ah ha ha instead of actually learning for my exam tomorrow my dumbass is instead changing the strings on a guitar. lesgo
already changed the broken one and i have the other five too so i might as well change them too and keep the old ones as backup
#since apparently string make can affect the sound#idk how much to my untrained ears but oh well#changing the strings is kinda fun though#also pretty good to learn#my aunt once asked me if i could change guitar strings because she has one and saw me tune it#so might as well tell her that i know how to now?#alas i'm still kinda afraid of them coming undone as of now#the factory knots look so much neater than whatever i'm doing#riu speaks#pretty sure my roommates/ neighbours will kill me for this shit eventually though#the concert guitar is so much louder than the electric one (without speaker) and it surprises me every time#and i keep on whacking the other strings because i don't want to remove all of them at once#because i've read that it's bad for the neck to have the tension of the strings gone for too long?#and this guitar has been with one broken string for i don't even know how long since it arrived with a broken one
