Tag sechs
Heute sind wir müde 🙄 und weit und breit kein Laugarland. 😓 Wir machen also Wasserfall-Programm.
Am Morgen haben wir den Aldeyjarfoss 3 Stunden lang ganz für uns allein.
Dafür ist der Gođafoss um 10 h schon recht gut besucht. Mit viel Sonne können wir einige schöne Bilder einfangen
Dann geht es weiter über die Nebenroute 835 an den Eyjafjöđur, und wir statten Grenivik und Akureyri einen Besuch ab.
Eine gute Möglichkeit einzukaufen und aufzutanken!

Der fünfte Tag: Rund um Myvatn
Hohe Schlagzahl am Myvatn oder Sieben auf einen Streich: auf verwegenen Pfaden den Gipfel des Zentralvulkans erklimmen, einmal um die wassergefüllte Kaldera hirschen, Tempelhüpfen zwischen Erdspalten und pfauchenden Fumarolen, Eintauchen in mystische Badegrotten, Rundkurs gegen den Besucherstrom auf dem Krater des großen Aschevulkans, Lustwandeln zwischen Pseudokratern, das Ganze abgerundet durch Freiluftdusche mit Geothermalwasser, und anschließend noch 60 km Rumpelpiste in der Abendsonne zum nächsten Wasserfall: Das soll uns mal einer nachmachen!
