1.  Purpose: This memo provides the firsthand information regarding the current state of the planetary body MWG-419a, located in the Milky Way Galaxy 0.00001581 light years away from the central star.

Our shuttle landed at Latitude 33.812092⁰, Longitude -117.918976⁰ on the 3.479th Decade of the 51st Century. Our first patrol of the planet MWG-419a had shown no eminent forms of danger. The area that we have landed on looks to have once been occupied by intelligent life, but further investigations have failed to find any evidence that might lead us to believe that any beings have occupied this area recently.  Strange buildings surrounded our initial landing zone, though due to the lack of structural integrity, we were unable to explore many of them. These structures don’t seem to be for residence, as many of them are open to the elements and don’t seem to have any forms of temperature regulation or storage. Instead, it seems as though many of these structures have mobile elements and are akin to the amusement parks formally found on Kepler prior to the introduction of virtual reality in the 48th Century. One of our teams discovered a sign, which our translator believes states ‘The Happiest Place on Earth’. We have yet to determine what ‘Earth’ truly is, but we have assumed it to be the land mass upon which we have landed. I have included an image of this sign with this report, and hopefully our researchers are able to determine more about this strange area. As we explored the area, a faint repetitive song could be heard in the distance. We followed it, hoping to find some sign of life, but instead we found a hollow building. While the majority of these attractions are no longer functional due the extensive decay, one has continued running over the years, even though the signs of age are still evident. A deep ditch running through the building lead us to believe that this was once a source of running water, but it has since dried up and filled with organic matter which has fallen from the surrounding flora. While walking through this building, we were shocked to find it filled with small figurines that greatly resembled the Keplonian race. While they did have a bit more variety in terms of skin and hair colour, they were bipedal, anthropomorphic beings with almost identical physical features to ours. We have concluded that either these beings were researching our planet, which is unlikely due to their already apparent use of ancient technology, or the beings that occupied this planet had almost identical physical features to ours. These photos have also been included for your reference.  We plan to leave explore further, and will report any further findings shortly.
