Gapshap is here again to entertain you.
Good evening everyone, I'm your self proclaimed host तितली (@alhad-titli)
Humans can't endure boredom... Hence we found many things to entertain ourselves with. Plays, music, books, movies, shows, and many more things.
Most of the time, we indians get rid of our boredom by watching bollywood movies (old era ofc. new bollywood is uhh well we all know what am I talking about.) No matter what kind of international web series, show, drama you may watch but you will feel home in only movies which are in your native language. We are separated by states, languages, culture but united by bollywood.
Yes today is bollywood night. There are many masterpiece movies, Mughal-e-azam, umrao jaan (both), woh kaun thi, om shanti om, kabhi khushi kabhi gam, mein hoon na, but our tonight's guest's personal favorite is "Jab we met" can you guess who's that? Keep guessing.
If geet and aditya ever come out of movie and had to say something to us then it would have been this:
Aditya: "In your opinion, what keeps a person going?"
Geet: "Golgappe yaarrrrrrr."
Aditya: "Geet, I am serious, give me an answer, tumhe ek baar me samjh nhi aata?"
Geet: *stares at him with puppy eyes*
Aditya(sighs): let me answer it, it's the love that keep us going, love has the power to change us, rebuild us, love can make a dead person alive and can also kill a living being. love hurts but its important. There are many types of love, platonic, romantic. For example, you dont like your family in many terms but you still love them right?
Geet: *nodding*
Aditya: similarly we love the love things that may hurt us , because those things those people are our people . love is simple and very complex at th esame time its fragile like a bomb but remember in all these ups an downs of life dont forget to love yourself and the people around you .
Geet: *glares at him*
Aditya: so Geet meri sardarni, tell me who do you love the most now ???
Geet: *laughs* golgappeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
Aditya sighs and takes her on date.
Back to reality everyone.
"Geet is not only person who loves pani puri" I said. Who else love it? We, brown GIRLS idiot.
But but the girl who loves panipuri the most is our own @mainapnifavouritehoon humari desiblr ki professional simple and desi girl.
Vo sab to theek hai but it's golgappeeeeee not pani puri *says chai* (@masalalala-chaii)
*Smacking her head!* Ignore her guys please.
Let us start the interview with rapid fire questions.
So Geet tell us,
About yourself, your blog.
What kind of vibes you want to give by your blog?
how you became simp for him? *ahm ahm*
And you golgappe wali come with me at the backstage for a second, let's have a talk. *Smiling and dragging chai away with her dupatta trying my best to not strangle her with it.*
So Arunima, the stage is all yours now. Do bhangra or whatever you want here.

A small Lieutenant Aditya story, keep in mind this is quite angsty, you are warned!
For context, Aditya in my story is a commando along with being a medic! But, how does he deal with his patients?
Aditya was walking into the medical ward, passing through each room and saw them resting safe and soundly on their beds. But, the commando was more focused on that one soldier, whose condition didn't seem to be intact. His worries grew stronger, hoping it'll not turn into a reality, since he would try his very best, or even pour his heart to save the soul of the patient.
But, when Aditya can enter the room of the patient, he could see another medic, giving the soldier a syringe, while it looked lifeless. Aditya knew who the soldier was. It was a commando who recently got back from a war, and his internal organs were heavily shot by the impact. They said the man was strong enough that he could live this longer, but the worry was, he couldn't speak, eat, or drink anything. His face looked pale, and eyes slightly opened, as if they were lifeless.
Aditya's face frowned, seeing despite the efforts of the medics, he couldn't wake up. And even the reports said that recovering him was impossible. He was too injured. But, Aditya took this task, and with full hope, did everything to cure the soldier. Some hopes arose when the soldier started to mutter a few words, but now he could see the darkness ahead of him. He couldn't see the light anywhere.. what was troubling Aditya all this time?
Aditya walked towards the medic, asking about his vital signs and status. "Sir.. the patient is still unstable. Ever since the mission they came back to, they've become restless. They were moaning in pain. They kept on muttering this end.. we tried our best sir.. but, it seems useless."
Aditya eyebrows furrowed, looking at the wounded soldier, being lifeless. It was not the first time that Aditya felt his optimism breaking up, but quite many times. Seeing the soldiers injured, wounded or at the verge of dying always made him unsettled, even if back in his days, he was so hopeful of saving and curing people. He only wanted to take the steps of his mother who loved to treat her patients with the same love and care that he too was giving to the soldiers.
But Aditya knew a very bitter truth.. sometimes, doctors need to take necessary risks to pull life back into the person, but when it renders impossible.. you need to let go. Of their suffering. Of their pain.
Aditya still wondered if his efforts were growing useless. Ever since he's been in the doctor's shoes.. he realised they too suffer as well as the patients, equally. They would never want a patient to lose their own life. When they could have been healthy and strong if they worked a bit more harder. But, right now.. it seemed hopeless. Aditya could still hear those murmuring voices from the soldier, who wanted all this to stop. What's even more conflicting is that the soldier said he wanted this misery to end.
Aditya sighed, and closed his eyes, trying to be hopeful about this situation. But it's been months.. that the soldier still hasn't recovered back into its state. The major injuries had taken over the commando, making him almost lifeless.. but, he couldn't find a way to go.
"What should we do, Lieutenant?" The medic asked Aditya, who was silent for a long while, but he then sat beside the soldier, and started to pat his forehead. The medic was unsure what he was doing.. but he soon heard Aditya, singing a lullaby to him. A lullaby that puts children to sleep, and he is now trying to help the soldier sleep.
He sang the lullaby in his language, a lullaby that his mother used to sing to him when he was a kid. He used to sleep with it instantly, and Aditya too tried it on the patient, helping him relax and assure him everything will be okay, and now he's not going to suffer anymore.
Every word of the lullaby filled into the ears of the soldier, as his eyes slowly started to close. Aditya kept on singing, and pet his head, like a parent putting their child to sleep. Soon, the soldier slowly started to close their eyes, and slept.
As Aditya stopped singing, and opened his eyes, he heard the sound of a flatline, and the soldier passed away in sleep. The medic was shocked at how it could possibly happen, but Aditya looked at the medic, and gave only a smile.
"He's not going to suffer anymore, doctor. He's asleep, with nothing to worry about.”
The medic was shocked. How could Aditya still smile at the loss of somebody, in such a tense environment.
That's what his mother taught him. To smile at the patient if it recovers. To smile at the patient even if it passed away.
At least, they wouldn't have to suffer anymore.

Of Babies, Cookies and Love
@yehsahihai and I are back with yet another collab! It is SUPER LONG, so enjooooyyyyyy.
Arun- Arulmozhi Varman
Kshithija- Vanathi
****
“We really should do something about it, shouldn’t we?” Aditya asked Nandhini, who was playing with their daughter Srija. “They helped us get ourselves together and understand that we really want each other.”
Nandhini briefly paused, wondering for a second whom he was referring to before wincing slightly and saying, “I’d say we should, but I am seriously considering if it is worth the headache we will have to go through to get them together.”
“Areyy-”
Aditya was interrupted from finishing the rest of his statement as his nine month old daughter loudly squealed in joy as her mother’s fingers found a particularly ticklish spot on her stomach. He stopped, admiring her rosy cheeks and dark eyes, the latter inherited from him, the shape round and wide like her mother’s.
He did not realize his wife now smirking at him, her expression one of amusement.
“You were saying, Adi?”
“Nandhu, come on. They need to be together. It is tiring even the parents on both sides out, and Kaveri has already planned half of Thija’s baby shower by now.”
Nandhini waved him off, as she said, “Please. I’ve got a whole binder of their wedding arrangements planned, plus her bridal trousseau and his too.”
Aditya laughed as he heard his Nandhini say that, before realising that she was in fact not laughing. “Wait, you’re serious?”
She nodded in affirmation.
“Oh wow… I may have a bachelor party trip planned for Arun, like Zindagi Na Milenge Dobaara,” he said, half sheepish but not really sorry.
She rolled her eyes, but smiled, giving away the fondness she felt. She knew he would! Plus Deva had helped.
“We really do need to get them together don’t we?”
Aditya grinned as he recognised the glint in her eyes, Scooching to be closer to her. “What are you thinking?”
***
“Arun please. You know I wouldn’t call you for this unless it was really an emergency.”
“Anna, you know that I work late on Fridays na? Then why?”
“Arun please. Plus you can work from here right?”
Arun groaned as his anna kept persisting, wondering if it would be too rude to just cut the call right there.
“Anna-”
“Thija will be there as well.”
Arun stilled instantly as he heard that, internally cursing his anna for being so perceptive. He knew that whatever he had been feeling for her for a while now was more than just friendship, but the fact that even Aditya anna and Kaveri akka had picked up on it……
He was beginning to think he was a terrible actor.
Snappily he asked, “Why does that matter?”
Aditya grinned at the phone, easily picturing his brother’s disgruntled expression and blush that seemed to spring up whenever Thija was mentioned.
“Oh it doesn’t. I’m just saying it because she can help you so you don’t have to worry so much about looking after Sri through the night.”
Arun huffed, before giving in, realizing it was a lost cause. Plus he did love his niece the most, and so did she, despite whatever akka might say.
“Fine. But you owe me for this. Big time.”
“Whatever you say, kuzhandhai,” Aditya teased, cutting the call thankfully. Arun sighed. Srija and Thija in one night?
How could he even think of work?
He called his secretary, asking him to cancel all his work for the evening. He should groom a little before going.
****1
Kshithija had been called by Nandhini to babysit her god daughter Srija, the light of her life. She would be spending time with Arun too, for they had been asked together, for some reason. Not that she minded.
Arun was one of her best friends, and she loved being around him. She tried not to name the butterflies that danced in her every time he was mentioned around her, every time she thought of him, or any time he was as much in her vicinity. He was her best friend’s brother, her other best friend, and it was not done by girl code. Though Kavi had been pushing her towards Arun often, now that she thought of it.
She should not be thinking about this, but here she was.
Logically she knew that asking him out was the next step. She also knew however, that if he did not return her feelings, she would be left feeling terrible which would then make him feel terrible which would then mean..
Ughh, it was too much to think of. It would be a cycle of misery for both if he rejected her.
She parked her car, turning it off and grabbing the cookies she had baked for Aditya, Nandhini and Arun.
Maybe they could share it as dessert.
Arun’s car was already there. Damn it, now she had no time to prepare herself. She knew he worked longer hours on Fridays, so that he could take Saturday off, and had planned accordingly, but now…
She immediately smiled as she saw Nandhini and Aditya exit their home, knowing how rare it was that they got to go out these days, with Sri being so young.
Nanadhini reached her first, immediately pulling her into a hug, followed by Aditya.
“Well, you look nice”, Naadhini said, giving a once over to Thija who immediately felt a blush rose as she realised what was being implied.
“Oh shush”, she retorted. “I should be saying that to you.”
Aditya’s grin widened as he saw the box in Thija’s hands, as he asked, “Are those cookies?”
She nodded, prompting an exchange of very suspicious looking grins from the couple in front of her.
“What?”, she asked defensively.
“Nothing, nothing. Arun is already inside, so if you need anything he’ll be there ok? Bye”, Nadhini threw over her shoulder as she walked with Aditya towards their car, still grinning in that all too suspicious manner.
Did they suspect her feelings for Arun?
Her cheeks turned red at the very thought. Shaking it off, she walked into their house, closing and locking the door, knowing that both had their keys on them. Slipping off her footwear, she checked herself in the hallway mirror and took a deep breath.
“He is your best friend, Thiju,” she whispered to herself, before walking to the living room, where she was sure Arun would be with Srija.
“Hey you…” she paused at the entrance of the living room, her breath completely knocked out of her chest. Her eyes could only gaze in pure love and adoration at the blissful sight in front of her. Arun sat on the floor, his knees propped up, Srija cradled there, his two hands holding on to his niece incredibly tenderly. He had gotten rid of his shirt, now only in a black vest and jeans, his strong, well built arms flexing with the amount of control he was applying, something he made look easy. He was pressing his forehead to Srija’s, whispering to her in a baby voice, random nonsense that somehow made sense to him and Srija.
Oh…
Oh my…
Ishvara!
She was completely head over heels in love with him, wasn’t she?
She could feel her body tremble with the fever of sudden realization, and her mind spun wild images of him with their child; what a doting father he would be. Her lips parted in surprise at her thoughts, as she forced them down, Arun looking at her that exact moment, a smile brighter than the morning sun spreading across his ethereally handsome face.
Arun knew of course. Somehow it was like he’d developed a sixth sense for her. He knew when she had walked in, and he had felt her gaze piercing him, setting off a low heat that spread through his body, somehow managing to relax him and give him jitters simultaneously.
“Arun,” Kshithija said, her voice breathy, filling him with thoughts of her breathing his name in gasps and moans.
“Thiju, there you are,” he turned to his niece, focusing on her sweet eyes, saying in a baby voice, “See, your Kshithija Chitti is also here!”
Srija seemed to understand, for she immediately clapped her hands as best as she could, squealing happily.
“I am here, chellame,” Kshithija went into Chitti mode, cooing and keeping the box in her hand on the coffee table before scooping Srija up, her hair brushing against Arun’s forearm unplanned.
Arun stilled ever so slightly at her touch. Damn his heart for doing all sorts of gymnastics around her. And why did she have to be so heart-wrenchingly lovely that he couldn’t even look away for a second?
He continued to take her in, a flood of emotions and feelings overtaking him as he saw her with Srija in her arms, spinning her around and laughing. Truly, if he could bottle her laugh, he knew he’d be intoxicated for the rest of his life.
The urge to wrap his arms around her waist and play with Srija along with her was filling his eyes and mind, hurting his heart with just how much he wanted that.
Wanted her.
Would she be his if he asked her this very second? Would she let him date her? Take her for street food festivals, long beach walks and drives, take her to exotic places around the world. Would she let him hold her hand every day, cook for her, press her feet when she is tired?
Thija glanced over at him at that moment, raising her brows as though to ask, “What’s wrong?” causing him to quickly shake his head and flash a small smile at her.
She walked over to him, making him crane his neck in order to see her properly, breath catching as he saw her ginning down at him.
“Hi”
“Hey”, he said, playing along.
“What happened? You zoned out just now. I saw it. Work?”
“No no. I am not working more for the day,” he said softly, tracing her lovely face with his eyes, like a man parched without water.
“Hmm, in that case help me out. There’s cookies in that box and-
“There’s COOKIES?”
Thija startled slightly, not expecting the reaction from Arun. Slightly bemused at his sheepish expression she continued, “Yes there’s cookies and they need to go in the fridge.”
“Can I have one?” he asked her hopefully, flashing his famous puppy eyes at her, though they rarely worked on her, for some reason. That very thought made him pout.
“Only one, Run. The rest is for post dinner,” she laughed sweetly when he hurried to take one.
“Ok but, consider-”
“No. Honestly, one would think you’ve never had sweets the way you pounce on them the moment they’re within reach.”
“But you always make the best desserts”, he partially whined, turning the puppy eyes to max. She remained unmoving.
“Still no. Go put them in the fridge. And I know how many there are in the box by the way”, she called out as he huffed and walked away with the box. “So don’t even think of sneaking one.”
He placed the box in the fridge, smiling at how well she knew him, and how much she accepted her rights over him. Would she not take it romantically too?
He walked back outside, melting at the sight of Kshithija still cooing at Srija, who was watching the former with wide, happy eyes, squealing when she saw him.
“Want Chittappa, my darling?” he cooed, taking her from Thija’s arms, but purposely touching the latter’s palms fully. He tried not to smirk at the gasp she let out, glad that he did have that effect on her.
Kshithija blushed, his touch sending sparks through her. It was almost like he knew… she paused. Wait… he was not the kind to do something like this unless… HE KNEW!
Of her feelings.
And he is not the kind to tease a woman like that if they had feelings for him, except if… he too felt something for her… He liked her too?
Hope bloomed within her when she realized that he too felt something for her… could they then build something together?
“Thiju? Thij? Are you okay?” he called out. She came back to reality, looking at him, taking in his concerned eyes.
“I am Run. I am,” she allowed her affection to peek out in her tone and gaze.
He nodded, though still seemed skeptical. “Well, what should we do?”
Srija took that moment to grab his hair, yanking at it with all the strength in her body, causing his to wince in pain as he muttered, “Ow, ow, Sri no! We’ve talked about this. You do not- OW!”
Thija burst out laughing at the sight of Arun, now flailing about trying to get a baby to leave his precious hair.
“Oh I’m glad you find this amusing”, he almost growled at her, trying to gently pry her hands away. To her credit she did not budge, latching on tighter. Arun was sure she had pulled out his hair at this point. The thought almost made him weep. His hair had taken so long to grow and he took such good care of it to make it look good. Plus he had put in extra effort today for Thija and here his own niece, his flesh and blood was ruining it.
Kshithija laughed, gently reaching up to remove Srija’s hand from his hair, trying not to sigh in contentment at how luscious and soft his hair was. She really wanted to run her hand through his thick curls. How delightful it would be!
“Thank you, Thiju,” he smiled at her, his heart beating fast. Would she not rake her hand through his curls and soothe him after long days of work?
“You’re welcome”, she said, softly, trying to cover her blush at their proximity. Clearing her throat she stepped back, looking at the now-fussy Srija who seemed extremely upset at not having her uncle’s hair to yank on anymore.
“I-uh. I’m gonna go heat up her milk bottle. Then we can bathe her and put her to bed”
She began to walk over to the kitchen, before realising Arunw as following her. Whirling around she asked, “Arun, what-”
The words dying down as she saw a very sheepish Arun, holding Srija who seemed to be holding the end of her dupatta.
“She just grabbed on, and I didn’t want her to cry, so…”
She stared for a beat longer before shaking her head and gently prying it away from Srija’s hands, who immediately began to pout as her eyes filled with tears.
Arun quickly exchanged panicked glances with Thija who seemed to have frozen as she realised that a tantrum was well on its way.
“Do something!”
“Me? You’re the one who took the dupatta from her. You do something!”
“I’m heating up her milk! She’s in your arms, ergo your responsibility.”
“Did you seriously just use ergo in a conversation?”
Srija took that moment to let out a wail, causing both of them to flinch. Fixing him with a galre that screamed, “Fix this”, Thija turned to look for her bottle.
He hummed softly to Srija, rocking her in his arms.
“Chitti is making food for you, see,” he said in a cute voice. “Please don’t cry chellame.”
Srija continued wailing, and he looked desperate. Smirking when Thija turned, he grabbed the end of her dupatta, giving it to Srija, who stopped crying.
“Run!”
“Yes Thiju?” he said innocently, laughing when she glared at him, though the smile on her lips gave her real thoughts away.
“I cannot have her fiddling with my clothes and work near the stove at the same time. Take her away.”
This was apparently the wrong thing to say because she burst out crying even louder than before causing Arun to glare at Thija.
“Now look what you’ve done.
“M-Me? YOU GAVE HER MY DUPATTA! This is on you!”
“Can we please deal with the crying child first!?”
“You”, she said poking a finger into his chest. “You are dealing with the child.”
He shot a glare at her, before maneuvering Srija to rest her head on his shoulder as he began to softly pat her back. Pacing the kitchen he quietly began to hum, relief settling in as he realised she had quietened.
“Manikkam katti, vairam idai katti, aani ponnal seidha vana siru thottil,” he started singing the Pasuram, which he knew his niece loved listening to.
Kshithija almost froze as she cooled down the milk. His voice… oh his baritone had become smooth like butter, silky in texture, pure love and reverence abundant in the tone, as he sang to calm his niece down. Oh, how his voice made her want to rock against her feet and fall into his arms, sleep on his chest as they cuddled up to Srija together, holding their niece and each other to sleep…
“My sweet girl, see, your milk is ready,” said Thija softly, going close and feeding Srija, the little one refusing to leave her rest.
Srija promptly turned her head away, refusing to look at Thija, prompting Arun to stifle a snort.
“Looks like someone’s upset.”
“Mannupugazh kosalai than, mani vayiru vaaithavane,” Kshithija sang, ignoring Arun, knowing her niece always came around to this song.
Arun felt time slow down as he heard the melody leave her lips. How was it possible that he had never heard her sing before? How could he have missed this? Her voice seemed to comprise the sunlight itself, his heart being doubly fast the longer he let it linger in his mind. For one moment he pictured it; A time in the future when they would share the same space, lying on their bed, her singing as he held their child. It was overwhelming in the best of ways.
Kshithija sang to her niece, who finished her milk, Arun burping her gently on instinct alone, still lost in Kshithija.
“Run? Arun?”
Her call of his name brought him back to reality.
“Shall we bathe her and put her to sleep?”
H nodded, lifting Srija up in the air as she giggled and said, “Let’s go bathe you challeame”
Srija, in fact, did not want to take a bath. No she wanted a water fight. The floor of the bathroom was completely wet, Arun’s hair was dripping water, and his clothes were in a similar state. How could one child cause so much havoc was beyond him. Thija was in a similar state, although she seemed to be enjoying it just as much as the little demoness currently splashing about in her little tub.
“You”, he said pointing to Srija, who looked up with an expression of perfect innocence, “Are a menace.”
Thija laughed, a clear bright sound that enchanted him every time, as she responded, “Please. You love her.”
“That does not mean that she is not a menace,” he laughed.
“True”, she answered as she picked up a squirming Srija, and swaddled her, bumping their noses together as Arun felt his heart grow two sizes too big for his ribcage.
Taking her to her nursery, they quickly dressed her despite her incessant wriggling; Thija couldn’t help feeling as though something was fundamentally shifting between them the longer they stood there, near each other, working seamlessly. Could this be her future? Their future one day?
“Doing up the last button on her onesie, Thija suddenly realised something, turning to face Arun who had already turned towards her. Their foreheads collided, as she winced from the impact, muttering “Ow, ow, ow.”
“Oh gods. Are you ok? Let me see”, came Arun’s slightly panicked voice.
Waving his hand away she replied, “I’m fine, I’m good. I just realised, now we actually have to get her to-”
The words faded as Arun's hand made its way to cup her face, looking at her with an odd intensity in his eyes, causing an instant blush to appear on her face.
“Ar-Arun? What are- What are you doing?” she stuttered as he brought his face closer. He wasn’t going to-
Gently, she felt him bumping his forehead to hers, still staring at her as he whispered, “We’ll grow horns if it only happens once.”
Shaking her head slightly, giddy from his proximity she replied, “You’re such a child.”
Arun grinned as he fired back, “Please. You love me.”
If only he knew how true it actually was. Feeling her blush intensifying she retorted, “In your dreams Arun.”
“Always,” he whispered.
“I am sorry?” Kshitija blinked. Had he just said always?
“Nothing Thiju, nothing,” he lingered with the touch before moving away reluctantly.
“Arun,...”
“Come, let us get her to sleep.”
Srija was out like a light, ten minutes later. Sighing in relief, they made their way out of her room, tiptoeing in order to not alert her of their absence. Quietly shutting the door behind him Arun turned to look at Thija who had collapsed on the sofa, turning to look at him with a tired smile on her face. He made his way over to her, poking her side to let her make space for him, prompting a halfhearted glare from her. Settling down he said, “I don’t know how they do it everyday. I’m exhausted and it’s only been a few hours.”
“I think when it’s about your own child you don’t think about the effort. Just about the happiness that comes with it.”
Arun hummed, throwing his head back in a similar fashion to rest, as Thija cracked open an eye to look at him.
“Arun. Run. Oye, listen.”
“What?”
“Your clothes. They’re wet. You should change out of them before you catch a cold.”
He got up, grumbling as he realised she was right. Looking over at her kurta, though he had been trying very hard not to, he said, “So should you. I think you got a worse treatment than me.”
“I know. But I genuinely don’t think I can rifle through Nandhini’s closet and try to figure out what I can wear.”
Arun grinned as he got up, telling her, “Wait here.”
Walking into the spare room, that had practically become his with the number of times he stayed over, he looked through the drawers, grinning when he found it. Walking out, he shook Thija gently, feeling his heart melt as she sleepily looked at him.
“Here. I left it here the last time and didn’t take it back, so…….”
Grinning, Thija took the hoodie from him, craning her neck to look at him, feeling the butterflies erupt at his gesture.
“You know if I take this, you won’t get it back right?”
“Doesn’t matter.”
“You sure?” asked Thija. “I have seen you wear this exact hoodie many times, Run.”
‘That is why I want you to wear it,’ he thought, but out loud, said, “Thiju, wear it, please. It is fine.”
Nodding, she got off the couch, taking the hoodie from his hands, breath hitching as their fingers grazed each other. Walking into the room, she quickly shrugged off her kurta, grabbing a towel to dry herself off before slipping the hoodie on. A wave of instant warmth hit her, as she took in a deep breath, noticing how much bigger it was on her. She was reminded of the warmth and comfort of being under a warm blanket during the rains, as she buried her face in the hem of the hoodie noting how it distinctly smelled of his cologne.
“I am so far gone”, she thought as she walked out, closing the door only to look up and see Arun staring at her, the same intensity from earlier returning to his eyes.
By Ishvara, had he done the right thing?
She looked like she was his in his hoodie, and he just… wanted to gather her in his arms and kiss her beautiful face, hold her and never let her go. It was as if he had laid a claim on her with her use of his favourite hoodie.
How could words do justice to the beauty she showcased in that moment? With loose hair, a pair of palazzo pants, and his hoodie, she looked homey, cozy and comfortable- a combination that made him feel home, the blush on her face giving him sudden hope.
Maybe…
Should he ask her out?
Clearing her throat to ease the sudden tension that was building up, she asked, “Do you- Do you want to eat dinner now? Or the cookies?”
Raising one eyebrow at her, Arun teased, “Are you suggesting we eat dessert for dinner Thiju?”
Goodness, the blush was becoming a permanent fixture on her face at this rate. Pulling herself up she retorted, “If you don’t want to Arun that’s fine. More for me.”
He stared for a beat, then another, then
“ME FIRST”
“NO WAY”
Scrambling their way to the kitchen, the skidded to a stop in front of the fridge, reaching for the box at the same time. Glaring at him she tugged the box towards her, announcing, “I made them so I get them.”
Unrelenting he tugged it back, scowling as he said, “Given that I reached it first, I get it.”
“No way.”
“Yes way.”
She narrowed her eyes at him for a second, suddenly darting her hand out to tickle his side, knowing exactly his weak spots after years of friendship. Yelping he quickly swatted her hand away leaving the box free to be wrenched out of his grasp.
“YESSSSS!”
Arun’s mouth fell open as he realised exactly what she’d done. Walking over to her, he quickly spun her around, pleased at the little gasp she let out as he bent to lift her in his arms.
“Arun, this is not funny! PUT ME DOWN”
“Give me the box and I will.”
She spluttered for a moment, giving him enough time to note how perfectly she fit against him.
“Absolutely not.”
He shrugged, saying “Fine. Then I’ll just-
Feinting dropping her, he let out a low grunt as her free arm came to wrap around is neck, fingers digging into the skin most likely leaving a mark. Not that he was complaining.
“Fine, fine”, she gasped out. “We’ll split. 50-50”
“Deal?”
“Yes, deal. Now put me down.”
“But I am so comfortable like this,” he pouted at her, not really wanting to let her go.
“Run…” it was not like she wanted to leave his arms, but any more holding from him, and she would start kissing him wherever she found space to.
“Okay,” he half pouted, seating her on the couch and plopping down right next to her, pressing his thigh to hers as casually as he could.
Thija stopped breathing for a second as she felt the warm press of his body against hers. This whole evening was starting to feel like they’d stepped into uncharted waters and she wasn’t sure that there was any way to turn back.
Still in her mind, she didn’t register Arun calling out to her, until he poked her side, eliciting a very undignified yelp from her.
“What?”
“Cookie?”
“You are unbelievable.”
He grinned; the same broad one that always sent her heart into a tizzy as he held out the treat to her. Muttering a soft thank you, she took it from his hands, smiling in pride at the appreciative groan he let out.
“Have I ever told you that you make the best desserts?”
“Many times.”
“Good. Because it’s true.”
Her answering smile was enough to cause a swarm of butterflies to erupt in his chest, even more so as he felt her slowly lean into his space. Holding his breath he waited till she had fully settled against his shoulder to exhale, resting his cheek against the top of her head as they both sat there in content silence.
Mustering up the courage he said, “We should do this again. Without the kid, I mean.”
She froze as she heard the words from him, slowly sitting up to look at him properly, causing his heart to work double time in his chest as he mentally cursed himself. He was just about to take it back when-
“Like a date?”
Thija waited for his response, her heart pounding in her chest as she saw him momentarily go silent, opening her mouth to speak, before he beat her to it.
“Yes. Yes, exactly like a date.”
She giggled at that, a familiar warmth blooming throughout his body as she settled back against him and said, “Well, as far as asking someone out goes that was absolutely terrible. But yes, Arun, I will go on a date with you.”
Arun laughed, a full bodied laugh that vibrated through him and sent reverberations through her as well. Feeling the brush of his lips against her temple, she heard him say, “Trust me Thija. I will more than make up for it, as long as you let me have you.”

Hey guys! This is my collab with the awesome @nspwriteups - modern, corporate AU! KunxVT
Sudden Sparks✨✨
It was just another day at the Chola corp. household.
They were a successful family run MNC with interests in a wide range of sectors like agriculture, industries, hospitality etc
Kriti's dad Sundar, the CEO, was feeling his age of late and really looked forward to that retirement mansion in the Seychelles-and she agrees. Her mom Vani was the perfect chaebol wife, keeping up social connections and coordinating the multiple companies.
Kriti and her dad’s best friend Anirudh – the chief legal advisor- have been running the show for the last few years.
She was truly appa’s pride, surpassing him in all aspects. It grieved him greatly that his great-grandfather, the founder, had willed the ownership only to sons in order of age.
Her hothead big bro Aditya made their dad age rapidly, as he was a mess through his teens and 20s- oscillating between therapy and overdrinking. His stubbornly insisted on marrying a regular girl Nandini- who oddly resembled his own ex. Huh! Like father like son
Girls like that just won’t fit in our circle, they all thought. Kriti and her great aunt Seema all disapproved and tried to bribe her away. But the young couple stood firm even through separation. Sundar gently explained his doubts to his son, who cockily returned with a DNA test proving his concern false.
Aditya became the chief of mergers and acquisitions, knowing a good takeover when he sees one. Nandini proved to be just as capable as herself (although she’d never say it aloud), smartly planning the legal aspects of her husband’s activities. Nothing gave the couple more joy than sleuthing and negotiating hard bargains, even with the most hostile businesspeople.
However, it is her darling boy Arun who is the all time favourite. Everyone from the janitor to the executive board loves him.
He started off as a cute intern, now he’s their PR face. Journalists flock to just see him smile. He’s been seeing Vinita, the junior at R&D in an office romance that’s the company’s worst kept secret. She rolled her eyes at her fastidious little brother. He was first very stiff with Vinita, the niece of their South zone president, because everyone wanted to get the two heirs together. He slowly fell for her, but tried very hard to hide it – much to kriti’s amusement. The longer than necessary waiting by the coffee machine, the abnormally frequent dropping of papers ( only for the other to come running for ‘help’) fooled no one, she chucked.
She laid back in the plush orange recliner in her living room. Her apartment was well decorated although she lived alone. Her brother and Anni lived in the floor above with their daughter, Kriti jr. Yes Kriti’s ego was greatly flattered by her namesake niece and she became nicer to her sister in law due to it.
Her brother lived in a cottage next door, with a large courtyard and her parents lived in a mansion next door to their company HQ
They had their usual Friday night entertainments. All except Kriti. She’d have occasional movie nights with Vinita and her other mates, poojas with seema paati and family birthday dinners.
She was happy to be the hustler for her family. She loved being swept by complex problems and solving them. She took pride in being their ‘brains’, not once regretting her cold demeanor or workaholic attitude.
Lately though, seeing her brothers' relationships left a pang in her stomach. Cousin Sandeep too was seeing Pooja, their coordinator for offshore branches.
Kriti blankly stared at the ceiling she’d seen a million times before. Smooth peach walls, a bronze ceiling fan and wall moulding on all sides. Her laptop glared, asking her to get back to work before the Monday noon deadline. Uncle Anirudh won’t like me slacking, she sighed and sat up. The IT girl of Chola corp can’t disappoint!
She began reading through the document sent by the budget team, noting where to edit or add comments. It was pretty linear, except this time some reps of their rival was out scouting start ups and releasing bad predictions for Chola’s next quarterly.
Enthusiastic footsteps and tinkling of metal made kriti exhale and go “gosh! Again?’.
Friday nights usually meant the same for her, her older brother and nandini would usual drop off her niece as they went off on their mandatory dates. There’s no way those 2 randy creatures have been together for 2 decades now, she groaned.
Kriti was soft, everyone knew most of her
evenings were spent working and she had a huge weakness for her niece.
She would often play sitter for Kriti jr. and Timmy (Arun and vinita's dog). She was just grateful Arun didn't make her babysit Airavat, the rescue elephant he adopted!
This time though, work was getting tight. She had to sort out Chola corp 's finances while also figuring who was spreading bad predictions for their stock.
Her train of thoughts was disrupted by the doorbell ringing. She knew who the visitors were and put on the best fake smile she could when she opened the door to see her brother and sister in law with a five year old girl in Nandini's arms. "I was hoping you forgot about your Friday routine" She said in mock annoyance. "Well actually I did ask my best friend to babysit Kriti jr here since I know how much of a busybody you are" Adithya told her, pinching his daughter's cheek as he spoke while Kriti frowned. A best friend of Adithya's that she hasn't met yet? Now that's odd. "We asked him to come here so you can have an extra hand to take care of her" Nandini joined in, kissing her daughter's forehead and handing her over to Kriti who was still wondering about this mysterious "friend" who is apparently a familiar face to everyone but one she hasn't heard about at all.
"He can be trusted Kriti. Why else would I entrust the safety of my beloved sister and daughter to him?" Adithya said after seeing a look of uncertainty on Kriti's face.
After Adithya and Nandini left them, Kriti turned to her niece sitting on the couch, "So my dear sugarplum, what will we do now?" Kriti jr ran to the showcase and took out board game from the drawer. They played the game for a while, watched Tom and Jerry on the tv. Kriti looked over at the clock. It's been half an hour since she started babysitting. Where was this so called trusted friend who was supposed to give them company? She contemplated on calling up Adithya and give him a piece of her mind but then she didn't wanted to interrupt theie date night. "Best friend…Trusted indeed" She muttered "He's going to ghost me for sure"
"Ugh! Why can't I stick to one decision? Now I'll have to host a stranger" she inwardly groaned
Kriti jr looked up at her aunt "Why are you angry Aunty?" She squeaked
"How do you know I am angry?" Kriti enquired
"Because Amma says you murmur when you are upset. So I know you are angry" the little girl said as a matter of fact. Kriti laughed, how well Nandini knows her.
"I am not angry Kanne, I'm just irritated" Kriti sighed, glancing at the clock again. He looked at her niece again when she felt a tug on her kurti. "I am hungry" Kriti jr said with puppy eyes.
"Okay, let's go have dinner" Both girls made their way to the kitchen and was deciding whether to make dinner or order out when the doorbell rang again. "Yay, Kamsa Mama is here!" Saying this Kriti jr sped out of the kitchen, leaving behind a perplexed Kriti behind.
Kamsa who?
The glee in the child's eyes made her irrationally jealous
She heard her niece calling out "It's open, Mama. Come, come" and went to investigate, stopping midway to see a young man twirling her niece, laughing with her. The guy was tall, looked the same age as her and was casually dressed in denim jeans and sweatshirt. She only had a few seconds to admire his curly hair and sparkling eyes before those same eyes met with hers. He set down Kriti jr, looking at her with curiosity and suddenly Kriti felt consious of how she was looking - Not expecting him to show up, she was dressed in an old kurti with three-fourth leggings and her hair in a bun, with a few strands already escaping here and there. My God! What a first impression I am giving this guy. She thought. But then again, why am I stressing on how I look? Not like he's here to flirt with me.
The newly arrived person, walked over to her and extended his hand, still smiling wholeheartedly "So you must be this little mischief queen's godmother. Adi and Nandu can't stop talking about you" He said "Hi, I'm Vaishakh "
"Hi, I'm Kriti"
"Do you know the word Kriti means creation, a work of art?" He asked suddenly
"Yes" Kriti replied, wondering where this was going
"Art is beauty. So I don't think I have to tell you how beautiful you are, Miss Kriti" He said with a grin .
Kriti is no stranger to compliments but she would be lying if she said that pickup line wasn't good. Either he was buttering her up for coming in late or he was a natural flirt.
"Thank you" She said, not letting him give the impression that he had won her over "And if I'm not wrong, people with the name Vaishakh has a good and nice disposition"
He grinned wider "So you like giving out compliments as well. Good for you. We are going to get along just fine" He winked at her and walked towards the kitchen, with a gleeful Kriti jr following him.
Kriti let out a breath she didn't know she was holding in "This is going to be a long night" She wondered as she shut the door.

Large Hadron Collider pipe brings search for elusive magnetic monopole closer than ever
New research using a decommissioned section of the beam pipe from the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN has bought scientists closer than ever before to test whether magnetic monopoles exist.
Scientists from the University of Nottingham, in collaboration with an international team have revealed the most stringent constraints yet on the existence of magnetic monopoles, pushing the boundaries of what is known about these elusive particles. Their research has been published today in Physical Review Letters.
In particle physics, a magnetic monopole is a hypothetical elementary particle that is an isolated magnet with only one magnetic pole (a north pole without a south pole or vice versa).
Oliver Gould, Dorothy Hodgkin Fellow at the School of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Nottingham is the lead theorist for the study, he said: “Could there be particles with only a single magnetic pole, either north or south? This intriguing possibility, championed by renowned physicists Pierre Curie, Paul Dirac, and Joseph Polchinski, has remained one of the most captivating mysteries in theoretical physics. Confirming their existence would be transformative for physics, yet to date experimental searches have come up empty handed.”
The team focused their search on a decommissioned section of the beam pipe from the LHC at CERN, the European Organisation for Nuclear Research. Conducted by physicists from the Monopole and Exotics Detector at the LHC (MoEDAL) experiment, the study examined a beryllium beam pipe section that had been located at the particle collision point for the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) experiment. This pipe had endured radiation from billions of ultra-high-energy ion collisions occurring just centimetres away.
"The proximity of the beam pipe to the collision point of ultra-relativistic heavy ions provides a unique opportunity to probe monopoles with unprecedentedly high magnetic charges," explained Aditya Upreti, a Ph.D. candidate who led the experimental analysis while working in Professor Ostrovskiy's MoEDAL group at the University of Alabama. "Since magnetic charge is conserved, the monopoles cannot decay and are expected to get trapped by the pipe's material, which allows us to reliably search for them with a device directly sensitive to magnetic charge".
The researchers investigated the production of magnetic monopoles during heavy ion collisions at the LHC, which generated magnetic fields even stronger than those of rapidly spinning neutron stars. Such intense fields could lead to the spontaneous creation of magnetic monopoles through the Schwinger mechanism.
Oliver added: “Despite being an old piece of pipe destined for disposal, our predictions indicated it might be the most promising place on Earth to find a magnetic monopole,”
The MoEDAL collaboration used a superconductive magnetometer to scan the beam pipe for signatures of trapped magnetic charge. Although they found no evidence of magnetic monopoles, their results exclude the existence of monopoles lighter than 80 GeV/c² (where c is the speed of light) and provide the world-leading constraints for magnetic charges ranging from 2 to 45 base units.
The research team now plans to extend their search, Oliver concludes: “The beam pipe that we used was from the first run of the Large Hadron Collider, which was carried out before 2013 and at lower energies. Extending the study to a more recent run at higher energies could double our experimental reach. We are also now considering completely different search strategies for magnetic monopoles.”

For the fact that Aditya and Kanoa would definitely meet the same "ball of sunshine" energy together!
And Aditya in translation means "the sun" so it's even more accurate <3
They be sharing a single braincell though.. maybe Yuvraj might join him too and they are giggling silly on their way to the mission while Arjun tries to keep his cool.
Kanoa, Aditya and Yuvraj, giggling and cracking jokes and at some point it leads to hysteria:
Arjun, internally: Don't.. just don't. Let them be, Arjun. You're just over contemplating.
I find this CUTE and FUNNY!
YES! I'm sure Aditya and Kanoa, even Yuvraj too, will most DEFINITELY cause some mayhem together! HAHAHAHA!
This is TOO good to imagined! And oh poor Arjun. Have to deal with the three. Where's Tiala when you need her to keep her older brother on leash?
Lol. Thank you, Khushi for sending this WONDERFUL facts! Fits perfectly! Love you, pele!😙❤️

★ Salman Khan opens up on ‘Tiger 3’, Katrina, and what patriotism means to him!
November 10, 2023
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who is ready to roll out the seemingly unstoppable franchise ‘Tiger 3’ in UAE cinemas on November 11, claims that he jumped aboard the latest chapter without even waiting for a narration of the script. Clearly, the faith in the makers of the spectacular derring-do franchise transcended his need to go into any details like the plot or the climax.
Directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra of Yash Raj Films, the 57-year-old star returns as the Indian Intelligence operative Avinash Singh Rathore - known as Tiger on the field - in the third installment of the hit franchise.
“When Adi told me the third script is ready and asked me to come for a narration, I immediately told him that ‘Tiger is always ready’,” said Khan in an interview over-mail with Gulf News. The Diwali release, also starring Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist, promises to be bigger, bolder, and better. Excerpts from our interview with Khan as we talk about his character, patriotism, and more ...
The ‘Tiger’ films are known for their high-octane action sequences. What kind of physical and mental preparation do you go through for these demanding roles?
If you love what you do, then it’s not tough or demanding. You just do what you have to do. ‘Tiger’ is a franchise that’s very close to my heart, and while it is demanding, I thoroughly enjoyed prepping and shooting for this. When Adi (Aditya Chopra) told me the third script is ready and asked me to come for a narration, I immediately told him that ‘Tiger is always ready’. In fact, even before the narration, I told him I would come for the shoot whenever it starts. Also, we had an international crew of action directors and choreographers for ‘Tiger 3’, so it was a very smooth shoot. Even though we shot in various locations and climate conditions, they were very professional and had absolute clarity of how this needs to be done. ‘Tiger 3’ has some intense action scenes which I am sure will be a visual spectacle for audiences.
Tiger is known for his strong moral code in this franchise, but the latest installment seems to suggest that he has gone rogue. Was that aspect the most appealing to you?
The character of Tiger evolves, and his emotional graph as well as inner journey expands in this film. Whether he has gone rogue or is doing the right thing, needs to be experienced by audiences in theaters. Tiger has asked his audiences to give his son, his [father’s] character certificate. So let’s see what happens.
The character, Tiger, is known for his patriotism and loyalty to his country. How do you personally connect with these qualities, and how do they influence your portrayal of the character?
India is my homeland, my place of work, and the country that has given me immeasurable love. Our country is diverse and beautiful. My patriotism is a way of life, so I don’t wear it on my sleeve. Tiger embodies the good and patriotic in all of us.
What, according to you, is the most defining aspect of a patriot, keeping Tiger’s character in mind?
A patriot will do his or her very best for their country. I don’t think you can define love for one’s nation.
The ‘Tiger’ franchise has a significant global fan following. How do you connect with fans worldwide, and what do you think makes this franchise so universally appealing?
Audiences have a connection with my character Tiger, and they have followed his journey from the word go. They feel a connection with those characters. I also feel this is the first Indian spy franchise, and so fans connect with that. I am grateful that my fans love to watch the Tiger installments so much.
How have you seen Katrina Kaif evolve as a co-star, actress, and a human being through the making of Tiger installments?
A: When Katrina steps onto the set, you can witness her passion and determination in every scene of hers. She invests an incredible amount of effort and time into preparing for her roles, her action scenes, and her dance sequences. Katrina’s level of commitment is evident in the way she immerses herself in the world of the characters, going above and beyond, to deliver good performances. She has always been like that, and that’s a commendable feat.
What is your personal favorite “Tiger” film, and why does it hold a special place in your heart?
Each and every one of them because I think I have given these films my all. ‘Tiger’ franchise will be forever special to me.
If Tiger had to collaborate with another hero from the spy genre, would it be SRK from Pathaan?
Tiger and Pathaan have collaborated once in ‘Pathaan’. So, I’m sure they will collaborate again when the time comes.

Telugu movie Dahanam bagged Six international film festival awards
Dahanam movie is all set to hit the silver screen soon in the mid of Feb 2023, This movie already bagged six international film festival awards . Dahanam is based out of real incidents and now aiming to release in 200+ theatres in two Telugu states followed by OTT launch in amazon prime.
The film is filled with a lot of realistic scenes which look quite hard-hitting on screen. There are no forced emotions in the film and that is the biggest asset. The screenplay is the biggest plus as none of the scenes lack logic or are there just for the sake of it.
Om Aditya is the surprise package of the film as he is quite good as the main Role. He has changed his body language a lot and will be a good character actor if given more chances. and the best work is the music and BGM that lift the film to a whole new level.

Arjun In The 141 — PART 2
Hey guys! I am here to introduce you to some more lore on Arjun's purpose in the MWII storyline, as he joins the 141 and what he feels about it. Hope you enjoy it!
Arjun never believed he'd achieve this task before, throughout his entire life serving under the nation. Being sent to an international mission, Arjun couldn't feel more proud than ever, especially after receiving assurance from Colonel Kulshrestha himself. But, the cost was that he had to leave his unit for a long while, this holding the responsibility to someone else.
No matter how proud the army was, they were going to miss the legendary Captain a lot. Aditya and Yuvraj were hoping he wouldn't leave because the team would be nothing without Arjun. And it's a fact, for how motivating yet strategic he was, towards his commandos, and officials. They rooted for him. Cheered for him. And now, they were going to see him protect the world, by joining one of the most special task forces known to man.
The 141.
Arjun was assigned to Las Almas by General Shepherd under the assistance of Colonel Alejandro Vargas. Surely, it'll likely be a bit of trouble for the Captain knowing this mission has nothing to do with his own country, but as they say, 141 picks the best group of warriors on the planet, and Arjun was lucky to be one of them.
What was more interesting is that he was going to team up with the Mexican Special Forces, led by Colonel Vargas itself, so it'll be easy to share a bit of knowledge with each other knowing how the strategies are planned accordingly. He sure was eager to visit the Colonel, and hoped things would turn out to be okay on his arrival.
Arjun dreamt of being in the army, and he sure fulfilled that wish, but his hardwork paid off to be in one of the most elite forces in the world, a proud moment for him and his nation. And the Captain was someone who doesn't back off, even in the hardest of situations, no matter what the cost.
Holding a picture of his wife Kavya in his hands, he dearly misses her so much. But, responsibilities are always ahead of family first. Much to protect them back at the sake of leaving them. Remembering Aayi and Baba, who raised him to become what he is, he takes blessings from God, does a prayer and wishes to give him strength. Tips for Selecting the Right PGDM College in Mumbai
Selecting the right Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) college in Mumbai is a critical decision that can shape your career trajectory. With Mumbai being home to numerous prestigious business schools, including Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM), it’s essential to carefully evaluate various factors before making your choice. Here are some tips for selecting the right PGDM college in Mumbai, with a special focus on ASBM:
1. Accreditation and Recognition
Check for National and International Recognition: The first step in selecting the right PGDM college is to ensure that the institution is accredited by recognized bodies such as the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and has approvals from relevant industry associations. ASBM is likely to be recognized for its quality education and may have accreditations that ensure the program meets national and global standards.
Affiliation with Reputable Institutions: Look for colleges that have academic alliances or collaborations with top universities, both domestic and international. This can be a signal of quality and an opportunity for student exchange or dual-degree programs.
2. Curriculum and Specializations
Industry-Relevant Curriculum: Ensure that the PGDM program offers a curriculum aligned with industry needs. Look for a college like ASBM that updates its curriculum regularly to incorporate emerging business trends, technologies, and methodologies such as digital marketing, big data, AI, and entrepreneurship.
Specialization Options: If you have a specific interest, such as finance, marketing, HR, or operations, make sure the college offers specialization options that suit your career aspirations. ASBM might offer a wide variety of specializations designed to give you the depth of knowledge needed in a specific field.
3. Faculty Expertise and Industry Experience
Experienced and Qualified Faculty: Look for a PGDM program that offers experienced faculty members who have a blend of academic qualifications and industry experience. Professors who have worked in the corporate world can provide practical insights and real-world perspectives that go beyond textbooks.
Guest Lectures and Industry Experts: A good PGDM college should invite guest lecturers and industry experts to share their experiences with students. This exposure helps students gain insights into current industry practices and trends, which are crucial for their professional growth.
4. Placement Record and Industry Connections
Strong Placement Support: Investigate the placement record of the PGDM college. A strong track record of top-tier placements is a good indicator of the college's reputation in the corporate world. Check if ASBM has tie-ups with leading companies, consulting firms, and multinational corporations that regularly recruit from the college.
Internship and Live Projects: Placement support extends beyond just final placements—internships, live projects, and corporate mentorship are important components that provide practical exposure. Colleges with robust industry connections, like ASBM, can facilitate internships and live projects that help you apply theoretical concepts in real-world business settings.
5. Infrastructure and Learning Resources
State-of-the-Art Infrastructure: A top-tier PGDM college should offer a campus with modern facilities such as well-equipped classrooms, digital learning tools, library resources, computer labs, and discussion rooms. The infrastructure should support interactive learning, group discussions, and collaborative projects.
Access to Technology: In today’s digital age, a good PGDM program must provide access to online learning platforms, business simulation software, and data analytics tools. ASBM is likely to offer a tech-enabled learning environment that equips students with the tools they need to succeed in the modern business world.
6. Student Support Services
Mentorship and Counseling: A PGDM program should offer personalized mentorship, where faculty or industry mentors guide students in shaping their career paths. Look for colleges that have a strong alumni network and career counseling services to assist students in making informed decisions about their future.
Extracurricular Activities: An ideal PGDM college encourages extracurricular involvement through clubs, events, and activities that help you develop leadership skills, teamwork, and public speaking. ASBM may offer various opportunities for students to enhance their personality outside of academics.
7. Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition Fees: Consider the cost of the program and whether it aligns with your budget. While pursuing an MBA or PGDM is an investment, ensure that the fees are in line with the quality of education offered. ASBM is likely to offer competitive fees compared to other top colleges in Mumbai.
Scholarships and Financial Aid: Some PGDM colleges offer scholarships or financial aid based on merit or need. Look for such options at ASBM, which could make the program more affordable without compromising on the quality of education.
8. Alumni Network and Reputation
Strong Alumni Network: A well-established alumni network can provide significant benefits throughout your career. Alumni can offer career advice, mentorship, and sometimes even job opportunities. Research the success stories of ASBM’s alumni to gauge the college’s influence in the business world.
Reputation and Rankings: While rankings are not everything, they can provide an overview of the college’s reputation. Look at rankings from reliable sources to understand how the PGDM college is perceived by the industry and academia.
Conclusion: Why Choose ASBM for Your PGDM in Mumbai?
Selecting the right PGDM college in Mumbai is essential for building a strong career in the business world. Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM) stands out for several reasons:
Industry-Aligned Curriculum: ASBM offers a curriculum that is continuously updated to reflect current industry needs and future business trends.
Strong Placement Assistance: ASBM has robust placement support, with connections to top companies across various industries, ensuring strong career prospects for graduates.
