yes. yes it can.
#pokemon#pachirisu#usa-chan the pachirisu#he was caught in the wild and raised to level 100 specifically so i could use pickup to get earthquake TMs#turns out he also had a perfect attack IV and training on gyarados meant he maxed out on attack EVs too#(granted the only way we got through bertha and garchomp was using x-attacks but that was only after exhausting other options w/ showdown)#(thunder punch / seed bomb / dig / last resort and held items metronome (aaron/flint/lucian) + soft sand (bertha) + shuca berry (cynthia))#also along the training journey i caught a shiny red gyarados in pastoria lol. her name's watermelon =)#ANYWAY i love usa-chan with all my heart. he's my little monster. i'm gonna take him to the battle frontier and wreck house
