every time i see ppl posting about how andrew tate or sneako didnt deserve to get banned bc its a violation of their freedom of speech i genuinely get so angry because what a way to reveal how fucking stupid you actually are. andrew tate deserved to get banned because he broke youtube's terms of service. when you break the tos you get banned. actions have consequences. he didnt get arrested bc of the stupid shit he was saying on youtube (mostly unless it relates to his actual crimes) he got arrested because he was a fucking human trafficker!!!! sneako deserved to get banned because he broke tos and last time i fucking checked that braindead loser isnt in prison, because his freedom of speech was never violated. getting banned from a website because you couldn't keep your dumbfuck mouth shut is not a violation of your freedom of speech, it is a consequence of your stupid actions. unless 1. The literal government is arresting you or preventing you in any way from publishing or speaking or 2. you were punished but didnt actually break any rules, this is not a violation of your rights. you are just stupid
