Sometimes I think about how the existence of Beta means that Aloy doesn't have to be alone anymore.

Like, in a literal sense.

There's someone who shares her DNA, someone who can understand. (the history, the secrets, the burdens, the responsibilities)

Opening the gene-locked doors to access hidden history, was once something that could only be achieved by one person in a world of how many people, and now there's someone who's able to share that load.

Aloy doesn't have to carry that duty alone anymore.
