I needed 10 more minutes at the end of A Gschicht Uber d'Lieb! I'll have to write fanfic and do it myself, grumble grumble. I have to say it's one of the best bro/sis movies I've seen in a while. (I also have to thank you for the Boy Kills World rec! Loved that movie, and your long analysis posts, although I'm with you that the end credit scene is such a major buzzkill.)

A Gschicht Ubder d'Lieb is a treasure and I have every belief that Gregor and Maria end up happily together once everything gets resolved. Everything points to it. Maybe something slightly open ended is the best we could have hoped for, maybe the director wasn't allowed to show an incest happy ending, but I feel like it's indicated, it just happens offscreen.

The end of the post-credits scene of Boy Kills World is such a buzzkill. Not sure when you read my analysis but I started rambling after I got a comment about the ending and it spurred me to think some more on it, so I updated that section with some new thoughts. (But this was a while back now.) I can't really make that moment better, but I do think it's insignificant in the grand scheme of things. But still, it's just like why????

I think maybe both movies have the same thing in common - German director who doesn't want the ending to be too happy because the events of the movie were just a little too messy for that but generally sets up the characters to be happy together in the future.

Hello! I have wonderful news, I found "A gschicht über d'Lieb" with English subtitles. It has been mentioned on your blog already but at that time it was only available with Russian dub or Russian sub and German dub. As I'm Russian, I watched it, but until now didn't see it with English translation so you guys could see it too. You should see it cause it's a GOOD movie, of course I can't guarantee that everyone will like it but to me it was better than the majority of canon incest movies.

Also, I have been looking for the movie "Ana's desire/El deseo de Ana" in English or Spanish (sadly haven't seen it even in original Spanish, only in Russian dub). It is a wonderful movie as well, so if I have any luck I'll let y'all know, if I find the original and English subtitles separately, I'll combine them and send you a link to the file :)

You won't believe it, but just like the minute after I sent you the message I found this movie I have been looking for in the videos of the same VK user.

AS WELL as the other movie I have not seen, but which has also been mentioned in your blog as one with no English subtitles available. It's called "Rieke's liebe".

So, I guess us incest shippers really have a lucky day and we all should say thank you to the user with the nickname "True Like"!!!!! Also, if someone has problems with the access to VK (as it's a Russian site and I don't know how it works in other countries), let me know, I can download the movies for you and send you a link! :)

This is a great day! I remember leaning about these movies and being disappointed there were no English subs. Thank you for continuing to search, and thank you to VK user True Like, who is clearly One Of Us.

A Gschicht über d'Lieb (submission)

So i found this, movie on imdb that has a promising brother / sister premise  but not able to find it online or for download, the movie name is : 

A Gschicht über d'Lieb

Is anyone able to find this...

It may not be available yet. I don't fully understand the process, but sometimes these movies don't get digital releases until several years later. We just need to keep checking. It sounds excellent.
