He’s Gonna Hate Me: Part 2
Pairing: Jensen X Reader
Word Count: 4,123
Warnings: Language, I think. Fluff. Fluffy Father!Jeffery Dean Morgan moment.
A/N: So writing Part 2 literally took forever, cause I’m horrible at staying to one task or story. And I get distracted super easy. But it’s finally here!! And I’m so excited to share it with you guys!! So here goes nothing...
“Jeff’s gonna be here soon.” Jensen says, fidgeting with his blue and white plaid flannel in the mirror. Again.
“I know.” You say, watching him from where you’re sat on the bed, amused.
“When’s he gonna be here again?” Jensen asks, glancing back at you in the mirror.
“He’s meeting me there during your Gold Panel and going to photo ops and autographs with me.” You tell him for the third time that morning, only getting more amused by his nervous antics. “Jense.” You say calmly, trying not to let your amusement show in your voice.
“What?” He asks, turning to face you as you get off the bed. “How are you so calm right now?”
You lay your hands on his broad chest, looking up at him. “It’s gonna go fine today, babe. My dad already loves you, that’s not gonna change just because you’re nailing his daughter.” You attempt to reassure him, an amused smile still on your lips.
“That’s exactly why he’s gonna kill me Y/N, I’m nailing his daughter!” He exclaims, making you giggle. “This isn’t funny Y/N!”
“It sort of is, Jay. But if you keep acting like this he’s gonna know something is up, you’ve gotta calm down babe.”
He sighs, “I know.”
“At least you don’t have to see him ‘till this afternoon, I have to spend all day with him.” You say with a smile, pressing a gentle kiss to his lips. “C’mon, you’re gonna be late.”
You grab Jensen’s hand, leading him out of the hotel room and to the elevator. Cliff is in the lobby waiting and he leads you out the back to the car, where Jared is already in the passenger seat. Cliff drives the three of you to the venue just a few blocks away, sneaking you in through the back.
“You okay dude?” Jared asks as Jensen begins pacing, waiting for the Gold Panel to start.
“Uh-huh.” Jensen mumbles and Jared looks over at you, his eyebrows furrowed.
“He’s nervous cause my dad’s gonna be here soon.” You explain, rolling your eyes.
“Ah, murder day.” Jared jokes, sounding just as amused as you.
“Shut up, Jared.” Jensen mutters, making you giggle. “That goes for you too, giggles.” Jared laughs.
“Jared, Jensen, it’s time.” Rich says, walking toward the three of you.
“Good luck, stay calm, I love you.” You say, stopping Jensen’s pacing and pecking him on the lips.
“Love you too, sweetheart.” He gives you one more peck on the lips before following Jared out to their Gold Panel.
“Y/N, Jeff’s in the lobby surrounded by fans, you might wanna go save him.” Rich tells you making you laugh, walking toward the lobby.
When you walk through the door you see a group of fans all standing around, surrounding someone only a few feet inside the doors. You laugh, standing back and watching as fans run up to your father, a few also walking away looking at pictures on their phones and items he autographed for them. After a few minutes you decide to finally save him, your first photo op session beginning soon.
“Jeffrey Dean Morgan!” You yell through the lobby, catching everyone's attention. The sea of fans part in front of you to let him walk toward you, a large smile on his aging face. “Hi daddy.” You return his smile, wrapping your arms around his shoulders.
“Hey darlin, good to see you.” He replies, hugging you tightly, fans taking photos and videos all around you. You kiss your dad on his scruffy cheek, pulling back and turning to the fans surrounding you.
“Alright guys, you can get photos and autographs later, I’m gonna steal my dad away now but he’ll be with me all day!” You announce, pulling your dad through the door to the back.
“You seem happy this morning.” You dad points out. You shrugs, leading him to the room for photo-ops, Misha already there.
“It’s been a good morning, am I not allowed to be happy?” You ask, a P.A. bringing you and your father your favorite coffee.
“Thanks.” You dad tells her, giving her a smile as Misha walks over to the two of you. “Of course you’re allowed to be happy darlin, it’s just a little strange bein so early. Is there any particular reason you’re so happy?”
“Nope.” You reply a little too quickly and Misha snorts out a laugh. You slap Misha’s arm, giving him a look to say shut up, making your dad laugh.
“Don’t beat up the angel now, I taught you better than that!” You dad jokes, chuckling.
“Yeah, Y/N!” Misha pouts, rubbing his arm where you hit him.
“Shut up, Misha.” You mutter, rolling your eyes.
“Photo-ops start in five minutes guys.” A P.A. announces, a few fans beginning to file into the room.
“Let’s get this show on the road.” You say with a smile.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s been two weeks since you told Jensen you were pregnant, and usually he barely leaves your side or he’s checking on you constantly, texting you all throughout the day. And while he had texted you a few times today, it was like he was completely avoiding you the best that he could. So when you texted Jared to ask if Jensen was okay, Jared just replied with a video of Jensen pacing across the empty green room, ranting about how Jeff was going to murder him and today would be his last day on earth. You showed Misha, the two of you giggling like drunk children.
Your day had mostly been spent with Misha, having photo-ops and autographs with him this morning and a panel with him later this afternoon. The only time you weren’t with Misha was during your solo panel, which of course ended up being a panel with your father, the fans paying him more attention than you. You didn’t mind, you knew he was part of the Supernatural family too, even if he hasn’t been on the show in at least ten years.
Currently Jensen and Jared are on stage for their panel, yours and Misha’s panel being right afterwards. You had just gotten done with your autographs and decided to hangout backstage for the rest of Jared and Jensen’s panel, you dad still following you around.
As you and your father walk through the door to backstage you hear Jensen say, “This is Jared.”
“Yeah, she knows that.” Jared says sarcastically, the audience laughing.
“Of course I do, like, I watch the show.” The fan sasses back, making you giggle. You peek through the black curtain to see Jared drop his mic on accident, Jensen shaking his head.
“This is why we don’t have nice things, Jared.” Jensen says as Jared bends over to pick up his mic.
“My chair is angled.” Jared complains.
“They act more and more like children every time I see them.” Your dad jokes with a laugh, watching from behind you.
“Yes they do.” You say as you watch them banter about Jared’s chair.
Jensen looks back at the fan finally, “Okay, what’s your question?”
“I wanna know, what was the last lie you told?” The fan asks.
“This should be good.” You mumble with a smirk.
Jared answers first, “The lie I tell myself everyday is that I don’t have to write it down to remember it.” The crowd laughs, “Yeah, what was that phone number? Yeah, yeah I got it, I got it. 30 seconds later -- I don’t know, what was it? So I tell myself that lie.” Jared looks over to Jensen.
“Uh, Jared asks me how he looked backstage. I said great.” Jensen jokes and makes a clicking sound with his tongue as he winks.
Jared looks at Jensen like a sad puppy and says, “That-that was a lie?”
“What?” Jensen asks looking at Jared.
“What? Huh?” Jared asks.
Jensen looks past Jared to the fan and says “Thank you” with a big smile and Jared starts laughing along with the audience.
Jensen turns to the next fan and says hi.
“Hi, my name’s Shannon, and I have a personal question for Jensen.” She says.
“Oh god.” Jensen mutters, making you giggle.
“So there’s a picture going around of you and Y/N at like a coffee shop and you’re kissing?” The fan asks curiously, making you freeze. Jared starts laughing as Jensen puts his face in his hands.
“I’m sure some of you have probably seen him already, but Jeff is in the building.” Jared says and the crowd cheers.
“I can’t answer that.” Jensen mutters into his mic, his face still in his hands.
“Why, cause Jeff’s gonna kill you?” Jared teases.
“You feel your father’s eyes burning a hole into the back of your head as Jensen says, “Shut up Jared.”
You grab a mic from the table beside you, turning it on and walking out onto the stage. “Can I interrupt for a minute?” The crowd cheers and Jensen looks at you as you walk up beside him and put your arm around his shoulders.
“What are you doing up here Y/N?” Jared asks teasingly, enjoying Jensen’s pain way too much.
“Well, I know I’m not supposed to be up here until my Panel with Misha in a little bit, but I felt like I had to come save Jensen.” You say with a laugh.
“You here to save him from Jeff?” Jared asks with a smirk.
“I might have to, he’s right backstage.” You say and the crowd cheers again. Jensen looks up at you with a terrified look on his face but you just give him a reassuring smile before turning to the fan that asked the question. “So you’re asking about the picture going around of Jensen and I kissing at a coffee shop, it surfaced about a week ago?” You confirm with her.
“Yes.” The girl answers, nodding her head.
“Well, we weren’t gonna address this until my panel with Misha, but I guess now is as good a time as any.” You look down at Jensen and he just shrugs, nodding his head to tell you to go ahead. You look back at the audience with a confident smile on your lips. “So, Jensen and I have actually been dating for quite some time now, but we had decided to keep it quiet until recently.”
The crowd cheers and Jensen smiles up at you, wrapping his arm around your waist and pulling you closer to him.
“Kiss her! Kiss her! Kiss her!” Jared and the crowd being chanting, making you laugh.
As soon as you lean down and press your lips to Jensen’s, a loud voice booms over the speakers.
“Get your hands off of her!” You father yells into a mic, walking on the stage with a Lucille slung over his shoulder. You and Jensen jump apart and your dad laughs. “Are we pissin’ our pants yet?” He taunts with a large, goofy smile on his face. “Oh boy, do I have a feelin’ we are gettin’ close!”
“You might wanna run, Jensen.” Jared teases and the crowd laughs.
“Is he gonna kill me?”Jensen whisper-yells, looking at you with wide-eyes.
You laugh, looking over at your dad, “Be nice, old man.” Jensen just sits there, looking between you and your dad, confusion on his features, making you giggle. “Relax, Jay, I told him while I was signing autographs.”
“Oh.” Jensen says, still just looking between you and your father.
“All joking aside, you better be good to my little girl Ackles.” Jeff says, giving Jensen a warm, reassuring smile. Jensen nods, smiling back.
“Always.” Jensen says, pulling you back into his side.
“Should we go?” You ask after the next question, it taking ten minutes for the boys to actually answer the question because you and your dad were just a huge distraction for them apparently.
“Probably, but you’re not going to.” Jensen says with a shrug and a smirk as your dad brings over two chairs for you to be able to sit down, making you giggle. The last fifteen minutes of the panel is just the four of you goofing off while Jensen and Jared attempt to answer fans questions. Once the panel is over Jensen and Jared have to go to their last autograph session while you and your dad just hang out backstage until your panel with Misha begins on the same stage.
Richard walks over to you, looking tired and confused. “Where is Misha? Your panel is supposed to start in one minute and we can’t find him anywhere.”
You shrug, “I haven’t seen him since we finished our autograph session after lunch.”
“What the hell.” Richard mutters, running a hand through his hair.
“We’ll just start without him, I’m sure he’s gotta be around here somewhere.” You say, grabbing a mic and handing your dad a mic as well.
“Alright.” Rich sighs, going out onto the stage to introduce you and your father to the stage.
When you walk out onto the stage, the crowd cheers loudly. You smile, waving to the crowd as you take your seat, your dad sitting right beside you. “Hey guys!” You say into your mic.
Someone yells, “Where is Misha?” making your dad laugh.
“Uh, we don’t know where Misha is, we lost him.” You tell them and they laugh. “So we’re just gonna start without him, I’m sure he’ll turn up at some point.”
You and your dad start taking questions, the fans of course asking Jeff questions about The Walking Dead. When the next fan steps up to the mic to ask her question about fifteen minutes into the panel, and you see hands on her shoulders but can’t see who exactly is behind her, you already know it’s gonna be an interesting question.
“What’s your name sweetie?” You ask the nervous looking girl.
“Uh, I’m uh, my name is Melanie.” She says, running a hand through her hair.
You smile at her reassuringly, “What’s your question?”
“I was just wondering-”
She’s cut off when Misha jumps up from behind her and asks, “Are Jensen and you planning on having any kids?”
Your eyes go wide and you let out a nervous laugh, “Uh, very interesting question Misha, it’s nice of you to finally join us.” Misha laughs, jumping up onto the stage with you and your dad. “To answer Misha’s question, Jensen and I have been together for a little over a year but it isn’t something we’ve really talked about.”
“Nice save.” Misha whispers in your ear as he puts a chair next to you and sits down.
“Did you have a question though sweetheart?” You ask Melanie.
She nods, “I was going to ask how long you’d like to see your character on the show.”
“I would love to see my character on the show for a while, especially to see the relationship between her and Dean grow, mainly because we’ve never actually seen Dean have any sort of real relationship. And I think that my character could help Dean to at least begin to love himself and help him out of his self-destructive behavior and habits.” You answer, giving her a smile.
The rest of the panel runs smoothly, other than Misha goofing off more than usual and making too many jokes about having children. So once the panel is over and the three of you are off stage, you pull Misha to an empty room, slamming the door behind you.
“Who told you?” You demand, glaring at the older man.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” He says innocently, trying and failing to hide a smile.
“It was Jared, wasn’t it?” You demand, crossing your arms over your chest. “Cause Jensen and I agreed we weren’t gonna start telling anyone, including the cast, until our parents knew. So who told you, cause I know Jensen’s excited but he can keep a secret. And Jared’s a loudmouth.”
“It was Jared.” Misha confirms and you groan, stomping out of the room and straight into your father.
“Whoa, hey, what’s wrong?” Your dad asks, gently grabbing your shoulders.
You look up at him, a dangerous look on your face as you say, “I have a giant to kill.” You duck out of his grasp and take off down the hall toward where you’re supposed to meet Jensen and Jared to go out to dinner once you were all done with your convention activities. When you see Jensen already there, leaning against the wall on his phone, you head straight for him. “Where is he?” You yell.
Jensen looks up, looking bewildered, “What? Where is who?”
“Padalecki! Where is he?” You demand, your arms crossed over your chest as you glare up at Jensen.
“Uh, I think he went to the bathroom. What’s goin on sweetheart?” Jensen asks, his hands held up a little bit as he stares at you with his eyes wide.
“He told Misha and Misha just about told my dad and the whole damn fandom during our panel.” You seeth, looking around for Jared.
“You didn’t tell your dad?” Jensen asks, his head slightly cocked to the side. You look at him, your features softening.
“I thought you’d wanna be there when we told him, so I figured we could tell him together at dinner.” You say softly. Jensen gently grabs your face, leaning down and kissing you deeply. You smile into the kiss, running your hands up through his hair.
“Y’all think you could keep the PDA to a minimum, I don’t really wanna see you making out with my daughter, Ackles.” You dad says from behind you, making you jump away from Jensen. You giggle, taking Jensen’s hand in yours as you turn to your dad.
“Ready for dinner?” You ask him with a smile.
“Is your mission for blood over with?” He jokes with a smirk.
You shrug, “I know where Jared works and lives, I’ll get him back later. Let’s just have a nice dinner before you head back home.” You dad nods, pulling out his phone and sending off a quick text. “You texted Jared to hide, didn’t you?”
“Maybe.” Your dad says as he slides his phone back into his pocket.
“You sure I’m clear?” Jared shouts down the hall as Cliff comes in.
“The car is ready.” Cliff announces.
“Let’s just go to dinner, Padalecki, I’m hungry.” You shout down the hallway before following Jensen outside.
When you get to the restaurant you’re seated in the back, away from prying eyes and fans so the four of you can have a quiet, peacefully family dinner. The conversation is kept friendly and light while you all look over the menu and order your drinks and food. Once the food is delivered a strong smell hits you, making your stomach turn instantly. You grab your glass of water, taking a few sips, willing yourself not to vomit. Jensen looks at you in concern, immediately noticing your change of demeanor.
“Are you alright?” Jensen whispers in your ear and you just nod, before shaking your head and excusing yourself, taking off for the bathroom as quickly as you can without making yourself seem suspicious and drawing an unwatched attention.
“Is she okay?” Your father asks Jensen, watching as you fast-walk toward the bathroom.
“Yeah, she just needed to use the restroom.” Jensen says, cutting into his steak.
That’s the last of the conversation at the table until you return a few minutes later. You notice the concerned look on your father’s face and give him a small smile as you slide back into your seat. Once again, the conversation is kept light as the four of you eat your dinners.
“Alright,” Your dad speaks up as he puts his napkin back on the table, finished with his meal, “What are you not telling me?”
Jensen chokes on his water, glancing at you as he attempts to stop coughing. You furrow your eyebrows and ask, “What do you mean?”
Jeff chuckles, “You’re my daughter Y/N, I’ve literally known you since you were born. And you may be a good actress but I can see straight through you. So, what are you not telling me?”
“Well,” You start, clearing your throat and grabbing Jensen’s hand under the table, “we were gonna wait to tell you until we were back at the hotel-”
“You’re pregnant, aren’t you?” You dad guesses with a smirk on his lips, his arms crossed over his chest as he looks between you and Jensen. You just nod your head, looking down at your fingers laced with Jensen’s on your lap as you wait for a speech from your father. “How far along are you?”
“About ten weeks now, I found out about a month ago and told Jensen two weeks ago in Texas.” You say, your eyes still glued to your hands. “The only people that know right now are us four, Kim, Misha and Cliff… And the writers and producers of the show, I had a meeting with them the Monday after I told Jensen. They’re gonna try to keep me on the show as long as they can, and it may actually work pretty well to where the end of the pregnancy we’ll be on hiatus anyways so hopefully I can keep it hidden until then but-”
“Y/N.” You father says, cutting off your nervous rambling. You look up at him, your eyes full of unshed tears. There’s a large smile on his face, unshed tears in his own eyes, causing you to furrow your eyebrows in confusion as you just look at him in silence. He stands up, walking around the table to you and pulling you up from your seat. He wraps his arms around your shoulders, hugging you tightly with his chin rested on top of your head. “I’m happy for you, baby girl.” He mumbles, his voice cracking with emotion, and you smile, your own tears rolling down your cheeks now.
“I love you dad.” You mumble, pulling back and looking up at him to see tear tracks on his cheeks.
“I love you too.” He kisses your forehead before pulling away completely, both of you wiping the tears from your cheeks. “You better be good to them.” Your father says, pointing at Jensen.
“Oh I will, they’re the most important things to me.” Jensen says with a smile.
Your father and you take your seats back at the table, the waitress coming over a couple moments later to check on the four of you and ask if you needed anything else.
“Well I think this calls for dessert!” Your father announces, clasping his hands together loudly.
“Oh, are we celebrating something?” The waitress asks with a large smile, looking between you all.
Your dad nods, his smile growing as he announces, “I’m gonna be a grandpa!” You giggle, rolling your eyes at your father’s very loud announcement.
“Well congratulations! What would y’all like for dessert then? On the house!”
The four of you tell the waitress what you’d like for dessert and she rushes off to the kitchen to get it for you. Within a few minutes she’s back with your desserts and you all dig in.
Your dad looks at you and Jensen, taking out his phone and telling the two of you to pose for a picture. Jensen puts his arm around you, the two of you smiling brightly as your dad takes a picture of you. He shows you the picture and says he’ll send it to the both of you, but that he’d also like to post it on his Instagram page.
“What are you going to put as the caption?” You ask him.
“I was just going to say something about the happy couple.” He says with a shrug, looking at his phone and pulling up Instagram.
You glance at Jensen and he nods, knowing what you’re thinking. You smile and say, “Do you want to be the one to announce to the world about the newest member to the Ackles-Morgan family?”
His head snaps up and he just looks at you for a minute, his mouth open as he looks between Jensen and you. “Are-are you serious?” His voice cracks again, a smile appearing brightly on his face as you nod your head, Jensen nodding beside you. “I would love that.”
He posts the picture of Jensen and you to his Instagram, the caption reading, “I couldn’t be any happier! I’m going to be a grandpa! We will be welcoming the newest member of the Morgan-Ackles family in April 2016! Congrats, kids. You’re going to be amazing parents! And welcome to the family, Jensen!”

you’re in my mind (under my skin)
A/N: This is for sloangreytrash who requested simi! Sorry it’s taken a while, hope everyone enjoys!
The first time Seb saw him, he was wasted. Seriously wasted. He’d been drinking steadily since about midday, flipping between heartbroken, raging and pretending getting dumped was the best thing in the world with every other drink. He’d anticipated the break-up - he’d have been blind not to see it coming - but it didn’t really make it hurt any less.
He’d convinced his friends that going out was a good idea, or maybe he hadn’t, and they’d planned on going out anyway. It was a Friday after all. Dan had abandoned them almost as soon as they’d gotten to the club, and Seb didn’t blame him. He’d seen him hanging off a tall, ridiculously good-looking man. If he’d been quicker, he’d definitely have tried his luck, but the guy seemed pretty preoccupied by Dan now. Jenson and Charles were still with him though, Jenson from actual sympathy, Charles was probably still here because his latest crush hadn’t been spotted yet. Not that he’d admit it, he was kinda glad, in a selfish way. He loved Charles like a little brother (it didn’t matter that Charles was less than a year younger than him, it was still younger), and he didn’t blame Dan and Charles for not wanting to stick with him the entire evening. But, company was company. And company also loves misery, misery such as Jenson also trying to bleach his brain with alcohol.
Break-up’s were hard.
“You know what?” Seb banged his glass down on the table, making Jenson jump. “Fuck ‘em. You deserve better. I deserve better.”
“We deserve better.” Jenson nodded, his eyes a little unfocused. “Why?”
“Because we just do.” Seb explained. “Charles, Charles, go find your boy. Because me and Jenson, we’re gonna pull tonight.”
“We are?” Jenson blinked. Charles looked like he was watching a funny car crash in motion. Part distressed but part hilarious.
“You are?”
Seb nodded. “Yes. Yes we are. We are going to get over our shitty ex-boyfriends, we’re going to get them out of our systems, and we are going to do that by getting drunk, then getting under somebody else.”
“You’re a genius.” Jenson said solemnly. “I’m gonna go. Find someone. To get under.”
“Jenson, Jense…” Seb grabbed onto Jenson’s arm, grinning like a maniac. “I don’t wanna see you until your walk of shame tomorrow.”
“Got it.” Jenson finger-gunned, walking away a little unsteadily. Seb sent a satisfied grin at Charles, who still looked distressed but was definitely struggling not to laugh.
“It’s a brilliant plan!” Seb protested.
“Sure, sure.” Charles snickered, the amused part of him finally winning out. “Whatever, I’m going to find someone interesting.”
“Is it Pierre?”
Seb couldn’t see Charles blush in the low light, but he was pretty sure it was there. “Just somebody.” Charles said, before leaning over to give Seb a quick hug. “Love you. Come find me if you need to.”
“Love you too. Go find your booty call.” Seb teased, ignoring the glare he got in return. He didn’t care, Charles would eventually come to his senses and realise that he’d been head over heels for Pierre since he’d set eyes on him, but it wasn’t his problem. Or more accurately, it wasn’t his problem right now.
He stood up, scanning the room. He needed to dance, and he wanted another drink. He just wanted to forget that Mark even existed, and the easiest way to do that was vodka. Or tequila. Alcohol in general.
“One vodka shot.” He motioned at the bartender. The guy standing next to him made a noise. “What?”
“Do you think you’re up to that?” The guy smirked. Seb glared. Was this guy assuming he couldn’t handle his alcohol? By a look? He didn’t know his life. He could make his own goddamn life choices.
“Totally am.” Seb replied, jaw set. “Are you?”
“Always.” The guy replied. Seb’s drink appeared before him, and he didn’t even stop to think before he was throwing it down his throat, determined to prove a point.
“What do you say to that?” Seb challenged. The guy shrugged.
“Maybe I should buy you another?” He offered. Seb narrowed his eyes, before nodding.
“Double.”
“Brave.” The guy smirked. “But sure. Two vodka doubles.”
Well, at least he was getting the drunk part of his checklist done.
~*~
Seb stepped off of the bus, slowly making his way towards his house. The sun was just about rising, and he looked wrecked. He knew that, he felt it as well. But a one-night stand was exactly what he’d aimed for, and why not? Hard, fast, drunken sex. And he’d only thought about Mark once, and he was pretty proud of that. Small steps.
He unlocked the front door, trying to shut it as quietly as possible. He loved Dan, Charles and Jenson like family (and they really were, to be honest), but he also knew that they’d tease him about this for days.
He snuck into the kitchen, cursing when Dan was already there, making a couple of coffees. Dan grinned, snickering. “Want a coffee?”
“Sure.” Seb muttered, sinking onto a chair. So goes his cunning plan. “What are you doing up at 6am?”
“The question you should be asking is ‘why haven’t you gone to bed yet Dan’?” Dan look very satisfied with himself. Seb rolled his eyes.
“Why haven’t you gone to bed yet Dan?” He parroted back, obediently.
“Because of the incredibly gorgeous guy still in my bed.” Dan replied smugly. “The sex is -”
“I don’t want to know.” Seb groaned, putting his hands over his ears.
“I’m assuming you had a good night?” Dan asked. “As you’re only getting back now?”
“Best way to get over someone is to get under someone.” Seb chanted, making grabby hands at the coffee. “Please Dan. I need.”
Dan took pity on him, handing him a mug. “Is it going to be a ‘might see them again’ situation? Or a ‘person at the right time’ situation?”
“The second.” Seb mumbled, before taking a gulp of coffee. “Go get back to bed. Incredibly gorgeous guy might start to think you’ve found a better option.”
Dan made a noise, a dazed grin on his face. “Seb, this guy knows there’s no-one better.” He grabbed the two coffees, giving Seb a goofy grin. “Don’t interrupt.”
“Don’t give me a reason to!” Seb called after his housemate, focusing on the coffee. Dan was an idiot, but he was also a genius in the kitchen, and he was the only one in the house who could actually make a decent coffee with their demon of a kettle.
He heard the front door open and close softly, and Jenson appeared, his face falling when he saw Seb sitting at the table. “It was your idea.” Jenson warned, attempting to stop the inevitable teasing.
Seb grinned. “Well, you’re unlucky enough that you’re going to have to make your own coffee. You missed Dan.”
Jenson groaned. “I hate you and your insanely good coffee.”
“No you don’t.”
“Can I go and wake him up?”
“Um… not unless you want to be scarred for life by the sight of his butt.” Seb admitted. “He’s still got a guest.”
Jenson made a face. “What time did you get here?”
“About five minutes ago.” Seb yawned. “I’m going to try and grab a nap.”
“Worn yourself out?” Jenson grinned. “If you’re doing that, can I have your coffee?”
“No. Fuck off.” Seb cradled his mug to his chest. “This is mine.”
“I hate you.” Jenson called as Seb stood up, walking off towards his bedroom.
“No you don’t!”
~*~
Seb saw him next at the library, when he was a few hours into an essay and only fuelled by Red Bull and a cheese toastie. The guy dropped into the seat opposite him, the same smirk on his face from the night at the club. It took Seb a few minutes to even notice he was sat there, too focused on the fact he was writing something that was pure bullshit. Hopefully good bullshit. Seb blinked when he looked up, seeing the guy there. What was his name again? Chris? Kevin?
“You look like you could do with a break?” The guy said. Seb just blinked again. Was he beginning to hallucinate? Because he could see his one-night stand telling him he looked stressed. “Do you want to grab a coffee?”
“No.” Seb said quickly. “Er, no, if I have anymore caffeine I might have a heart attack.” He explained, still feeling confused. And a little guilty. The guy’s smirk got even… smirkier? How was that even possible?
“Okay. Would you like to grab a cup of water then?”
Seb nodded dumbly, then shook himself. “I do really need finish this.” He said apologetically. The guy shrugged.
“I can wait.” He said, settling back into his chair. “Wake me when you finish.”
Seb blinked as the guy tipped his hat over his face, and almost immediately fell asleep. Seb turned in his seat, looking around, half expecting a camera crew to jump out from behind a bookcase. It had to be a prank. One-night stands don’t just appear out of nowhere and fall asleep in front of you!
When no camera crew appeared, and the guy - Ken? - still seemed to be fast asleep, Seb went back to his essay, feeling slightly unsettled. He’d thought that they’d both understood what was expected, which really only came down to two things - have mind blowing sex (and it had been mind blowing), followed quickly by never talking to each other again. He was holding up his end so well that he’d even forgotten the guy’s name! He hadn’t even known the guy was a student until now. Unless he was a faculty member. Shit, was he a faculty member? He could really do without the complications that would bring.
He kept dragging the attention back to his essay, only letting himself sneak a glance a couple of times. He could ignore him. It was possible. But he didn’t really remember writing the last bit of his essay. Too preoccupied. Although he wasn’t really sure what he was saying in the rest of the essay either. He packed up his laptop, hesitating a little before leaning over to give the guy a shove.
“Hey, er, hey.” Seb said quietly. The guy started a little, looking at Seb from under his hat.
“You’re finished?”
Seb nodded, looking at his bag. “You’ve been asleep about two hours.” He added. The guy didn’t look fussed.
“That’s okay. Coffee? Or water?” The guy asked again. Seb nodded, still confused about the entire situation, but willing to go along with it for now.
“Lead the way.”
~*~
Okay, so it was less a one-night stand, more a two-night stand. What could he say. The guy was a smooth talker when he wanted to be.
Still hadn’t learnt his name though.
They’d gone for coffee, and they’d lasted about 20 minutes before Seb had fallen for the smooth voice and the calm confidence. And that smirk . That smirk did something to a guy. They’d tried for pretence of actually talking, but Seb couldn’t say what they’d talked about. He remembers him staring, and feeling increasingly turned on, and then he was receiving the best blowjob he’d ever had. He didn’t even care that he was getting sucked off in a coffee shop toilet. With Mark, they’d never do anything so spontaneous. Everything about them had been formulaic, and just the fact that he was doing something risky, slutty even, just made him feel fantastic.
He collapsed onto the sofa, staring at the ceiling. He couldn’t tell his housemates. At all. He’d get knowing looks and remarks and he still wasn’t sure what this was. He could hear someone coming down the stairs, and he flung a pillow over his face. Maybe he could just hide here.
“Seb?” Charles sounded like he was above him. Seb pulled the pillow off, staring up. Charles was grinning down at him.
“Hi.” Seb said. He wasn’t going to tell anyone, and Charles wasn’t going to be able to tell from just his face. Hopefully.
“You look like your having a dilemma.” Charles said happily, patting Seb’s head. “What’s wrong?”
“I had a blowjob in a coffee shop toilet.” Seb said, eyes widening and slapping a hand over his mouth. “Shit. No I didn’t.”
“You… what?” Charles looked shocked. Seb just stared up at him, and then Charles burst into laughter. Seb glared.
“It’s not funny.”
“Yes, yes it is.” Charles cackled. “You slut! Who was he?”
“The guy from the club.” Seb replied sadly. “He found me at the library.”
Charles continued to snicker, moving around the sofa and sitting on Seb’s legs. Seb wiggled, making himself comfortable. Charles wasn’t exactly heavy, just a little awkward. “Do you want a hug?” Charles asked, looking serious. Or as serious as he could whilst he kept on letting out little bursts of laughter. Seb nodded, moving his arms so Charles could lie down, wrapping his arms around him once Charles was settled.
“Do you want to talk about it?” Charles asked. Seb shook his head.
“I need to think about it first. But thanks.” Seb replied. “Have you talked to Pierre since the other night?”
Charles shrugged. “A little. Nothing happened, that night. I just crashed there.”
“No judgement.” Seb said quietly. “I mean, I really can’t now.”
“Nope, you can’t.” Charles started to laugh again. “I never thought you’d be such an exhibitionist.”
“Neither did I.” Seb replied honestly. “It just kinda felt right, y’know?”
Charles nodded. “I get it. Just, be safe. Don’t let yourself get broken.”
“I will.” Seb sighed. “I promise.”
~*~
He was a liar. A complete and utter liar, and he couldn’t even start to feel mad. He hadn’t even meant to run into the guy again - Keith? He should really ask him for his name - but the guy had appeared beside him after football practice, leering at him in a slightly sinister but ridiculously sexy way. He really shouldn’t be blamed for anything that happened after. He was high on exercise, and the guy happened to be there, he wasn’t responsible for anything. At all.
Though he was really starting to enjoy sex in semi-public places. Or maybe it was just sex in semi-public places with him. Seb really wasn’t sure.
And now he kind of wanted to find this guy. Maybe even talk to him. He had a right to be curious, he’d had sex with him three times now. Finding out his name would at least be helpful. It wasn’t exactly like he could just wander round campus asking if anyone had seen a really sexy guy with a lazy smile. Well, he could. But he wasn’t going to to.
“Okay, so you don’t know anything about this guy?” Jenson asked, sounding a little alarmed. “Seb, he could be like… I don’t know, a serial killer!”
“I’m still alive.” Seb muttered, blushing a little as his housemates all fixed him with stern looks. “Sorry.”
“You really don’t even know his name?” Dan asked, perplexed. “Nothing?”
“His name starts with K. I wasn’t really preoccupied with his name the first time I talked to him, and then it just became awkward. And we don’t really spend much time talking.”
“Too busy have sex in public places.” Charles teased. “Okay, so we start with nothing. How about someone goes somewhere with you? Then he has to introduce himself.”
Seb could’ve kissed him in that moment. “You’re a true genius Charles. Pierre doesn’t know what he’s missing.”
Charles blushed. “It’s just an idea.”
“A brilliant idea!” Seb exclaimed. “So what, I’ll just wait at my lectures for you guys?”
Dan nodded. “We’ll find this guy. He can’t be that elusive.”
~*~
The problem was, none of them had considered the fact that they were all tied up themselves. Dan was consistently late to meeting Seb, and always with Jev hanging off his arm. Seb tried not to feel jealous, and tried his hardest not to feel like a third wheel, but he didn’t want to get in the way. And Jenson and Charles were both crushing hard, and as far as Seb could see, their affections were being returned, except no-one was saying anything. Nico and Pierre were great guys, and Seb didn’t want to get in the way again. True love was always difficult to achieve when your lovesick housemate was hanging around in a slightly awkward way. So the constant supervision was dropped, and he was back to being slightly lonely, and just waiting for the guy to appear from the shadows.
Except he didn’t.
A week turned into two, then three, and quickly a month had gone by without a sight of the the guy. Not even a whisper. And honestly, he was okay with it. It wasn’t something to mourn, and in reality, had helped him a lot. It’d stopped him moping about Mark, and gave him something to focus on. Maybe he didn’t need it now. His housemates weren’t giving him sympathetic looks anymore, when Seb saw him. He was spending more and more time at the library, needing the excuse to get out of the house. Jenson and Charles had come to their senses, and three couples surrounding him, it became a little stifling.
He was in one of his self-imposed exiles, having found it difficult to concentrate with whatever Dan and Jev would doing above him. He’d fled to the library, and hadn’t even realised he was in his pyjamas until he’d arrived. Thankfully it was nearly midnight, hopefully no-one he knew would see him like this.
So when he woke (he didn’t know when he fell asleep, but a while ago considering the lines of text he’d typed with his head), the guy was sitting opposite him, looking amused.
“Late night?”
Seb gaped, opening and shutting his mouth a few times before nodding. “Yeah, um, all my housemates are having sex.”
The guy raised an eyebrow, grinning. “And you’re not joining in?”
“Not like that!” Seb exclaimed, flustered. The first time he sees this guy in weeks, and he’s camped out in the library like a homeless person, with probably impressive bedhead and in his pyjamas. Someone should really just put him out of his misery. “Not with each other, with their boyfriends. Like normal people.”
“And you’re not because…?”
“I don’t have a boyfriend.” Seb mumbled. “Or girlfriend. Or friend at the minute.”
The guy just kept on staring, before standing up. “My place is nearby. If you want to be somewhere that isn’t this library.”
“I’m in my pyjamas.” Seb got out. The guy just continued to smirk.
“I can see that.”
Seb nodded, jumping up and packing up his stuff. He hadn’t brought much, and he didn’t pack it with too much thought. He was still having trouble processing that the guy was here, and he’d seen him at his absolute worst.
They didn’t say anything on the walk to the guys house. What did they really have to talk about, really? Seb wasn’t sure why he’d been invited back - well, he had an idea, but still. It didn’t feel like the other times. He vaguely recognised the flat they stopped at, a distant memory from an alcohol hazy night. He hadn’t really had time to actually look at the flat, and it was nice. Cozy.
“Do you have any housemates?” Seb asked lowly. The guy shook his head.
“Don’t get on well with most people.” Came the curt response. Seb nodded, like that made sense. He’d never really had a problem with people, well, most people. He walked around the room, being drawn to the varying trophies that sat on a bookcase.
1st place Karting Regionals - Kimi Raikkonen
“Kimi.” Seb breathed. “I knew it started with K.”
“Do you want a drink?” Kimi asked, and it felt good being able to give him a name. Kimi. Seb shook his head, yawning.
“I’m good, thank you.” He smiled, sitting down awkwardly on the sofa. “You’ve already done enough saving me from the horrors of the library.”
“Well, if you ever need to just get away…” Kimi shrugged. “You’re always welcome.”
“Why?” Seb blurted out. Fuck his stupid ability to never shut up. “Sorry, I didn’t mean -”
“It’s okay.” Kimi smirked. “I don’t know, I like you? You seem interesting.”
Seb nodded, still feeling a little lost. “But, I still don’t understand why? Why me? Why pick me up for a couple of hook-ups and then disappear?”
Kimi shrugged. “I don’t do people.”
“No shit.” Seb grumbled, folding up on himself. He was pissed off, and he still couldn’t go home. He certainly didn’t want to go back to the library. He just wanted to be in bed, pretending that this wasn’t actually happening. “Thanks for letting me stay here, I’ll be out of your hair soon.”
“I don’t want you to go.” Kimi said quietly. “If you don’t want to.”
Seb frowned a little, looking over at Kimi. “I thought you didn’t do people.”
“I don’t. But I want to do you.”
Seb snorted. “That sounds way worse.”
Kimi gave a small huff of laughter. “Well, in both ways.” He looked over Seb appreciatively. “I’m open.”
Seb blinked, and then jumped over the sofa. He grabbed Kimi’s face, kissing him hungrily, desperate. Kimi hummed, pulling Seb against him, walking them towards his bedroom. “So eager.” Kimi murmured, nipping at Seb’s lip. “Did you miss me?”
“Not at all.” Seb grinned, kicking off his pyjama pants and pulling his shirt off. “I think you have too many clothes on.”
Kimi nodded, following Seb’s lead, watching Seb lie down on the bed. “You look obscene.”
“Look in a mirror.” Seb replied, dragging Kimi down. “Now fuck me.”
“My pleasure.” Kimi smirked, leaning over and grabbing a condom from the bedside table. Seb hissed as Kimi slid a finger into him, slowly. Kimi kissed him lazily, working him just enough to slide a second finger in. Seb might not have remembered much from that first night, but he hadn’t forgotten how good Kimi was with his hands. His nerves were already running on electricity, another spark jolting when Kimi curled his fingers just so. “You feel so good.”
“More.” Seb panted, gripping the bedsheets. “More.”
Kimi grinned, sliding in a third finger, and it was almost too much. Seb started to push back a little, but Kimi just held onto his wrist, shaking his head.
“Not yet.” He said, sliding his fingers out. “You’re not to come until I tell you to.” He whispered, lining himself up. Seb nodded, throwing his head back with a whine when Kimi pushed in.
“Fuck, Kimi, fuck, move it… ”
Kimi was holding onto his waist, hard enough to bruise, but Seb didn’t care. He wanted to move, he wanted to roll his hips, but Kimi was holding him in place, caging him in. He held onto the bedsheets, desperate to hold something. Kimi seemed to have figured out the perfect angle, and Seb was shaking, trying to hold on. “I need, I need to…”
“Not yet.” Kimi breathed, releasing one hand from Seb’s waist. “Not yet.”
Kimi wrapped a hand around Seb’s dick, grinning when Seb whimpered. “Does that feel good.”
“So good, please…” Seb trailed off. His legs were trembling where they were wrapped around Kimi’s waist, he was so close…
“Come for me.” Kimi commanded, and it was all Seb needed. His vision went black, and when he came down from his orgasm, Kimi was shaking, hips stuttering. They stayed like that in silence for a few seconds, until Seb started to laugh, a little hysterical.
“You’re easily the best lay I’ve ever had.” Seb giggled, laughing harder when he saw Kimi’s incredulous face. “Fuck, I needed that.”
“The sex?”
“The sex. Or more specifically, the sex with you.” Seb admitted. He winced when Kimi pulled out, smiling when he caught the soft look on Kimi’s face. “I might take advantage of your bed.”
“Less distractions here?”
“Oh, definitely more.” Seb chuckled, getting up to clean himself off. “But worth it.”
~*~
“So not a serial killer?” Charles asked, squinting a little. Seb laughed, happily accepting the coffee that Dan passed him.
“Not a serial killer. Possibly a vampire though.” He joked. “Tends to hang around places at night.”
“That’s not alarming.” Jenson muttered, grinning when he caught Seb’s look. “I’m happy for you. And jealous, you can enjoy an entire apartment.”
“Well, thank you to all of you for having so much sex I actually ran out of here.” Seb said, giving a little groan of pleasure when he took a sip of the coffee. “But fuck, I’m never leaving, and it is because of your coffee.”
Dan grinned, looking pleased. “And my skills strike again!” He cheered, giving a quick bow. “I thank you, I thank you.”
Seb laughed, listening to his housemates chatter amongst themselves. He’d missed this, but they’d all missed this. But he wasn’t going to disappear, to make them worry and abandon them. He loved Kimi’s place (more the bed than anything), but they were going to take it slow. By Kimi’s own admission, he wasn’t a people person, and having someone hanging around all the time felt like too much. And he didn’t want to give up this, sitting down and joking around, chatting about the most stupid things. They were young, and in love, and maybe it would last. Maybe it wouldn’t. There was no need to worry about the future yet, it’d come for them. But maybe they could enjoy the present. And maybe a bit more of Dan’s coffee.

Love Heals the Soul (Part 31) - Birthday Cake
Summary: Jensen’s Birthday...amongst other things
Masterlist
Pairing: Jensen x reader
Word Count: 1760
Warnings: All the fluff, implied smut, and then a little minor swearing, and some angsty bits sprinkled in, talk of an accident
A/N: Couldn’t help myself with this chapter gif. lol Feedback is always welcome! Italicized are lyrics, POV thoughts or text conversations; you can tell by the context
You had taken Jensen’s suggestion of going to see a therapist with the hopes that it might curb the nightmares, having been going once or twice a week for the last couple of months. It was helping, you hadn’t had any of the really bad ones for a while, leaving you with the minor ones to deal with.
You couldn’t get in to see the doctor for your hand until the middle of March, having already called twice to try and move up your appointment. You were still scared as hell at the thought of dealing with it; managing to put all of that aside though when it came to Jensen’s birthday.
There was no way you could make him a cake or anything at the apartment and keep it a secret for his birthday. You were still spending a couple of days a week at the café, making sure things were running ok, orders were getting placed and inventory was getting done. You weren’t the owner, and technically didn’t have to do all of that, but you liked helping out, feeling like you had a purpose. Because if you were being honest with yourself, you were feeling like you didn’t know how much longer you’d be able to help.
It was a smaller cake, nothing crazy, able to feed a few dozen people. You had talked to Bob one of the days that you had visited the set, asking if they were going to be ordering in cakes for the cast and crew. He told you they were, so you the two of you decided to hold off for a couple days and surprise him.
At the café the next day you were trying to decide what flavor to do for him. He is a fan of chocolate, that’s always a classic, why not? After a few minutes deciding on chocolate cake with a dark chocolate mousse filling covered in chocolate ganache. I mean if we’re going to do chocolate, might as well go all out right? Make the last one special?
A couple days later, the day before you were to take it to set, you had decorated it with chocolate garnishes and writing. It really was one of your favorite cakes that you had done, despite how your arms were feeling. Anything for him. You couldn’t wait to get on set and give this to him, especially with what you had planned out.
Jensen’s POV
My birthday was three days ago, and nothing had happened, save for a few well wishes from a couple people. Not that I ever asked for any of the crew to do anything, but they always do something special for birthdays, so it was a little weird when nothing came up. Especially after doing this for thirteen years. I put it to the back of my mind since Misha, Jared and I were getting ready to film another scene in the bunker.
We took our marks, starting in the kitchen, and set up for the scene. Bob had given us some loose instruction on being able to adlib a few lines, just to see where it went. He knew how the three of us worked, and knew that we would get the take we wanted; even if it took a couple tries.
Dean: Any idea on what we’re dealing with? grabs beer from fridge
Sam: Not a clue. I’m sure the archives would have something. shrugs There could even be something in the library?
Dean: Don’t you have the library catalogue memorized by now?
Sam: classic Sam bitch face look to Dean
Cas: He’s not wrong, Dean. It’s worth a shot. Then if we can’t find anything, we can go down to the archives.
Dean: sighs Fine.
Walks to library
Dean: Where do…what the hell? Realizes adlib Why is it pitch black in here?
Sam: …Maybe we forgot to pay the electric bill?
Cas: You don’t pay for electricity…
Sam: clasps hand on Cas’s shoulder Never mind buddy.
Dean: Are there even light switches in this room? I’ve honestly never noticed…
Suddenly the lights turn on and Y/N is sitting on the table, legs crossed with a cake sitting next to her.
“Happy Birthday, Jensen!”
I couldn’t even begin to tell anyone how happy I was at the surprise, I was just happy to have her in my arms, walking quickly to her and sweeping her up in a hug. “Wow! How did you manage this?” She just laughed. God that laugh, I’ll never get enough of it.
“Bob helped me out with this one. Hope you don’t mind it’s a couple days late.”
I pulled her into another hug, “Not at all. Thank you so much baby. This is great, I love it.”
Bob had since called cut, while other crew-members were bringing out a table with a couple other sheet cakes on it along with some plates and forks.
After a round of Happy Birthday was sung, I blew out the candles on the cake they had brought out for everyone. I couldn’t wait though to cut into the cake that Y/N had made, I loved everything that she baked. Everyone on set, which was a lot of people, got a piece of either cake, and everyone who had a bite of Y/N’s cake was commenting on how amazing it was, saying that they’d have to call her for when they needed one. She thanked everyone who talked to her, but I could tell something was bothering her, but I didn’t bring it up; it could wait until later. I wanted the both of us to enjoy this time.
Bob was nice enough to give us all an hour or so to eat cake and talk. When it was time to go, I pulled Y/N aside in one of the coves of bookshelves to say bye to her.
“Thanks again for this. That was really sweet of you, in every sense of the word.” I couldn’t help to laugh at the pun I let slip.
“Anytime baby,” she said with a smile.
“I’m not sure what time I’ll be home tonight, but I’m out early tomorrow, so we can go out for that birthday dinner I’ve kept postponing,” I told her, giving her a kiss on her forehead. “Perfect, I’ll make a reservation when I get home later.”
I took her hands in mine, running my thumbs over her wrists unsure of how my next question would go over, but I had to ask to quiet the voice in my head. “I hope that cake wasn’t too much trouble for you, you know you didn’t have to do all that for me. You surprising me would have been more than enough.” I knew she got the meaning under what I was asking, I also noticed she hesitated before answering me.
She looked up and smiled, “No trouble at all.” I’ll have to bookmark that topic for a later date as well. Her demeanor seemed to change in the next second, as if trying to forget the last ten seconds of the conversation.
“See you later birthday boy, you’ve got one more surprise waiting at home,” she told me as she walked away with a wink.
Well how the hell am I supposed to finish shooting today with that going through my head?
---
Despite the fact that we finished late last night, I had to be on set by seven this morning. I always hated days like these, especially since Y/N wasn’t at the café as much anymore to make my morning coffee. Because of that, I made it a point to have a few minutes with her before leaving, even on the early mornings when she despised waking up before the crack of dawn with me. It gave us a chance to talk though and just be together, as if living and sleeping together wasn’t enough, it’s still something we both enjoyed.
I ran my finger up and down her nose, waking her gently. For some reason I loved waking her like this, I had no idea why, maybe it was because it was cute to watch her come to and flutter those beautiful eyes open at me. This morning though she whined at me, knowing it was too early for any sane human to be awake. “Why,” she asked, drawing out the word like a five year old. “Are you whining Y/L/N?”I asked her, using her own line on her. Even that glare is freaking adorable.
I knew she wasn’t seriously upset with me; she enjoyed this just as much as I did. After stretching and sitting up with me, we talked about what we had planned for our days. Mine was mostly what scenes we were going to be shooting, while she had mentioned that she needed to run a few errands and do a couple chores.
“Well I’ll be done around three, home by four, then it’s our night. Dinner…drinks…maybe another present to unwrap…” That got her giggling. “We’ll see Ackles, as long as you’re good,” she teased. “Oh you know I’m good.” Two can play that game.
---
Briana and Kim were back on set today, we only had a few scenes to shoot, a couple things down by the boat yard. We were in the middle of a scene, all of us coming back from the Bad Place, when Bob yelled cut.
“Uh, is everything ok? I thought that was a good take, do we need-“
“Jensen, come here please.” Well shit. I heard Briana answering her phone and a commotion going on behind me as I walked over to Bob.
“Jense, we just got a call because they couldn’t reach you, Y/N-“ Briana was over, cutting of Bob, barely getting out the words that she had to go, looking frantically at me.
“Guys, what the hell is going on?” I demanded.
“Jensen, Y/N is in the hospital, she was in a car accident…” Briana told me.
I felt a hand on my shoulder, not needing to see who it was to know it was Jared, or to know exactly what he was trying to do; help me stay grounded and in the present and not lose myself.
“I need to go. Dammit...Bob, I’m sorry, I need to go. Can you finish without Bri and I? I’ll text and keep you guys updated,” already jogging away before waiting for an answer.
“Go, we’ll figure it out,” he told me.
Bless that man. Some days I wondered why he was so good to me.

For the DVD commentary: The Snowball Fight (because I know everyone's gonna ask for Hyperborean and Don't Tell Cougar)😀💜
So. Guess who did this thing and then accidentally saved it as a draft instead of queuing it? Sorry for the long wait, but, in my defense, I DID finish it rather quickly, I just failed to post it.
ANYHOW. The Snowball Fight is a 4k one shot so I won’t be commenting on ALL of it (because then we really will be here all day) but I’ll pick out some of my favourite bits! It’s still super long, though, so more below the cut!
Fair warning: I haven’t read this one in ages so many of the comments are just my reactions to my own writing, and not all of them are intelligent.
“Jensen,no. No.” Pooch took a cautious step backwards, holding up his hands inwhat could be a warning or an attempt to protect himself. It was difficult totell. “No, Jensen, don’t you dare. Jense—!” [The majority of this paragraph was actually not written by me (seeing as it was a writing prompt) but I feel like I made the most of it. I have no idea why I decided to write about a snowball fight, but it sounded like a good idea at the time]
Whateverelse Pooch had intended to say was smothered by the handful of snow Jake threwat his face. [I feel bad for Pooch, I really do] Jess really would have believed Pooch capable of ducking, but thenagain, he had probably thought that Jake wouldn’t go through with it. Whichproved just how much Pooch overestimated Jake’s level of maturity as soon assnow was involved. [Writing from Jess’s POV was an interesting experience and I’m really happy that I did it. I got to explore so many of the characters from a new perspective, which actually helped my overall view of them. Outside POV can do WONDERS for your grasp on characters. I strongly recommend it to all the writers out there.]
The factthat Jake gave Beth an enthusiastic high five while Pooch was busy spitting outsnow only seemed to confirm that fact. [They make a good team!]
“Forfu— fudge’s sake! Jensen!” Pooch snapped, no doubt attempting to chastise —but it sounded a lot more like whining. [I love Pooch. Does that show?]
Jesssnorted on a laugh and took a sip from her coffee cup. She stood leaningagainst the back porch railing, watching the others frolic in the snow. [This whole fic is just fluff and cuteness and I really wanted to show how calm and relaxed everyone is, including Jess. So while she’s not engaged in the snowy adventures, she’s definitely content, just standing there watching them.] Swearwords were not allowed in the presence of her daughter and that was a rathercreative save, she must admit. [Pooch is the one who respects this the most, hence the fudge. Jake occasionally slips up without meaning to and feels bad every single time because he might be corrupting his beloved niece. As for Cougar, Jess had to explain very calmly and very firmly that cursing in Spanish still counts and him thinking it didn’t won’t save him from punishment. Clay and Roque (while he was still on the team) are almost entirely banned from speaking at all, because they clearly can’t be trusted to keep their language clean.]
“What?”Jake was grinning, his cheeks pink from the cold and knitted hat askew. Muchlike his glasses, which he proceeded to push back into place. [I can’t be the only one who thinks this is cute. An excited Jake is always adorable and even more so when he looks like this.] “It wasfunny. That was funny, right?” He turned to Beth, as if to ask for herinput, and Beth, naturally, nodded enthusiastically. As if she would ever takePooch’s side over her beloved uncle’s. “See! Beth thinks it wasfunny!” [Actual nine-year-old Jake Jensen. Just look at this dork.]
“She’seight, Jensen,” Pooch repliedtestily, rubbing the sleeve of his jacket across his face to wipe away the lastremnants of snow.
“Andthree quarters!” Beth piped up, clearly offended to have her age sogrievously mislabeled. [Practically all kids do this, don’t they?]
“Yes,and three quarters,” Jake agreed, nodding seriously. [Again: actual nine-year-old Jake Jensen.] Beth grinned up athim and Jess fought an urge to shake her head. Sometimes she wasn’t sure whowas the older and more responsible of the two, but on most given days she’d beinclined to say Beth. [I agree with Jess.]

“He’sasleep?” Jess asked when Jolene came to stand next to her.
Jolenenodded, her smile soft and gentle, no doubt imagining the peaceful, sleepingface of her baby boy. Jess would have done the same and she couldn’t helpfeeling a tiny squeeze in her chest, almost longing for the days when she’d hadthat very same smile. However tiring and trying it had been to care for agrowing child — even with Jake’s help — she wouldn’t change it for the world.Nothing could ever quite compare, and to see Beth now, happy and laughing, madeit all worth it. [While I’m not a mother myself, I do think being one is incredibly important to Jess. I see her as incredibly protective of her family — not to mention devoted — and I couldn’t go through the fic without mentioning that. Admittedly, in lack of personal experience, I based most of this on things my mum has said.]
—
“Yourhusband is about to find out what happens when two Jensens gang up onhim,” Jess replied, taking another sip from her coffee cup. [Jess is so proud, sipping her coffee like a boss.]
“Oh,this I got to see.” Jolene looked almost disturbingly pleased, but shepaused for a second when she took note of the fourth person currently occupyingJess’ yard. “Is Cougar building a snowman?” she asked somewhatincredulous. [I HAD TO. I just… I had to. OF COURSE Cougar is building a snowman!]
“Thathe is,” Jess confirmed, hiding her grin behind her cup.
BecauseCougar was, in fact, building a snowman; with the same kind of calm patienceand ruthless precision that he devoted to every task he performed. He seemedcompletely unaware — or unbothered, more likely — by the increasingly unstablesituation between the other three out there in the snow with him. He just kepttweaking and adding adjustments to the impressively elaborate snowman. [I just really like the thought of Cougar putting a HUGE amount of effort into everything he does, especially things most people would find silly or childish. Like, he doesn’t give a single fuck about what other people might think because he has pride, dammit, and he’s not going to do a halfassed job just because the activity isn’t badass. Cougar is incredibly competent and devoted, is what I’m saying, and those things he finds worth his attention get ALL of his attention. Including snowmen.]
“Ithink Beth and Jake started it but got bored halfway through, so Cougar decidedto finish it,” Jess explained, her cheeks almost aching from how wide hergrin was getting. She just couldn’t help it.
It was adorable. [It really is adorable. Cougar always has Jake’s back, even if it involves finishing his snowman. Also, I genuinely think Cougar enjoys it, though he probably wouldn’t admit it. Making snowmen can be really therapeutic.]
She wasn’tashamed to admit that the first time she had met Cougar she had been slightlyintimidated by him. Or maybe that was the wrong word, considering how elusivehe was, but she had definitely been wary. She had more experience dealing withbrash, confident alpha males than she did someone who was quiet and subtle, butundoubtedly just as dangerous. It was unsettling to be met with someone she knew was calmly observing and analyzingeverything in his environment, to better make himself less noticeable and, consequentially, an even bigger threat. [The moment I decided to write from Jess’s POV, this was one of the parts I was looking forward to writing. I really, really wanted to know how Jess viewed Cougar, since she wouldn’t be as enamoured with him as Jake. She’s a fierce, protective woman so she would see more of Cougar’s flaws and be quite wary of his silences. I think she didn’t particularly like him at the start and it took her a while to really welcome Cougar into the family. And, honestly, I can’t blame her. Cougar is a terrifying man.]
She wasmore concerned about Cougar than she had ever been about Roque, because thatwas hostility she would see coming a mile away. Cougar — well, she probablywouldn’t even see it after the fact. [I am so with Jess on this. Roque can fuck shit up, definitely — and did — but Cougar is scary as fuck.]
Not thatCougar would ever harm her. Despite that he had never said anything to imply it— considering how little he spoke in general — Jess knew that Cougar regardedher and Beth as people he needed to protect at all cost. She thought that wasprobably both because of how much he had begun to care for them on a personallevel, and how much they meant to Jake. [Cougar would literally die for them, I’m sure. Because he’s dramatic like that. And I love that Jess sees through that. Jake can sometimes be a little blind because there are gaps in his confidence, but Jess knows what’s up.]
Cougarwould do anything for Jake. [Well. DUH.]
SometimesJess still couldn’t believe what she was seeing, but Cougar was unmistakablyand unapologetically head over heels in love with her dorky little brother. [Like, just imagine: Jake coming home at some point and just blurting out that he’s dating Cougar now. He probably gave Jess a heart attack because “oh my GOD Jake that might be a very bad idea”. And she wondered if she’s going to have to keep an extra eye on Cougar now because she will literally castrate him if he hurts her baby bother in any way. But then she sees them together — and the way Cougar is just so STUPIDLY in love — and it quickly changes to “I cannot believe these two are even real.” (same, Jess, same)]
Love might even be toosmall a word to describe the absolute devotion and affection Cougar felt forJake. [One of my favourite lines in this fic. I just… yes? I feel like this is true? I really can’t describe it in words. I try, but I feel like I fall short, every single time.]
—
The snowballfight took a drastic turn when Beth, in an attempt to get away from theonslaught of projectiles, ran to hide behind Cougar. [She learned this technique from her uncle.] This, of course, put himin the line of fire. The entire yard seemed to freeze when one of the snowballsintended for Beth hit Cougar in the side, making him pause in the middle ofadding the last finishing touches to his snowman. [I can very clearly picture this in my mind and, admittedly, I was giggling when I wrote it.]
Jess waspretty certain that you could hear a pin drop. [Pooch and Jake can see their lives flash before their eyes.]
Cougar wasthe first to move, turning to looking down at Beth. She was huddling behind himand her small hands — covered in a pair of pink mittens — were clinging to theedge of his coat. She was looking back up at him with her big, blue eyes, widewith sincerity and a wordless plea to avenge her honor. [This is also a technique she learned from her uncle. Cougar has literally no defenses, whatsoever, against the Jensen Puppy Eyes™, no matter if they’re from Jake himself or his niece. Cougar is so bad at this.]
Maybe Jessshould ask if Beth wanted to take acting classes? She was ruthless. And quite a natural talent, by the looks of it.
Cougar seemedalmost curious at first — as if he couldn’t quite grasp what she was doing —but eventually just smiled and patted her head comfortingly, obviously havingcome to a decision. [Cougar being extra kind to kids will forever be one of my headcanons. It just suits him.]
He thenturned to face the two grown men standing a couple of feet away. The smile was nowherein sight. And judging on the nearly identical looks of dread on both Jake’s andPooch’s faces those meager feet between them clearly wasn’t enough. An entirecontinent might not have been enough. [Considering that this is Cougar we’re talking about, an entire continent is definitely not enough.]
Cougar raisedan eyebrow and Jake and Pooch hastily pointed at each other. It was difficultto say who was the culprit; both of them looked pretty guilty. [Since I don’t actually reveal this in the fic, allow me to do so now: it was Pooch. Jake threw a snowball as well, but missed. So Pooch is actually the one to blame.]
Jake clearedhis throat, weighting insecurely on his heels.
“Whoa, hey man.” His smile was just this side of terrified. “Cougar, let’stake a moment to calm down here, okay?”
“Yeah,”Pooch agreed readily, “let’s not do anything drastic.” [Their optimism in the face of certain death is quite admirable.]
Cougarremained silent before looking back at Beth who was — bless her soul —definitely aware of the strategic benefits of recruiting Cougar as her ally andprotector. [Who wouldn’t want Cougar as their protector? Like, honestly?] He was probably well aware of her scheming, but Cougar had alwaysbeen a bit of a softie when it came to Beth. He seemed to have a hard timedenying her anything, lavishing her with attention and affection that almostsurprised Jess with its intensity.
Every oncein a while she actually forgot that Cougar wasn’t related to Beth, since hetreated her so much like Jake did, albeit with a more mature and dependableundertone. [I think Cougar forgets that too. He would probably never call her his niece when asked, but in his head he’s sort of forgotten that he’s not actually related to her. Because he IS a huge softie when it comes to Beth and he’s so far gone that he can’t change that now. I am so, so fond of exploring the relationship between Cougar and Beth and I absolutely love to be able to show Cougar’s softer side like this. Cougar and kids, basically.]
—
It onlytook another couple of seconds before she saw the shift pass through them both.It was nothing too obvious — most people wouldn’t notice unless they knew bothJake and Cougar to the extent that Jess did — but every once in a while theyjust seemed to align.
There wasno other word for it.
Theirpostures eased, their expressions softened and ever so slowly they wouldgravitate towards each other. Just lean in an inch or two, melting into theother’s personal space as if it was the most natural thing in the world. Maybeit was. Sometimes it was eerie to see how synchronized they were, or howeffortlessly each could find the other and know what he wanted or needed. [These three paragraphs are no doubt my favourie in the entire fic. Being able to describe what I imagine Cougar and Jensen look like to an outsider was such a joy. How they fit together and how they just ARE. One of the reasons for why I love this ship — the biggest one, really — is how they, well, align, as Jess put it. They match. They’re never far apart. They’re so in tune with each other that they don’t need words. There is something so incredibly beautiful about that and I loved being able to describe it.]
Like now, when Cougar pulled off one of his gloves to wipe away some lingering snow fromJake’s face, his touch so achingly gentle that it almost made Jess’ throatseize up, just from watching it. She couldn’t hear what they were saying — theywere speaking much too low for that — but there was no mistaking the reverencein Cougar’s eyes and the awed, breathless love coloring Jake’s smile. [I wrote this damned thing and my heart still squeezes from how sweet and pure this is. THE GENTLENESS. THE CARE. THE LOVE. Kill me now.]
“I’mglad they’re happy though,” Jolene continued, just as softly. [SAME, JOLENE. SAME.]
Jess wasn’tsure if Jolene was seeing the same thing she was seeing, but she could donothing but nod in agreement.
It hadworried her at first, when she had noticed the feelings her brother harboredfor Cougar. Jake, despite being a trained soldier with more kills to his namethan Jess even wanted to consider, was trusting and emotionally vulnerable. Hewanted to be loved so badly that he didn’t know how to hold back — how to guardhimself against heartbreak and betrayal. He could so easily be taken advantageof, and before Jess got to know Cougar she feared that he was the kind ofperson who would. She feared that there wouldn’t be much left of Jake’s heart,if Cougar decided to crush him. [I love Jake. I just do. And I love the insecurities and vulnerabilities you can give him. He is a very happy and dorky person, but he’s far from one-dimensional. The fact that he wants to be loved so badly just breaks my heart some days, and I can only imagine what it feels like for Jess. Jake is precious and needs to be protected at all costs. Fortunately, Cougar agrees.]
But ofcourse Cougar hadn’t. [He would rather die than hurt Jake. We all know this.]
Since thenJess had learned that not only was Cougar a much better man than she had evergiven him credit for, but he was as committed and sincere as Jake — maybe evenmore so. Cougar seemed to love Jake with every fiber of his being, and despitetheir differences Jess could tell that they fit each other seamlessly. [Again, Cougar doesn’t do things by halves. He’s an all-in kind of a guy and, when it comes to Jake, I think he’s in more deeply than ever. I’m pretty sure they love each other equally, but Cougar just does everything so intensely that it’s impossible to ignore just how in love he is.]
They had aneffortless quality to them that few couples ever achieved. [Another reason why I love this ship!]
How onearth someone like Cougar could put up with Jake was a bit of a mysterysometimes, but on the other hand Jess knew that they weren’t the same inprivate. She knew that Jake gave as much as Cougar did. She had heard it, thatnight when she had startled awake — not really knowing why — until she hadrealized that she had been woken by Cougar’s scream.
Jess knewall about the nightmares a soldier could get from his service — she had sat upwith Jake after some of his — and when she had quietly made her way towards theguestroom, just to make sure that they were okay, she hadn’t been surprised tohear the soft, low mumble of Jake’s voice. Soothing, sweet and unmistakablyloving. [This was mostly some show and tell. Jess speaks a lot about how Cougar and Jake fit together and give each other support, so I wanted to give a more solid example.]
Shecouldn’t hear the exact words — that was none of her business — but she didn’tdoubt for a second that as much as Cougar seemed to be the centre around whichJake orbited like an overexcited moon, Cougar wouldn’t know what to do withoutJake there to comfort and ground him. [I am very fond of this paragraph. The balance between these two is just so fascinating and I love trying to put it into words. I’m veryproud of this imagery.]
Their relationship was nowhere near as uneven as some might think. [THIS is incredibly important to me. I want everyone to know that this isn’t just Cougar putting up with Jensen because he loves him, but, in fact, an equal relationship. They might need each other in different ways, but neither of them got the short straw. Fucking fight me.] Jess had beenhesitant at first, but it was things like this — seeing them there in the snow, sinking deeper into an intimacy that had nothing to do with physical touch, buteverything to do with belonging — that made her relax. [COUGAR AND JENSEN BELONG TOGETHER. PASS IT ON.]
Theirpersonalities might be almost complete polar opposites, but they fit togetherperfectly as a whole. What her brother had found in Cougar — what they hadfound in each other — was clearly not within the realms of what normal mortalshad. [Jess is such a romantic. And so am I. Just look at these two dorks. I love them.]
Call her aromantic, [This is what I get for not reading ahead — I genuinely made the comment above before reading this. SO YEAH. I AM CALLING HER A ROMANTIC.] but Jess just couldn’t see them any other way, now that she hadgotten used to them as an item. It wasn’t that they disappeared into the otheror even changed to fit as a whole; they just were. Simple as that. [Honestly, this is me speaking through Jess. I literally cannot unsee this ship. Whenever I watch the movie with a new person, I always forget that Cougar and Jensen isn’t a couple in canon and find it weird to have to point it out that I ship them. It’s it obvious? To me it just seems to natural. I am in so, so deep.]
She was actually kind of envious. [My question is: who isn’t?]
—
“Jake!Did you hear that?” Jess called out to her brother who had yet to movefrom where he lay sprawled in the snow. Granted that he would have to pushCougar off in that case, and he didn’t look very inclined to do so. “Hotchocolate!”
Jake showedthat he had heard by giving her a thumbs up, but didn’t even bother to lookaway from Cougar, whose hand now rested against the bright red scarf wrappedaround Jake’s neck. They got like that sometimes, lost in their own littleworld of gentle touches and softly spoken words. [I really, really wanted to point this out. I don’t think this comes across from Cougar or Jake’s POV, but there HAS to be moment when they just zone out everything else but each other. Like, the only voice they’ll really register is each other’s and they literally won’t notice if someone else tries to talk to them. My wife and I have done this a couple of times.]
Jess shookher head and shooed Pooch and Beth into the house, but she couldn’t helplooking back over her shoulder. She still couldn’t hear what they were saying, but the tenderness was unmistakable as Jake took Cougar’s hand to kiss his nodoubt cold fingers. [Just look at these dorks.]
Thosestupid, adorable dorks. [I am clearly Jess in this situation.]
—
As weird asit had seemed at first, Jess was happy for Jake. She hadn’t seriously believedthat it would ever work out when someone as loud and energetic as Jake was in arelationship with someone as calm and steadfast as Cougar, but it did. Theywere happy and stupidly in love. [I love ships like these, where you don’t think they’re going to fit because of their personalities but they actually fit perfectly. These two are one of the best examples of that and I absolutely LOVE how caring they are. Like, no matter how you view their relationship — romantic or platonic — there’s no denying that there is a HUGE amount of love and devotion between them. These two men love each other. Their relationship is built on trust and love, and that’s just wonderful.] The fact that they had a lot of other thingson their minds — things Jess wasn’t allowed to hear about since it would onlyput her in danger — obviously didn’t stop them from cherishing what they hadtogether. [Just a brief reminder that Max isn’t dead, so I can pretend that this fic actually has a plot.]
And seeingthe two of them come tumbling in through the door ten minutes later, both ofthem shivering slightly from the cold but so obviously content, made Jesssmile. It was just impossible not to, what with the way Jake hovered behindCougar, his nose buried in Cougar’s hair and a goofy smile on his lips. [These two are so in love and I can’t deal with it. I seriously can’t. Why do I write things that are so painfully cute? Reading this again makes me want to bang my head against my desk.]
And whenJake got bold enough to tug off his mittens and shove his hands in underCougar’s clothes to warm them — and Cougar didn’tpunch him in the face for it, or even elbow him — Jess knew that she didn’thave to worry about her brother’s heart anymore. It was safe with Cougar. Heseemed to understand exactly how precious and vulnerable Jake’s heart was, andhad no intention whatsoever of jeopardizing it.
The factwas proven further by how Cougar was struggling valiantly not to squirm fromJake’s cold hands, while Jake hummed happily and nuzzled Cougar’s ear, the big, stupid dork.
And if that wasn’t love,Jess didn’t know what was. [These three paragraphs, seriously. I feel bad for Cougar because cold hands against warm skin are the worst, but the fact that he chooses to endure it is just so adorable. He loves Jake so much. And I am so happy that I wrote this fic, even if I might have given myself a couple of cavities while rereading it. I am a sucker for fluff and this whole fic is just a huge ball of fluff. I am so proud.]
SO. That was unnecessarily long! And I’m aware that most of it is just me screaming about Jensen and Cougar, but who can blame me? I LOVE this ship so, so much.
Thank you, @scriggle-scraggle, for making the request. I hope you liked it!

Craving You Chapter 11 part 2
Summary: Reader and Jensen share a romantic time alone in the barn after riding horses.
A/N: Here is part two of chapter 11, please please please do not read if ur under 18, this is my first time i am attempting writing smut, i’m very nervous about it and kind of scared to see what you think. This is something totally not my craft to write, but with a few beta’s they helped with me. They are amazing. @writersaredreamers, laura at @just-another-busy-fangirl (Thank you Laura) also @secretlyfurrydragon she helped to. Thank you all who have read and keep reading your amazing.
After my shower, I put on some shorts, a t shirt, and some riding boots of Jo’s that I borrowed. Walking out of my room, I ran into Jeff who took one look at me and held his hands up in his face like he was scared.
“Oh you better be scared mister, I’m watching you.” I took my two fingers to my eyes and then pointed to him to give him that extra unf.
I continued to walk to the living room to see Jensen sitting comfortably in the chair; he had his head resting on his fisted hand with his eyes closed. He looked so cute, I just stood there a moment to take the opportunity to thank God for him and the fact that he was mine.“You going to stand there and stare? Or are we going horseback riding?” he spoke without even looking at me, his voice’s southern drawl making goosebumps appear on my arms.I swallowed a bit.
“How did you know I was here?” I walked over to him, standing between his legs before sliding down to my knees. He looked at me then, taking his right hand and threading his fingers in my hair to pull me in for a good morning kiss.
“Intuition baby,” he winked at me. “Ready to go riding?” He stood up and helped me up, too.I raised my eyebrows at him as we were so close our lips ghosted over each other.
“Hmm, I’d rather ride something else.” Crap, did I say that out loud? I blushed and turned my head away so he wouldn’t see.He made me look at him and kissed me. I melted into his body and felt a huge bulge, glad to know I have that effect on him.
After a minute, we stopped to tell Jo and Jeff bye for now and headed out back to the stables.I patted Sir Lancelot on the nose after giving him an apple. “Be good for Jensen ok?” I kissed him above his nose and patted the side of his face. “I’ll give you something extra special if you do.” I smiled at him and handed the reigns to Jensen. “You do know how to ride right?”
He gave me a smirk. “Oh I know how to ride hon, don’t worry about that.” He helped me onto my horse even though I really didn’t need help, but the way he squeezed my ass while he helped me told me that he was just flirting. “The question is, sweetheart,” he paused as he got on Sir Lancelot, “can you ride?”
I turned back to look at him over my shoulder as I was heading out with a sly smile and wink. I gently kicked Alabaster’s sides to make him go before leaning down to his ears and whispering, “Let’s show him what we got, hm?” I sat up straight and Alabaster took the hint. We jumped a few fences, some short and some tall: all the ones that were set up out back in the ring area. After we finished, I had Alabaster trot over to where Jensen was standstill on Sir Lancelot. “Did that answer your question?” I smiled and he pulled me in for a kiss as our horses were that close.
“Hmm, nice backside there.”
I blushed, told him thank you and we went to the back side of the ranch. I showed him the views by the lake and where some good fishing was. He was impressed. I told him the story behind the ranch and how Jeff had it built for Jo, specifically for her and her obsession with horses and mermaids. All in all, it was a beautiful time we spent together until I saw rolling clouds coming close and heard distant thunder.
“We should head back, Jensen, those clouds over there don’t look so great.” I pointed to him as I climbed back on my horse. He did the same.
“Yeah, I don’t feel like getting wet today.” He chuckled.
We made it back to the barn in time for our picnic, but not before a rain spell came down on us, soaking both us and the horses. I rolled my eyes because I knew I would have to dry them off after. I took the saddles off them, put them up and brushed them down. Jensen helped me with Sir Lancelot and we gave them both a carrot for being good today before we put them in their stalls for the night with their food.
Jo would kill me if she came to know I gave them an apple before, but they both promised me they wouldn’t tell. Even though it was hot outside this time of year, the rain mixing with the breezes chilled my bare shoulders. I rubbed my hands up and down my arms to get rid of the sudden chill.
Jensen noticed and came over to me, standing behind me and wrapping a blanket around me that Jo had left with with the picnic basket. “Why don’t we get you out of those wet clothes so you won’t catch a cold.” His voice was deep but seductive.
I turn to face him. “And what am I going to be wearing when I do get out of these clothes?”
He had a mischievous grin on his face, “We’ll have to take that risk,” He lent down and kissed me. I cleared my throat after the hot kiss, leading him up the ladder to the hay loft. Once there, he spread one of the blankets down for us to sit on. I sat down next to Jensen, who was looking in the picnic basket. “Jo surely knows how to pack a lunch.”
I watched him as he went through it as if he was looking for something in particular. When he seemed to find something, he looked at me. “Want to have a little fun?”
“Fun meaning what, exactly?” I looked at him curiously.
He moved closer to me, “Do you trust me?” His lips were so dangerously close to the bottom of my ear lobe.
I felt his warm breath on my shoulder and my stomach tightened as I closed my eyes a moment. “I do.”
“Then put this on.” He held a bandanna out - where he got it from I had no idea, unless Jo had some tricks up her sleeves.“Seriously?” I made a face at him as I jerked my head back. He looked at me with sad puppy dog eyes. “Fine, this better be good Ackles.” I gave him a warning as I tied the bandanna on my eyes.
“Oh it will be, babe.”
After I tied the bandanna over my eyes, Jensen put his hand on my hip to guide me to lay down. His other hand was supporting my neck, making me feel safe. I felt him shift to where he was on my right side and I could hear his breathing pick up as mine was. My heart started to beat faster when I felt his hand flat on my hip, just below my shirt. He took both of his hands and gently walked them up my sides. The soft touches in certain areas ignited my senses and the coil in my stomach started to flutter.
Once his fingertips met my bra line, he slipped them under the confining fabric to cup my breasts. My back arched a bit as I bit my lip. I had never had anyone be this dominant to me, not letting me see them during sex. To me this was totally different and I liked this whole new feeling I was experiencing, it’s exciting. Jensen leaned down to kiss me while he massaged my breast. Every single time he pinched my nipples, the walls of my pussy clenched together. My legs tightened without control from me, but I relaxed when Jensen took my shirt and bra off at the same time.
My right knee raised a bit out of reflex, which then he took his right hand starting from my middle giving it a gentle squeeze, before letting his hand move up my thigh, massaging it, then moving back to my hip. I wanted to squirm around to feel the sensations, but he had other things in mind.
“Relax,” he whispered to my ear, the breath on my skin shooting sensations down to my toes. “I got you, nothing is going to hurt you.” His voice was so soothing that I began to relax more. He had obviously taken his shirt off, because the chain necklace he was wearing hit my chin lightly.
My hands roamed his chest, feeling the smoothness of it, making me want to die of happiness right then and there. Jensen took my wrists to pin them above my head as he straddled me. He lent down to kiss me on my lips, then my neck and then each of my breasts. I heard him open something from the basket and then suddenly there was something wet and cold on my lips. The water from the ice cube slipped into my parted lips as I tried to suck on it. Oh My God, I thought to myself. If he was planning what I hoped, it had always been my fantasy.
He took the cube and brushed it over my lips again, before sliding over my chin and down my neck, the water escaping. As the cube slid to each of my shoulders, making me feel the cold, my excitement built. He then took a fresh cube and circled the tips of my nipples as he sucked the other, before switching. By now I was writhing underneath him and all I wanted was to flip him over and take control, but the heaviness of his body on mine kept me from acting. I gulped when he pinched my nipples, numb from the ice.
His lips were then on mine, an ice cube in his mouth as he kissed me, sharing the coldness between our mouths. I giggled into the kiss, my hands going around his back to pull him closer to me to deepen the kiss. The bulge in his pants was getting bigger by the minute, Jensen’s body moving above me as he kissed me.
After enough teasing, he decided to take things to the next step. He took his hands and slid them down my waist, fingers sliding into the bands of my shorts to pull them down my legs and off. He quickly re positioned himself between my legs and began kissing me again.
“J-J Jense,” my breath was picking up and I wanted him right now.
“Sshh, all part of the foreplay babe. Don’t worry, I know when.” He took another ice cube and let it go over my belly, the water trailing down to my belly button. Then he takes the cube on downward, my legs are on each side of him giving him a great view of my sex. He took another ice cube and let it slide over my belly, the water piling up in my belly button.
He moved the cube downward, my legs open to him, giving him a great view of my sex. He took the cube a little further down, letting me get used to the coldness before he slid it between my folds. I jumped and moaned at the same time at the sensation. I heard him giggle before his thumb found my clit and began to rub it in different motions, placing his other hand on my hip to hold me down.
The intense pleasure of his tongue going in and out of me, set me on fire that I took the bandanna off to look at him. This man was amazing with his tongue, ‘God Jensen, r right there.’ I moaned to let him know, he looked at me with a wicked grin.
A few seconds later he moved his mouth up to my clit and inserted a finger to replace the emptiness of his tongue. My hands grabbed the blanket tightly, as my head fell backwards. The coil in my stomach grew tighter and I done all I could to keep myself from bringing my knees to my chest as I felt a wave of pleasure come over me. I then felt myself falling back onto the hay and my back arch, when he inserted two more fingers. I grabbed the blankets on each side of me to stop myself from screaming too loud.
He knew what he was doing, and I felt like I was flying. I've never felt this before, to be honest, never had a man go this far. What have I been missing. When he knew the time was right he let one more finger enter for a total of four, my head turned to the right with my eyes closed to feel the orgasm build.
“J- Jensen,” my breath was heavy. “I I’m about to.” I couldn’t even finish my sentence the pleasure was so close.
He raised up to look at me,, ‘sshh I know,. ‘
He stopped what he was doing and crawled up my body placing kisses along the way up to my lips. Once there the kiss was passionate, one that sent electric currents through my system. With his left hand beside my head firm in place, he took his right to line up with my entrance. The ease of him going in was fulfilling, I wrapped my legs around his waist to let him go in deeper. His pace picked up as well as both of our breathing, we worked ourselves into a rhythmic motion that set the pace for our final climax.
My arms were around his waist as I was on the verge of my release. “J Jensen,” i was out of breath, “I I’m about to c cum.” My hands went to his ass to push him deeper.
“I’m right behind you babe.”
He claimed my mouth with his lips,as he passionately rode me to my climax. The sounds of the thunderstorm intensifying outside covered the sounds of our lovemaking.
After our love making, we stayed in each other’s arms for a while listening to the rain hitting the barn roof. It was soothing and tranquil as neither one of us didn’t want to move. He was on his back with his head laying on a hay pillow he had made before. I was on his right side, my head laying on his chest where his heart was. Our limbs were all sorts of tangled, to the point you couldn’t tell where his began and mine ended. His left hand was rubbing up and down my bare arm lightly in a rhythmic motion. I’m not sure if his eyes were closed, but he was so relaxed that much I could tell. My left hand laid flat on his chest and my thumb circled in the space between his nipples. It was so relaxing until my stomach growled. We both laughed.
“I guess we should eat some lunch,’ He kissed the top of my head and we both sat up.
“I was perfectly fine where I was actually,” the blanket draped on my right shoulder exposing some skin.
He looks at me, “I was to, but our stomach’s need food if we going to do that again.” he winked at me.
I agreed and he pulled the basket over to us so we can see what Jo had packed, ‘So, tell me about your job. You never did fill me in on what you actually do.” he said as he passed me a sandwich.
I unwrapped the foil, I felt like a kid on a school field trip, “It’s nothing really, I just do the advertising part of it. I only work around a couple of people because some I just don’t feel comfortable working with. I mean take Kali for instance, she came in last month and already got a raise as well as a huge salary. That was the job I was supposed to be next in line for, I was promised by Singer himself.”
Jensen shifted a bit at the mention of Kali’s name but I didn’t think anything of it, I mean he doesn’t know her does he? Anyway I shook my head and thought nothing of it.
“So, um how well do you know the owners, what’s their name?” he took a bite of his sandwich as he asked me.
I took a drink of my soda and looked at him. “Mark Sheppard, Mark Pellegrino, and Robert Singer or Bobby as he likes to be called, hence the name of the company. Sheppard, Pellegrino, and Singer.” I smiled as I said Singers name. “They are ok, but I really know Singer the best. He’s the one who hired me, gave me a shot when no one else would. I owe him a lot,” I choked a bit remembering my past, but talking with Jensen I felt like I can open up. He’s easy to talk to. “I had just moved here to find a job, I needed a break from Texas. My life was so bad to the point I wanted to give up.”
He must have seen the tears building in my eyes, because he reached over to hold my hand, “Hey, you don’t have to tell me anything you don’t want to.” His voice was so soothing, I wanted him to know what he was getting into.
I smiled, “I want to, you need to know who you're dating.” I chuckled. I took a deep breath and shifted to see him better. I bit my bottom lip a bit, I felt my chest heave as I swallowed dry air. He placed his hand on mine and the feelings disappeared. “Lisa, the girl you sort of met she’s been my main problem growing up. The things she done to me, especially after my mom died, I fell into a deep depression.
Between her and my dad’s abuse I couldn’t decipher who was worst, him or her. Every day it was something, Lisa taunted me at school. We were on the same swim team, one day I didn’t feel her come up behind me and she held me under the water for a couple of minutes. Jo saw, jumped in and punched the crap out of her. She also pushed me down the stairs and I ended up with a broken wrist, my dad was pissed because we didn’t have insurance to cover it.
Honestly, he was always drunk so he didn’t work. How we kept the house, I have no idea. Four years of her torment I received and I was done. Graduation was even worse, but it’s a long story. I went to college but troubles followed me there to, I just had to get away from Texas, so I flipped a coin and ended up in Vancouver.
Mr. Singer saw me in Starbuck’s and came over to me one day when I was looking for a job, we talked a bit and he hired me. I was like what? Why? He told me he saw the pain and anguish in my eyes and he also seen the hurt and all the struggles in them, so he wanted to give me a shot. Mr. Singer is the best man in that company, and I’d do anything for him.”
My breath hitched a bit, I felt him squeeze my hand. “Lisa was right about half the things she said, we were poor and I had to wear hand me downs. Sometimes I had to wear the same thing twice in one week, my mom was the best and I was left alone after she died. It took a lot out of me,” I look at him, “are you sure you want to get involved with someone who has a lot of baggage? I mean I wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t want to. You can walk away now, I wouldn’t regret anything.” I sniffled as tears fell down my face.
He cupped my chin in his hands, “Babe, if I can change what you went through, I would. Hell, if I could kick Lisa’s ass I would do that to. But you are not alone, I’m here and I’m not going anywhere. No one will ever hurt you again, not if I can help it.” He had to blink a couple of times to hold back a few tears.
Jensen’s Pov
Jensen thought Hell, I was hurting her now and there was not much I could do. I had to bring down the other two to save Singers Company, to save her job, to save her. It’s killing me inside knowing what I know and can’t say anything to her about it. I knew from then on and when Y/N finds out about me, that it was going to hurt her worse that anything else in her life. But in reality, I was falling in love with her. That was the truth, and I just hoped to God that Y/N would forgive me when she finds out about my life and the secret I was keeping from her. She means to much to me now to lose but I have to follow my orders.
We finish with our lunch I guess you want to call it, it was around 4 in the afternoon by then. My clothes were dry and I was able to get dressed again, so did he. Occasionally, he stole kisses from me, or touched me in a way to let me know he wasn’t going anywhere, we made sure the horses were ok and taken care of before we closed the barn up for the night. We walked close together to the house, once Jo saw us she came running to me with my phone and her facial expression showed worry.
‘Hey, um you had a call while you were gone.” She handed me my phone.
I recognized the number it was work. “Who was it do you know?”
“Yeah, it was Mark Sheppard. He wants you to call him immediately, something about documents being sent to Kali.”
I looked at her confusingly, “Kali? What does he want me to send papers to her for?”
“I dunno babe. Jensen why don’t we go get dinner started hmm.”
He looks at me as if to get my permission to, “It’s ok, I’ll be in there in a moment.” I reached up and kissed him as I waited till they left and walked over to the edge of the porch and called Mark.
“{Y/N}, glad you called. I was beginning to think you didn’t take your job seriously.” His voice was deep and harsh.
“I care about my job sir, I was just told you called.” My skin crawled as he talked. “I called immediately.” I paced back and forth. “What can I do for you sir?”
“I need you to send all your documents on the Millwright portfolio you done Friday to Kali, she needs to have your notes to be able to work the meeting tomorrow morning.”
“Wait, that is my project not hers. Why wasn’t I informed of this meeting? Where’s Mr. Singer? He promised me he would call me if anything changed.”
“Mr. Singer had a family emergency he had to deal with, you should have been here when they the company asked for a meeting to go over more ideas. It’s not my idea for you to have a break in the middle of new contracts.”
“It’s Sunday and tomorrow is Monday, Labor day. Since when do we work on Labor Day?” I was fuming at this point.
“{Y/N}, I had received a call from Mr Millwright himself this afternoon. You know good and well that when a client calls and wants us to meet with him, we do. No matter the day it is, they can call on Christmas day for all I care. We are here to make money {Y/N}, not run off and have fun. So please send Kali all your information to her email, she needs to prepare for the meeting tomorrow.”
By now I was so fuming inside I wanted to scream, “Fine, she’ll have it in a few minutes.” I hung up on him before he had a chance to say anything else. What the fucking hell? I shouted a bit to myself, that bitch better not come near me when I get back, that’s for damn sure.
Jensen and Jo heard me cussing outside and came running over to me, “{Y/N} Babe? What’s going on?” Jensen looked at me.
My face showed so much anger that he took a step back, my face was so red even Jo knew not to touch me. “{Y/N}, come on, tell me what’s wrong.” She started to get worried.
She had every right to get worried, even Jensen was to. They didn’t know what was going on, as I was pacing clenching both my fists didn’t help matters much either. “That fucking bitch stole my project,” I threw my phone out of anger and didn’t even look at where it went, right now I didn’t really care. The only thing I cared about was strangling her, and every single person who done me wrong my whole life. I can never get ahead, everytime I try this happens. I walked into the house went to my room and slammed the door. I was that pissed, nothing hurt more or like it, as it brought all the angry emotions to the forefront to the point I wanted to kill someone. Preferably Kali she deserves it as she is a backstabbing bitch and I literally hate her.
A/N: with this being a long chapter, I will be posting chapter 12 sometimes next week. It may be on Wednesday or later depending on how busy I am at work. But tell me what you think, I’m sorry I’m not a great person to write smut though i do want to learn for future stories. Thank you.
