Carmelo Hayes x Fem!Reader

Summary: How do you and Carmelo fight and make up?

A/N: Heres a small head cannons bc I am in my Carmelo era and want to put something out while I am working on other stuff. Hope you enjoy!

You guys agree on most things, so fights rarely happen.

The most people have seen you ‘fight’ is when you playfully bickering with each other, which usually ends with him cornering you, picking you up and showering you with kisses until you ‘apologized’

It usually happens when one of you is stressed out.

Carmelo is stressed out about a string of losses, and you kept trying to get him to open up and he snapped at you.

You have a tendency to shut people out when they get angry at you, so you do that for the next few days.

Carmelo felt guilty and tried to talk to you but you avoid him, so he let’s you cool off, knowing talking to you while you were angry would make it worse.

But after a day or two he couldn’t take it anymore, so he found you backstage and asked you to come to the locker room with him. You were about to decline, but you saw the sad look on his face and how sorry he looked and you felt couldn’t refuse him, letting him lead you there.

He apologizes for snapping at you, saying sometimes work gets to his head but that’s no excuse to treat you like that.

You accept but tell him you shouldn’t have bombarded him like that and given some space.

He shakes his head and refuses to let you apologize, cutting you off every time you even utter the words ‘I’m sorry’ and you smile at his antics. His heart warms at the sight, and he gives you a hopeful smile and opens his arms.

You smile back and hug him, letting his strong arms wrap around you tightly and bring you into him, feeling like you could relax for the first time after the argument.

He leaned down and kissed your forehead, tightening his arms around you and brought you closer to him, and the both of you finally felt at home in each others arms.

I really hope Mariah vs Toni is the main event at Revolution. The Hollywood ending deserves the biggest spotlight possible and honestly its one of the best feuds aew has ever done.

Oh, I missed the 4-way match but I seen online it was really good as well.

Merecedes entrance look was sooo good! Mina looked beautiful as well.
