I usually jus ramble bout literature shit w my family but im currently stuck in -11 weather at a bus stop gettin snowed on so yall r subject to wonka analysis now

#was goin on bout the development of red riding hood and how the way that the grims version is cited as the 'original'#is false because it existed as an oral story for many centuries before and also the grims brothers changed it #a lot to exclude anything 'inappropriate' for kids while oddly enough making it more violent #and my parents were like egg can u shut the fuck up and not talk bout this shit at the dinner table
