yeah actually! so right now, mariona caldentey and marta cardona are the starting wingers for spain. they both played today, but as the league is still going on, many of the spanish players played last weekend and are understandably tired. especially barca, who have played 3 games a week for the last who knows how long. those two are both quality wingers though. I don't think the 3 back system helps them either, as they are more isolated on the wing and don't have the support or overlapping runs of two very good fullbacks (ie,. ona batlle and olga carmona). alba redondo also came on today, and she's been doing well for levante. an up and coming winger to keep an eye on imo is eva navarro. she's injured right now, but had been getting callups to the national team before her injury. she's only 20 years old and has been a part of the spain youth set up too.
