Jungkook immediately, telling him that you have to tell him something in person and you need him at home. He says he’ll be home in twenty minutes at best and promises to not keep you waiting too long.

When the front door clicks open, you hide the many pregnancy tests behind your back.

“Hi, Y/N. Is everything okay? Did something happen while I was gone?”

“No, no, Jungkook. Everything’s okay, I’m okay, nothing happened.” He peers at you, the question of “then why did you call me home” in his expression. “I have something to tell you, and I need to say it in person,” you explain. Your throat feels tight all the sudden, and you aren’t sure if you can tell him anymore. He walks over to you with worried eyes. You can see that he’s assuming the worst, and you want to reassure him, but your voice doesn’t work. All you can do is hold out the pregnancy tests.

Jungkook’s hands tremble as he reaches for them.

“Is this—” he swallows roughly. His index finger runs over the small positive symbol on one of the tests. “Are you…? Wait—”

Fear hits you like a ton of bricks. Jungkook is frozen in place.

“I’m sorry. I-I know it’s bad timing. I know work is more important.” You try to recover, ready for the words that are going to destroy you.

“Why would work be more important than this? Y/N, I-this is…amazing news. I don’t know what to say. I-I love you, Y/N. I’m just—I don’t feel ready.”

“I don’t either.”

“No, you’re going to be a fantastic mother. I-I have no clue what kind of father I’m going to be.”

“An equally fantastic one.” You cup his cheek, bringing his gaze to you. “We’re in this together, right?” He nods, gripping the hand on his cheek. “Then we can get through this together and figure it out as we go.”

i just finished your fic! :) it's nowhere near ready tho. i still have editing to do, and only then will it be perfect, but yay! prepare >:) also - i'd pass away if u made a book cover for it, omg. that would be so good blinking is optional and yeah, i still have a long time :) it'd be super cool to incorporate the stuff i learn into fics, but i also just finished my pre-reqs so im still really not in my major just yet. but im excited for my upcoming classes! i have done evil wizards, evil joseon dynasty era warriors, evil pirates, evil vampires... ahahahahaha. can u see a theme AND YEAH, JONGHO <33333 he's the greatest. he's so cool. i have put him through so much and he absolutely does not deserve it. i show my love in really strange ways. he's the main vocalist of ateez, right? i may have stolen his vocal cords in one of the fics as a punishment for his sins it's a very long story. okay that's a pretty impressive repertoire of horror-themed stories! very intrigued by the evil pirates one evil-anything needs to be more of a thing - this is why i love it when groups do dark/evil concepts (also i keep typing 'evil' as 'evel'). all the fluff and bubblegum is cute and all, but i live for the edgy and dark themes too.

HAHA OMG jongho is ariel - i love how you stole his voice HAHAHA. you really hit him where it hurts; i can already feel his crisis from over here. yeah we're definitely the same in that regard. i love my cheesy romance, but horror is still my #1 genre. i do hope you gave jongho a happy ending tho (≧▽≦)

aww man i was the same when i was a student too. i wasn't happy skipping classes and i was constantly anxious about being late. fast forward a few years and i'll take a random day off of work for the heck of it HAHAHA. hopefully having to stop a truck with your bare hands won't be the requirement for you to meet ateez tho! have you already met them before, btw? or is the concert next year potentially the first time you'll see them?

Pjo was my first proper fandom thing! I got them in a box set as a gift when I was in middle school (grade 7/8/9) and I didn’t even tell the giver I liked it! Awesome surprise! Secondhand shops are the best! I usually go there to find out of print books from when I was a kid - second hand library events are good for that too ☺️ I haven’t read properly in forever 😣 but I read Agatha Christie too and quite a bit of non fiction a cooking books, books on poison? (I swear I don’t plan on anything, it’s just fascinating 🧐) but! One of my favourite books is “Hawksmaid: The Untold Story of Robin Hood and Maid Marian” by Kathryn Lasky it’s maybe for a younger demographic but it’s so interesting!

I’m working on it today 😉 oh I can’t wait to meet you!! 🥳

I've had this kind of... brimming half-theory for a while that's, like, nowhere near fully realized, but still feels important. Or, maybe it's more like a clue? I keep thinking about how in the first book, Lady Lovers mentions in passing (or maybe Rune mentions it) that the Sun Throne was the court to "bring the Atlanteans to New Atlantis" or something- which isn't incredibly substantial, but that makes me assume the Sun Court was powerful, if not highly respected. Why wouldn't someone like the Magician see this and want in on a scheme to take it down?

Or maybe there's more to it then that. We know that, in a normal court raid, all of the assets get divided up equally through the raiders and balance is continued. With the Sun Throne, it wasn't like that. Maybe the Magician was a pawn in his own way? If my theory holds, then maybe he was expecting the raid to go differently... but I still don't know.

The theory is just still too shaky. There's not enough evidence to put all the peices together yet. I'm excited fir the third book, if only to answer some more long-standing questions of mine.

(I also think that, if courts were involved, there's a chance multiple were... and maybe it didn't go the way they were expecting. It just makes you think- who was the mastermind behind this?)

Finally, I do want to mention that for the entirety of the first book, I was very suspicious of the Tower. Even now, when I really like him, I can't help but have my doubts. There is a lot of evidence that he and Rune's father were close- close enough to help plan an attack? He got Rune out of it, because of course Rune would go to him- his entire court was decimated, he needed help, and Tower was the only adult he knew and trusted. Maybe the carriage house was, in some sick way, tying up ends? Keeping him away from everything else, somehow?

I don't know. Sorry for such a long response haha.

EXACT SAME. It was actually in THT fandom most recently lol. Like, I reblogged one of their pretty edits once. Ever. I didn’t even say anything snarky or bitchy or rude in tags. I don’t think I added any commentary at all. Next thing I know? BLOCKED. Never interacted with them in any way whatsoever. (Typical N/J fangirl lol.) It’s the strangest behaviour and it’s that kind of thing that sours me towards sects of fangirls, and sometimes even the characters they like. Maybe that’s just petty but I think it actually just reinforces pre-existing feelings I had towards the character or pairing.) The only blogs I block are ones that are gross, RP, or spam. (RP blogs is a long history of them stealing and spamming and adding awful commentary to my posts way back in the day, so I just… block em. lol.)

Oh. My… WHAT. There’s a very odd sense of entitlement here that seems so peculiar to me. Like, that’s what the blacklisting feature is for? I’ve put every version of my most despised pairings, characters, etc. and it works? Very rarely does it miss on. I guess we’re just dramaphobic, mature old fandom farts. Like, “Kids, let me sit you down and tell you about this site before you could block things. Before even XKit was invented…” Not to mention every other website ever lol.

OKAY. Spoilers. It’s not much but other than the June in Martha costume (which was shown in the teaser Superbowl trailer anyway by now)… there were set pics of Emily, Sylvia, Nicole, and Luke all happy and smiling. IIRC. I can’t find the post anymore. So it may not have been in character. But I dunno… it all seems… too easy? Like, I’m glad Emily is safe but omg. She’d better not be all hunky dory “I stabbed a lady and threw her down the stairs, murdered another, and ran a dude over with a stolen car, but now I’m Canada, I’m all healed!” (Not including the heart attack/crotch kicking here cos that was fair play to Emily. She deserved that.) Like, honestly, as much part of me was like YESSSS at all of those, still… that’s grievous bodily harm with intent to kill, flat out murder, and vehicular manslaughter. For Emily to do those things, you don’t do those crimes without being really broken and damaged. And… yeah. That doesn’t magically disappear when you hop over a border.
