Okay so after the zucchini thing we went around asking each other the same question and decided to put it in a poll. Here you go here is that poll :>

Some of the options were longer but like we cut 'em down for fairness. Also some of these were answered earnestly some were just... well you can see.

We'll post who picked what/the longer descs when the poll timer runs out, again, to make sure things are fair

Explanation for each under cut, because it’s actually really interesting to us lol.

“Main system”

This is where most of us are lol. It’s also where Admins “in sys body” is (even though they’re labeled outside) which is actually how we label front. In here there is also the testing Subsystem, where the brain “tests” new members before they become full headmates because our brains a fucking robot. There is also the enigma.

“Smaller system”

Another system that doesn’t have as much members. This are where the R/z’s live (those that are full headmates and not fragments, with the Exception of R1Z and Rizz (and also R/z (the original) who is technically next to the host. We have a lot of these fuckasses don’t- don’t question it).

The citadel

The place where headmates go when they hate the main system but cannot access that smaller system. Only certain headmates can enter there. Most factives live here.

The memory catacombs

That entire fucking rectangle is where the fragments and pieces live. It’s also where all of our memories, fake memories, and other shit is. It’s like a giant infinite maze, except you can leave whenever because it’s in the brain and you just have to want to leave and you will find the exit very quickly.

Sometimes you can just fuck off I guess. Technically where ???? Is, and also where Beans goes sometimes when it’s done with our shit.

Finally, the moment you've all been waiting for........

INTRO POST!

We're a system - mediple, most likely - of about 9. We named this blog/our system the Enigma System because... well, no reason really, enigma is a fun word with a funky meaning. And it had alliteration with "et al" which was cool too. And we wanted to use et al in our url cause we thought it'd be funny

This is just gonna be a (hopefully quick) intro post just to introduce the peeps here. I'm Jay I'll be your captain this evening since I'm the one who finally got around to making this. As such I'll be starting with my intro first then going in order from most often fronts > least often fronts and only be sharing info that I know the others are okay with having shared

We got picrews for everyone but some of them aren't all that accurate so I'll hold off on adding them for now

(perspective might change as people edit their bios, so, some of them are still Jay talking about them and some are the person talking about themself. We'll fix this we pinky-promise)

imagine those like jockbro dudes that you knew in high school but if they were also a theater kid and not as dumb as you thought

he got his name and appearance from a DND oneshot we were in once. We literally made up the character the morning of the session and when we were there things got all fuzzy and we got really drowsy all of the sudden and i think what happened was Marshall was heavily in front at the time, and he kept making choices for the DND character that F kept having to backtrack on cause they had different ideas for who the character was. Marshall was insistent that the guy was a complete dumbass and F wanted him to like NOT be an idiot so it would have to revoke what Marshall had said and then. Well i guess Marshall decided the funniest way to get the final say would be to literally assume the guy's identity which i mean yeah that... That Works.

This was around the time we were considering plurality and i was pretty much the only one F thought was here so when that happened it was like huh. Maybe we should look into that plurality thing a bit more

No idea how long he's been here before that though. Could have popped in just then could have been here for years
