ellie found you sitting on your desk in your office chair, hair messy, clothes baggy and frustration on your face. your glossy lips were pressed together as you furiously typed something in your keyboard. the way you typed alone let ellie know how stressed out you were as well. though, ellie wasn’t just stressed, she was tensed up, wanting nothing more but to release the pressure building up inside her.

“hey baby.”

she hugged your from behind, her arms wrapped around your neck softly, as she placed her chin on top of your head.

“hey.”

you mumbled, eyes not leaving your screen. ellie took a look. files over files, dashboards over dashboards. seemed like your boss treated you with a little bit of extra tasks that, of course, cost you extra time for which you most likely won’t get payed for.

“extra work?”

she asked, starting to kiss your neck slightly. her hands that were politely holding her arms around you started travelling further down, giving your boobs and sides soft squishes.

“uh-hu.”

you just replied, trying to ignore the featherlight kisses and teasing squeezes your girlfriend gave to your body. truth was, you’d love to slam your computer shut and just turn around and give her the most loving, yet nasty kiss ever. sadly you had a deadline until tomorrow and you really wanted to prevent the person you did all this work for, to get kicked out. so you searched for solid proof of their work being legit - and your boss was a pain in the ass with this.

“don’t you want to give me a kiss? i had a really rough day, baby. i could need some of your help. just let me touch you..”

ellie whispered in your ear with her husky voice, sending shivers down your spine.

“els.. i really need to finish this.”

yet, you didn’t push her away. you let her kiss your neck, you let her hands roam your body. eventually a little moan escaped your mouth when her hands slipped between your legs.

“babe, you don’t seem like you want to finish this. please c’mon.”

you swallowed hard, trying your best to concentrate on the computer in front of you. after all, you were almost finished. quickly, you typed in your final statement before locking your computer, turning your chair around to face your gorgeous girlfriend.

ellie smirked, her hands reaching for your cheeks to pull you into a deep kiss, before she picked you up like you’d weight nothing more than a feather, carrying you into the bedroom. and you knew damn well that she wouldn’t go easy on you - but it’s not like you would want her to.

That. Was. Fucking. Insane. That was the best movie I’ve watched. Literally captivated from start to finish. WHAT AN EXPLOSIVE INTRODUCTION?! with gwen stacey and her drums? Such powerful animated movements, in fact ALL THE ACTION SCENES carried SUCH GOOD WEIGHT, made SUCH GOOD USE OF THEIR ENVIRONMENT, and were just generally so well choreographed! The first villain was just so visually stunning and animated, I LOVED his style. And the humour from the very start was just, on point. This entire movie WAS SOOOO FUNNY. IT WAS HILARIOUS! Hahaha the lego spiderman scene? How miguel was like, “you’re one of the best of us” XDDD. And omg the MAIN ANTOGNIST IS THE BAGEL GUY. I CANNOT. THATS SO HECKING FUNNY. HAHAHHWYWHAJABWHAJJAHAHAHAH.

Such a visually stunning movie man. Like the first one was amazing, but this somehow topped that. The ENVIRONMENTS AND WORLDS THAT WE EXPLORED WERE SOOOO BEAUTIFULLY CONSTRUCTED? Indian spiderman- just everything about him was hilarious- had such an amazing universe, just the layered upon layers of buildings and roads EVERYWHERE. omg HOBY??? I LOVE HOBY MAN. How earlier he was like, miles u gotta use ur palms too not just ur fingers, and then he was also very established to be an against capitalism and institution type man, AND OMG MY GUY AAAAAA HELPING MILES OUT!!!! WHEN NO ONE ELSE WAS DOING ANYTHING FOR HIM??? HOBY’S A REAL ONE GUYS I LOVE HIM.

MAYDAY WAS ADORABLE! Peter being such a doting father was so adorable and EVERYTHING. Like that sequence of him showing all the baby pictures to miles and gwen, and then when he told miles that he should HOLD THE BABY IT’LL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTTER!!!! And ofc it did XD THAT TRAIN FIGHT SCENE??? SO MANY MOVIES HAVE TRIED IT BEFORE, BUT THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE SICKEST TRAIN FIGHT SCENE IVE EVER SEEN. Just the train BULLETING UPWARDS, and then the call back to the leap of faith?

AHHHH but also! So many wonderful computer screen background worthy shots within this film. I absolutely adored the way they kept having the spider people sit and hang upside down. It made so many visually stunning scenes! Like when they were going up the elevator,,, AND THEY WERE ALL UPSIDE DOWN!!! AARHEGEH SOOO COOOL!!!!

Oh man but that brief appearance of peni parker! SHE LOOKED SO TIRED :(!!! URGEGWHW WE GOT TO SEE SPIDERHAM AND SPIDERNOIR AT THE END BUT MAN I RLLY WISH I CUDA SEEN MORE OF THOSE GUYS WYHWHAHWUIAKjahauai!!1!1!?1!1!1 I was so happy when they finally appeared with gwens group of spider allies tho ; - ;!!!!!

Okay back to bagel guy, what a fun and hilarious opening and introduction? Hahaha trying to steal the atm machine and their whole banter, it was just so funny. Amazing introduction. I loved miles’ roommate too! I wish we got to see more of him haha.

Oh oh oh, I loved all of the impact frames in this movie, and also the speech bubbles and sound effects and other fun comic style things, but the glossary squares that kept appearing on screen??? AMAZING!!!! I would love to go through this movie again and just pause and read over everything! THE COLOURS WERE SOOOO GOOD IN THIS MOVIE??? THIS MOVIE REALLY STOOD OUT FOR ME IN IT’S PALETTES! SOME SCENES WERE JUST COMPOSED SO BEAUTIFULLY I JUST AYWHAHAHWUJAHAHAHAH!!!!

The plot twist at the end was so good. It was so well built up too, there were so many hints and what not but it only hit me when aaron showed up… the mom’s eyes being different, her not knowing who spiderman is,,, earlier when the screen got the WRONG DNA,,, and also just the different colour palette? So many good clues. I’m over here laughing at how anticlimactic the mom is taking the news, and then AARON SHOWS UP. And the revelation HIT ME LIKE A TRUCK MAN. IT WASN’T A JOKE.

can we talk about the amazing sound track and sound design for this movie??? I watched this in VMAX which is a cinema which had a larger screen and louder speakers, and wow, I WAS SOOO IMMERSED MAN. Not only does the music SLAP and match each new place so well, but it just adds so much to the viewing experience!!!!

This movie was an absolute masterpiece. Wow. Jesus. The first movie was like my favourite movie. But this somehow TOPPED THAT???? Insane.

You had been assigned a bunch of documents from Yanfei to go over after being transferred to her for extra work experience in Liyue before officially graduating.

At first your couldn’t be more optimistic about the workload telling yourself that it’s all worth it in the long run after years of studying law!

That lasted maybe a good four days before the lack of sleep and neglect to eat and drink properly started kicking in.

Raising your head you looked up from the paperwork checking the time. 4:30am. Groaning you raked your fingers through your hair, dragging them down your face trying to keep yourself grounded.

But much to your dismay no matter how hard you tried to keep your eyes open and your head free of fatigue, your body decided to finally take charge and before you can even protest, your head lowered to the table as your heavy eyes finally closed and took the rest they needed.

Meanwhile your beloved boyfriend, childe. Eleventh of the fatui harbingers, had finally got home after endless hours of his own work as a “toy maker”. He never told you about his true occupation, always worried it would put you in harms way or make you scared of him.

Opening the door to your house, making his way up to your bedroom he didn’t actually expect to see you awake being so early in the morning so when he saw the bed untouched and you nowhere in sight he’d be lying if he didn’t feel a twinge of dread run down his spine.

“Babe? Where are you?”

Picking up his pace he’d hurry around the house opening each door, his bow appearing in his hand from anxiety.

Reaching the finally room of your home he swung the door open only to find you slumped over your desk surrounded by paperwork.

Almost running over to your side he dropped to his knee’s placing his hand on your back almost like you’d break under his touch he softly shook you taking comfort in feeling your soft, deep breaths under his touch.

“Hmm? Childe?”

Raising your head groggily you look at your boyfriend for a moment trying to piece together the situation while rubbing your still heavy, sleepy eyes.

“Archons Y/N, you almost gave me a heart attack! Why aren’t you asleep In bed!?”

Giggling sleepily you tried your best to explain the situation all while still feeling the heavy pull of sleep in your body not noticing the soft, if not concerned smile appearing across his face.

Letting out a sigh he gathered you in his arms lifting you up with ease, he carried you to the bedroom placing you down on the bed before pulling you tightly into his arms kissing your forehead.

“No more work for you love”

You were pretty confused to later find out you somehow still managed to finish all the paperwork before passing out even though you swore there was still a pile to go through~

Much to no one’s surprise, Hu Tao had ever so kindly managed to gather a ever increasing collection of complaints from the citizens of Liyue from her persistent shenanigans that you’d be hard pushed not to find at least a little disturbing, leaving you to deal with the mountain on papers to sort through.

The moment zhongli caught wind of what had been keeping you so occupied from your routine walk through the harbour he was irritated to say the least.

After having a word with Hu Tao that was borderline passive aggressive he immediately stopped by the market picking up the best fruit he could find (much to Childe’s dismay) along with your favourite snacks.

Meanwhile you had enclosed yourself in your office, pondering your life choices while using all the strength you had to stay focused.

How long has it been since you started? When was the last time you ate? Questions hardly noticeable floated around the back of your mind as you intently ignored the pangs in your stomach and the worsening migraine growing across your head.

Letting out a frustrated sigh you finish reading a particularly rude letter sent in only to turn the page over by chance just to see that the paragraphs contained on the other side.

Finally snapping under the stress you lay your head down in defeat on the desk, tears threatening to run from your eyes and soak the papers under your head as you feel your body take over and force you to close them at last.

It wasn’t too long before you woke up in a mild state of panic before noticing a plate of beautifully arranged fruit, a warm cup of tea sitting beside you and a blanket draped over your aching back.

“Ah, you have finally awoken. Forgive me dear but I couldn’t bring myself to wake you from your much needed slumber so I took the liberty to prepare you some food”

God I love writing his funky little words

“Zhongli? H-how long have you been there?? What time is it!?”

“Hush now. No need to get worked up over such trivial things, you still have plenty of time to continue your work but I must remind you that rest and recuperation is an essential part to such dealings”

With that you find him dragging a chair next to you. letting out a deep chuckle he turned you towards him gentle pushing your head down to his lap as his fingers stroked through strands of hair. (If you’re bald then just ignore this part💀)

“Rest for now my dear, I shall assist you in this mess when you have recovered”

Not daring to protest against his authoritative tone, you close your eyes feeling your body melt at his touch.

Maybe a little rest wouldn’t hurt after all~

Mera I went back to playing Genshin and- I had a lot to catch up on so I've spent countless nights playing (and farming primos...) And I finally finished all archon quests currently available. I saved Sumeru's interlude to be the last one and i just finished and oh my god i want Scaramouche so bad

All his three versions- I liked him before but just ugh

Also I didn't expect that I would have to name him in the mission (i thought I'd only have to do this after i got him in a banner) so I had a mini panic trying to think of a name but in the end I named him Flumenel.

I wondered which boss I would have fought the most over the year and of course it's Scaramouche LOL. I fight him every week. <3 the aeonblight drake is only there because I fought it so many times when I was farming materials for mouchey. In the end, it all goes back to mouchey. 🫶 perhaps I'll finally play the interlude on Halloween, as that will mark the one-year anniversary of mouchey's drip marketing!!!!! >w<

But yes!!!! All three of his versions have lots of appeal. orz it's difficult to choose a favorite because they're all just so wonderful. As much as I love his Harbinger and Kabukimono eras, I will admit I'm very soft and fluffy over his Wanderer era. My beloved is healing. T_T I'm so happy for him. I still think it's so funny that Nahida enrolled him in the Akademiya. He went from terrorizing and killing others to now writing political essays as Hat Guy and participating in school events. The end of act four had me so :O !!!!!!!!! And the scene where Wriothesley and Clorinde stop the Primordial Sea Water!!!!!!! The first words out of Dean when he saw Cass.. right after that he walked up to him and gave him a scolding look

Cass was taken aback..until now he was surrounded by darkness and now a bright figure with familiar green eyes stood before him.He couldn't find the words but decided to go hug Dean,what he wanted to do so much since the last time saw him.

"No..Don't touch me until you answer my question..."

Dean step back even though he knew the only thing on his mind was to hold Cass in his arms and never let him go...

"You can't have it...ha...really.After all this year's spent together through some really tough shit man..and you didn't see it..."

Dean stopped speaking. He felt that with every next word he can cause an avalanche of tears... Dean was never one to cry in front of others, plus the emotions he felt were so strong and understandable for him.That's what Cass awakes in him...

"What I didn't see"

Cass expected an answer but Dean was quiet..

He approached him and put his hand on his shoulder.

okok so i finally got home and can properly write down my thoughts on the tristamp season finale

gonna put it under a cut bc i KNOW there will be spoilers for both tristamp season finale AND trigun in general bc THOUGHTS (TM) u know?

i've been thinking about it for a while but tristamp really felt like a prequel to the actual trigun storyline (which was made obvious by the fact that july was still standing lmao) BUT this means that the next time we see knives it'll be after he's been in a pod for a while to recover from the angel arm which MEANS long hair knives (potentially. please. please i will go feral. PLEASE)

also on the line of that - it was 20 years between july's destruction and when knives finally shows up again, but the timeskip here is only 2 years so that either means tristamp knives has a super good healing pod thingy or he's just built different lmao

ANOTHER THING: THE DESIGNS. the entire design of the angel arm was so cool it looked so good i love how the power core in the middle WAS the cube holy shit literally made me gasp and then start coughing ontrjgsnhyjs. and then VASH!!!! his og hairstyle!!! even if just for a second!!! it looked so good omg i really hope after the timeskip when he gets the haircut it'll go back to that style (plsplspls)

ALSO!!! VASH IN BLACK!!!!! i know nightow has really enjoyed doing the palette switches esp for vash (and esp with the hair color lol). but with the coat itself becoming black it was like red was his tie to humanity and during the fight he just let go of it and accepted the plant part of himself (seen through the colors and the wing (omg the wing)) BUT he still never let go of his love of humanity the whole time (screaming sobbing pounding on my desk)

another thing that really interested me was the whole like innate power thing itself bc in the manga it is said that vash has a LOT more than knives (no inferiority complex food there for knives absolutely not) but it was REALLY interesting how the angel arm was tied (?) to the higher plane cube rather than knives and vash themselves

i'm sure plenty of other people have said enough abotu the whole "knvies went to the higher plane for the plants' souls even tho it's been shown/we know the plants have souls in THIS plane" thing so i'm just gonna brush by that...

Owl House Finale Rambles 🦉

Now that the episode is finally posted and I've finished it, I'd like to ramble about it and how much of the show I appreciated and loved for what it did💖

Spoilers below:

•Everything about this finale was perfect. From beginning to end, it left me on a rollercoaster of emotions.

Oh so we're starting Luke that huh--

We still got to see the guilt that Luz and the others had from their experiences from the collector, belos still manipulating him and using him for his own plans.

It's actually sweet that we get to see Luz show the collector her own stories with eda and king to give him a more humane point of view than what he thinks about playing his games. It's nice to be reminded that the collector is just a kid who was abandoned by his siblings. It was really sad seeing what happened to him and everything wasn't even his fault in the first place.

•God this show is such a wonder that I got to see through for three years now. For me and my friend, it pretty much got us through tough times, especially when we had a long distance friendship. The ideas and world of the show inspired me for my own stories and every character and work put in just made me love the show with every episode. There wasn't a cartoon that had put me on the edge of each big moment like The Owl House. Thank you, Dana and the crew, for a show I wouldn't have thought I would ever experience from all the other shows I've watched.💖
