Mom & Dad-
I made it to Chula Vista with my gf Melody Gray.
We had to rescue her from her violent boy toy on Thursday.
My Camp bro agreed to move her! He picked her up from Daniel's where she was renting a home in Anza to Scott Clarke's! ):
Scott I'd a 40+ year ex-con I'm militia. He went through our things and attempted to steal many valuables. He's a partner of Dennis Sketchly (Nelson-Campbells!)
Melody is trying to file a RO against her mom Darlene from Idyllwild Health Center.
Darlene slandered her and I to hide sexual assaults and child abuse on my case and from her boytoy. He bullied Darlene to attempt a RO! ):
Melody says he raped her before she was of age.
I'm worried of his motivations with mulatto 15yo granddaughter! She's sending her mom coded messages on tiktok.
Dr. Cash wanted me to use a naturopath asap for my detox!
Grateful for Melody!
Melody also called to tell me about her nurse mother's hippa violations on my case & will provide screenshots for court.
Her mom, nurse Darlene not only slandered her- she smeared me to her daughter- in writing- and lied on behalf of Queresheri office at Idyllwild Health; Dr. Natalya; receptionist Nikki; it is iehp insurance fraud with Riverside county like so much foul play on my case! It's not enough that Dr. Keane was fired for being a gay discrimination bigot to mothers in Palm Springs! Elephant in room is Dr. Singh & Dr. Anderson trying to kill me for x's attys & more pranks that are stipulated to be attempted murders in false name of probate law!
We have a doubt about Dr. Sunil Rawal under circumstances and need to prosecute before militia take matters into own hands- as they've threatened, shown, and promised to do!
Prudent kind thing would be to deport him back to UK for ww3 Defamation Trial and return all with apologies & damages at once! Reunite me with my rightful children and parents in all our homes!
My Encinitas Desert Naturopath Dr. Heather is unavailable until November celebrating her 9/15 50th Birthday!(:
It worked out well that Melody was available!
We've been juicing, drinking lime water all day- from our tree- and she put me on tinctures from Huckleberry & Cleavers!
She has me do body masks with clay & honeyed apple vinegar! It's calming inflammation & encouraging nano Particles to purge!
I've been buying herbs, cooking & cleansing! Rambotans help & fresh fruits/veg from Asian markets!
We are starting home prep with ghee soon!
Doing laundry- happy to sleep stretched out again warm & safe!
I'm grateful for a "safe home" with a bath for treatment.
Her friend has been helping us get our things and we share a "women's" bath! The water and daily routine with fresh hot food is helping my routine!
This is an adult only home though & I still need my kids/assets asap.
Can you help?
I never agreed to sale of 1067 Neptune Ave & was targeted for my monogamous faith & belief systems for United States Autonomy!
Courts said they had a doubt about me every time I asked for my home & assets; or disclosed truth! They doubted I was a realtor and a mom- I had to repeatedly prove truth with evidence like Encinitasbeachhome.com reality etc until x hacked all down like a gay terminator.):
It was insane in-house domestic & UK terrorism.
Thanks for stopping this organised crime in divorce courts by taking a stand, using your word and voice, vows; honoring our family "faith" in testimony & energy; support in consciousness minutely- like only a parent can.
Thankyou for generous birthday support!
I love you! Xo
Eternally grateful,
All love,
Nitya
PS I'm close to Mexico border and will get pharmaceuticals clinically proven to be effective for treating lymes & covid 3. Do you need anything?
Miss you!!!!!
PSS Do you have Oscar Orvidsson & Susan Nowak's numbers? Haydn stole my phones in data rape. I need all contacts, possessions and assets restored + damages & refunds today. Thankyou! Xo

How to finance your home purchase in California, including options for loans and down payments.
Are you ready to buy a home in California? Congratulations! You are about to embark on an exciting journey that will provide you with a place to call your own and a solid investment for your future. However, before you start browsing through listings, it's important to understand the financial aspect of purchasing a home in California. In this blog, we will discuss the various options for financing your home purchase, including loans and down payments.
Loan Options
There are several loan options available for homebuyers in California. The most common are the conventional loan, FHA loan, and VA loan.
Conventional Loan: This is a loan that is not backed by the government. The lender will require a minimum credit score of 620 and a down payment of at least 5% of the purchase price of the home.
FHA Loan: This loan is backed by the Federal Housing Administration and is designed for first-time homebuyers or those with lower credit scores. The minimum credit score requirement is 580, and the down payment is only 3.5% of the purchase price.
VA Loan: This loan is exclusively for veterans, active-duty personnel, and their spouses. The loan is backed by the Department of Veteran Affairs, and there is no down payment required.
Down Payment Options
The down payment is the amount of money you pay upfront towards the purchase of your home. The down payment requirement will depend on the loan type you choose. However, it's worth noting that the higher your down payment, the lower your monthly mortgage payments will be.
If you don't have enough savings for a down payment, there are several options available to you:
Gift Funds: You can receive a gift from a family member or friend to put towards your down payment. However, the lender will require documentation to show that the funds are a gift and not a loan.
Down Payment Assistance Programs: Many states, including California, offer down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers. These programs provide financial assistance towards the down payment and closing costs.
Top Realtors in California
Now that you understand the financial aspect of purchasing a home in California, it's time to find a top realtor to help in your home search. A reputable realtor will not only help you find your dream home but will also guide you through the home buying process.
Here are some top realtors in California to consider:
1. The Agency: This luxury real estate brokerage has offices in Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Palm Springs, among others.
2. Compass: With offices throughout the state, Compass boasts some of the best realtors in California.
3. Coldwell Banker: This national brokerage has been around for over 100 years and has a strong presence in California.
Conclusion,
Financing your home purchase in California requires careful consideration and planning. However, with the right loan and down payment options, as well as the help of a top realtor, you can achieve your dream of owning a home in the Golden State.

My weekend in Palm Springs- I left LA on a cool Friday evening, I proceed down the long straight road out of the cold and into the warm sweet air of the Desert.
Seasons are fickle in Southern California (what seasons people will always remark?) We have seasons you just have to be aware of them. You can tell by the crisp cool air that faintly blows in from the Pacific from late September to November. You know Fall is here by the way it feels on your skin, the ever so longer evenings that give way to winter.
The fall in Palm Springs is magical, comfortable and for a lack of a better word “Stunning”. With a light breeze overhead and the warm Autumn sunshine, it is no wonder why this is such a coveted place to call home. I fell in love over the weekend
Let me tell you!
I fell in love with you over the weekend and have every intention to seek out your warm inviting way again soon. I may even decide to start a second real estate business down here as you and I just seem right for each other.
The Foo Fighters wrote in their lyrics to the song Outside ( a story of music and geographic differences between LA and mysterious deserts) You’d never know it but L.A has mascaraed itself as Urban Oasis but when you take the long straight road, out of the cold to a place you can leave it all behind the true geographic nature of what Southern California really is reveals itself to you.
A desert oasis where you can truly leave it all behind!
I truly enjoyed the scenery and the warm relaxing air of the desert.
The El Rancho Vista Estates – a collection of 75 Mid-Century Modern and Traditional homes tucked away in a quaint neighborhood just north of the Palm Springs Airport. Wexler & Harrison along with Developer Roy Fey designed & built and drew these modern but simplistic homes in an era for the post-war generation that would populate the west.
Good Night Palm Springs I will be back to enjoy yet another getaway under your warm skies.
The homes in this track vary with open floor plan layout, floor to ceiling windows in the den/ living room, (One upgrade I would make is to replace the single plate-glass windows and slider with new dual pane windows and the slider doors throughout the house to insulate the home from the notoriously hot summer months.
The telltale style of these Wexler Mid-Century modern homes includes flat roofs, butterfly roofs, and the down-turned eave, which became something sign in later Harrison/ Wexler projects.
Flat Roof | Mid-Century | El Rancho Vista Estates | Palm Springs
Butter Fly Roof | Mid-Century | El Rancho Vista Estates | Palm Springs
The location of these homes is a bit off the beaten path from Downtown. El Rancho Vista Estates is close to the brand new housing development and Escena Golf Course. Within walking distance, Escena offers golfers and local residents a relaxed dining experienced dog-friendly outdoor seating and mellow views of the San Jacinto Mountains along with the rolling green golf course that tops off this development in the area.
Should you be in the market for a brand new home with 21st-century amenities in the Palm Springs area. Than Escena is the place for you! This new housing development that boasts brand new Mid-Century styled homes centered by sprawling state of art Golf Course.
Escena Golf – Ranked as the #6 Public Course in California by PGATOUR.com, this Nicklaus Design golf course is noted for its unobstructed sight lines, generous driving corridors and the overall strength of its design. Ranked as the #6 Public Course in California by PGATOUR.com, this Nicklaus Design golf course is noted for its unobstructed sight lines, generous driving corridors and the overall strength of its design.
Escena Golf course Ranked as the #6 Public Course in California by PGATOUR.com, this Nicklaus Design golf course is noted for its unobstructed sight lines, generous driving corridors and the overall strength of its design.
These homes pay homage to the Mid-Century feel of Palm Springs these homes offer today’s buyer or retirees contemporary finishes, spacious living conditions with easy access to the golf course right outside your backyard.
I hope you found this blog informative, inspiring and served as a bit of escape from your day. I felt inspired to write about my discovery over my weekend getaway to the Desert. I left LA excited on cool Autumn evening and escaped to the warm embrace of Palm Springs.
It was hard to leave your warm evening but I shall return now knowing what I want and where I would like to end up is inspiring to me. No wonder California is the envy of so many? How could it not? There is something out here, just take the long straight road, out of the cold, to this place that you can leave it all behind.

Investing in Private Aircraft Hangars in Palm Springs, CA
Palm Springs is a known favorite destination for celebrities and a growing hub for private aircraft travelers and owners. The market for private jets is again soaring, resulting in high demand for private aircraft storage. There's a unique real estate investment opportunity to take here and invest in private aircraft hangars in Palm Springs. Here are five benefits of investing in a private aircraft hangar in Palm Springs. Benefits of Investing in Private Aircraft Hangars in Palm Springs High Demand California has the country's 3rd most private aviation flights and the largest private jet fleets, behind only Florida and Texas. The increase in consumer demand for private jets created a scarcity of aircraft storage. Although Palm Springs has a few airports with hangars that accommodate private jets, there's still a shortage of hangar space. Right now is the best time to invest in private aircraft hangars in Palm Springs because of the increase in demand. Location Palm Springs is ideally located near some of the best vacation destinations like Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas. Because these major cities are easily accessible, a private jet is ideal for a seamless getaway experience, making Palm Springs an attractive location for private aircraft travelers or owners. Ideal Climate Weather is one of the factors that can affect the condition of private aircraft. Luckily, Palm Springs provides one of the best locations to store aircraft because of its year-round desert climate. There will be little threat from rain, wind, ice, or snow, lessening the cost of weather-related damages. Plus, the warm temperatures make it ideal for aircraft maintenance and repair. Safety and Security Having a private aircraft hangar will protect private jets from harsh weather conditions. Other than that, it also provides a sense of safety and security for private aircraft owners. Appreciation Palm Springs, a popular destination for private aircraft flights, can bring more individuals to invest in aircraft storage. As the demand for hangar space continues to increase, there's a potential for appreciation of the value of private aircraft hangars, so investing in a private aircraft hangar now may offer a significant return on investment in the future. Additionally, the appreciation of private aircraft hangars can be a stable source of passive income, as it has the potential to increase in value over time.
