#personal#i've been having so much dissociation trouble lately that i started wondering if any vitamin deficiencies could cause it#lo and behold b12 has a lot of psychological effects#not all of which are completely catalogued#but uhhhh#nausea fatigue anxiety and mental fog#hmmmmm#so i started trying to figure out what to do to supplement my diet with b12 to see if it changes anything#and clams are apparently super rich with it#got a can of clams and some clam chowder and threw it all together with extra garlic thyme parsley red pepper flakes and#a cup of chicken broth to kind of mellow out the cream a bit since i'm not a fan of super super milky things#i think everything about the chowder except the clams tasted fantastic#very bizarre experience#i would somehow smell the 'everything else' and be like 'mmm' and then get a separate whiff of sediment smell and be disgusted#the broth tastes good each bite until the 'i opened my mouth in the ocean' taste settles in#the clams are an acceptable texture#wish it was easier to enjoy seafood for me
