adopted, has two other siblings that he doesn’t know about (based on his irl siblings being named Zelda and Ganondorf lol)
lives in a mountainous village with his mom and uncle
one day he comes home to find his uncle has been murdered :/
he has a childhood rival that throughout the story becomes like a brother to him
his companion is Lucy obvi
she probably leaves/dies by the end of the story—
