For Selru (whom I answered the poll as): Living and In Contact. His parents and siblings all live in Old Sharlayan,and he sends moogle post FREQUENTLY. Like oh god so frequently. He's constantly writing letters home to his family and eagerly looking forward to letters from home since he got sent out on a secret Gleaner mission and Minfilia got in contact with his team lead and got his contract transferred over like he was switching sports teams. (He never even realized his contract got transferred though since it took time (he STILL Sends samples to his old boss) and he got booted from the gleaner guild without his knowledge when he did the whole raid on the Ultima weapon and literally *no one* told him cause everyone went ".... that's a stupid decision" and ignored it. Boy got back to Old Sharlayan and only then found out he hadn't been part of the guild for years. His biodad and non-bio mom are both gleaners, they coulda told him, but literally everyone gathers together to read his letters (including his friends from the gleaners guild) and decided to not tell him because he's still actively gleaning and doing shit like... Turning research on Nym from Archeology to Anthropology, helping various research groups like NOAH. But that's beside the point.) The whole reason the post moogle recognizes him at sight before he helps him out is cause of how many letters he writes and receives from family members. He loves his family and they love him back, and are super proud of him.

31. how does your wol work out? lifting? sports? walking? how often do they do it? is it for fun or to keep up their physique? do they enjoy it?

Selru, like most people, doesn't really consider us most frequent form of a workout as a work out cause it's just what he's always done, but having strong (What I call) Høyt fjell (High Mountain) Veena heritage of the Klippehopping (Cliff jumping) Variety from his Bio mothers side, he's CONSTANTLY climbing literal walls or parkouring his way up and down dauntingly tall structures without a second thought, and as an ex-Gleaner, he also thinks nothing of carrying heavy crates or large animals around. And generally doing a LOT of endurance running - he's Frequently free running everywhere he goes and thats a major workout. A lot of people don't see their daily job or normal activities as a workout even if its a lot of work. If asked what he does to work out he has to actively stop and talk about doing routines with some of those who follow him in his free company, joining them in their squats and pushups, and about once a month when he's not busy, or running laps with Alisaie, or about the time he helped the scions with their Post-The First Physical Therapy. He's too distractable to actually work out in an actual routine if he's not doing it socially. He does what he does mainly because he has so much energy and is genetically built for maintaining and defending large territories and generally has Hyperactive Impulsive type ADHD on top of it. He feels like he has to constantly be doing SOMETHING or else he'll start picking at himself or slowly dismantling the furniture. He doesn't quite just stand there and nod like the cutscenes suggest, but is frequently doing squats or actively carrying one (or both) of the twins under his arms despite being a 5'7" Vierqo'te not that much taller than them.

Selru literally teleports over to the Azim Steppe every year a few days early to join the Mol for it. Honestly he frequently ends up treating it less like a combat spree and more like a Parkour foot race now that he knows the way, augmenting his mobility with aether, trying to beat his own personal time to get to the new location. There was at least one year where he arrived before everyone else and cast sleep on those who were on his tail, and claimed the spot before anyone else could arrive. He still gave Magnai and Sadu a spar afterwards, though cause he knew neither of them would take the fight being over before they even arrived without a fight to prove he didn't use trickery.
