I usually use Spotify, SoundCloud rarely for listening to custom things or whatever. Never heard of Pandora.

14. if you can live anywhere in the world where would it be? why?

I used to want to live in Iceland, then Sweden. Now I'm going for Italy (Attualmente so parlare un poco di italiano), or Canada. I wanna live in a cooler place, or a place with proper seasons of spring summer fall winter. I'm tired living here where it's constant summer and then one season of winter and an hour of snowfall in February and never again.

26. how many pillows do you sleep with?

I have one large pillow on the backboard, then one pillow for my actual pillow, and sometimes an aeroplane pillow if I wanna sleep on my stomach or with headphones on. Sometimes with no pillow but with a blanket underneath if I'm having back problems or something.

36. favorite movie? 

I love Don't Look Up, I feel like it's a good commentary on the political system and social media of today.

⥋ BACKSTORY

oliver lee, otherwise known as OLI was born on a boring old day in london to his thai mother and korean father. he grew up with 3 cultures, thai, korean and english and at home, he spoke more thai than korean as his father was often working shifts at st mary’s hospital and there wasn’t much talking between the two. don’t get me wrong, he did not have an awkward relationship with his father - it was just that time was not on both of their favours. in school, he conversed in english learning slang words, swearing from the age of 10 as he wanted to stupidly impress the secondary boys across the road. he did quiet well in academics, but he knew that an office desk job wasn’t for him nor was the blood and trauma that comes along with being a doctor.

what he always connected with is his passion for the arts, he danced a lot when he was younger. won countless competitions, even went on to perform on live british tv. he was known for his acrobatics, strong charisma and power to evoke emotion in his performances. however, he felt like dance was not enough for him. feeling reckless at the age of 18 alongside his older sister, he flew out to south-korea in 2011 and auditioned for sm entertainment as well as yg. during his sm audition he free-styled to an usher song and was accepted for his visuals as well as his talents. in sm, he strengthened his vocals, learnt some rap and danced with the best choreographers at the time. music became his new passion, and the young man wanted to make sure he’d debut. he made it to the debut line-up for south-korean boy group exo, yet oliver felt he wanted to pursue something more. so he left sm in 2012 and flew back to london. 

a few years passed, oliver started to produce tracks and upload them to soundcloud; beginning to catch attention for his beats and his close family friend sejin brought up the idea of setting up a music company in seoul. at first he laughed, but he knew that sejin’s ideas were successful and the woman had an established career both in the east and west. instead of being a k-pop idol, oliver made a name for himself as a producer alongside being a model. with the help of his childhood best-friend the young man began his acting career in 2017.

he’s silent...well before he used to be loud but now he’s reserved and is only extroverted with close friends and the artists of T.N

he became a new-found comical genius in south-korea, people finding his passion and frustrations over producing funny

when lucas of wayv/nct debuted, the public deemed them as long-lost siblings

‘Does the knowledge of the Subtlety of Ana and Ilm-e-Ladunni have anything to do with Islam?’

Sayyidi Younus AlGohar answered this viewer-submitted question during a live session of Sufi Online.

Main points:

- Forget about Ilm-e-Ladunni and the knowledge of the Ana; even faith (Emaan) is greater than Islam. According to the Koran, if you possess faith in God, the Day of Judgement and perform Deeds of the Heart, you are a Devout Believer regardless of your religion. And all Devout Believers are a brotherhood.

- The question of whether or not the knowledge of seeing God Is part of Islam is tricky. There are many Customs of Prophet Mohammad and seeing God is one of them. However, some customs are a part of Islam while others are not. Prophet Mohammad kept fasts frequently; when some Companions tried to imitate him, he stopped them and said,  'Not all my actions are customs for you. Some things are only for me.'

- God grants Ilm-e-Ladunni from his special treasure to any saint, Fuqra, dervish or Sualiheen that he chooses. Whatever comes from the Koran is a part of Islam but that which comes directly from God is not a part of Islam. On one hand, there is the religion with its restrictions and that is fine, it is sent by God but on the other hand, if God sees that religion has become too difficult for a majority of people - people who genuinely seek him - then he sends Ilm-e-Ladunni with someone.

-  The technology advancement and conveniences of this era are the brainchildren of Imam Mehdi. He was the one who inserted the concept of aeroplanes in the minds of inventors; He was the one who came up with the internet and video streaming services like YouTube. This was all to aid His global mission which was to reach all humanity. HDE Gohar Shahi said after posting The Religion of God (Divine Love) on GoharShahi.com, He said to people, ‘From now on, you will be in contact with me through the internet.’

- What does the Ilm-e-Ladunni introduced by HDE Gohar Shahi say? It does not how much one worships, what sect they follow, how much of a sinner they are or how pure they are. All that matters is that they seek the Lord. The concession of Ilm-e-Ladunni from God for Imam Mehdi is that Imam Mehdi will insert God’s name and divine energy in people’s hearts. And if the recipients of this divine gift do nothing else but nurturing God’s name in their hearts, then this itself will turn them into saints one day. This is not Islam; this is Ilm-e-Ladunni. And through Ilm-e-Ladunni, Imam Mehdi is uniting all humanity into the One United Nation (Umat-e-Wahida). Imam Mehdi’s Ilm-e-Ladunni is like a divine sale: people come and obtain in seconds what seekers in the past had to spend decades trying to attain.

perhaps! but I lack the time to listen to it to completion.

I must say though, the opening line about a seatbelt being familiar to anyone who has been in a car has already gone off the rails: car seatbelts are unlocked by pressing, while aeroplane seatbelts are unlocked by pulling, and this difference has been enough to trap some people in their seats when the mind goes blank in an emergency.

This song has major Brogan feels, just fyi. Also, it’s just really pretty. I don’t normally make playlists for my fics, but I do have a short Brogan list and this one is on it. Probably because I made him a music lover, I’m not sure. But this song hits my Original Character G-spot, if you will. lol.  If you have never listened to Paper Aeroplanes, I suggest you try them, they’re amazing.
