Sorry for the reminder---but everything that's presented to us in "canon" is all coming from Harry's POV, and this means that while Harry may think of Snape as being ugly and unattractive, that doesn't actually mean it's the truth! Who knows? He could be attractive, even with his hooked nose and sallow skin. It all depends on the eye of the beholder (and in this case, Harry is an unreliable narrator for this one.) (But please, don't get on others for casting Snape with an "Attractive FC" when you say that canon says he is supposed to be "ugly." That's all Harry's perspective, not the golden truth.
