One of my movements (dunno if it's a stim or a forced movement) is looking straight up and rapidly moving my eyes side to side in that way that makes your eyelids shudder and I've JUST realised that it might look like I'm rolling my eyes and I've been doing it in meetings so THATS EMBARRASSING

#delete later #its a weird one bc a lot of my firced movememts i cant do correctly if i make myself do them. that one i can #but also when it happens ir just happens so #anyway i really hope no ine yhinks im rude as fuck at work #i also dont think i policed my tone correctly today so i feel pretty guilty about that #i have bad cramps and that always makes it way harder and im p sure i goofed up in that meeting but oh well its fine #still working on the thing of #all ppl have bad days and are short and snappy sometimes. its not a moral failing to sometimes be sharper than you meant to be #you just have to make sure that if you were proper rude then you apologise and that you dont make it a habit
