I dont see why so many people make a major point of "ulfric gave solstheim to the dunmer look how awesome he is" when he did NOT do that

LOL people say this?? yea i just checked and that happened in 4E 16... skyrim takes place in 4E 201. ulfric wasn't even a twinkle in his father's xenophobic eye. not to mention this is cited as kind of a political move to push dunmer refugees away from skyrim and onto solstheim instead and make skyrim look like a hero for it
