ooo!! we have a lotttt of people that fit the 'overdone' category, but for the actual question, I'd have to hand you both Ezra and someone we'll call E :3

Ezra is, appearance-wise, sourced from glamrock freddy of all places, except he A) has a humanized form, and B) is an absolute asshole oh my god. I do not know how this happened. He's not necessarily super evil or anything though, just a massive dick. (As a note, I don't think he's at all source connected, that character solely happened to be part of the media we were consuming at the time he split)

E, on the other hand, is totally different. She's part of both an in-system group (sourcemates) and an isolated subsystem that presents very similarly to an OSDD-1A system would (in that they're all different versions of her). She's a factive sourced from someone in a partner system (very off-and-on situation, long story) who's notoriously sweet and caring, but E herself is extremely persecutory in our system, often quite thoroughly playing with other system members like dolls to have a situation work in her favor. While part of it is inherent/learned behavior, there's a very large portion of it that is genuinely malicious. Massive sweetheart -> evil pipeline there, it's really fascinating.
