SELEUSS® XOCO80™ SERIES: with a cacao content of between 80%-89%, it is designed to bring you the taste of xocolatl or bitter water (Aztec), in a more palatable form.  This superior grade dark chocolate with its higher cacao butter content (~50%), has a creamier and smoother mouth feel than the typical dark CHOCOLATE and IS MILDER IN TERMS OF THE acidity and bitterness. This batch is made with cacao from 9.68% Ecuador, 48.41% ivory coast, & 41.91% SELEUSS proprietary blend.  LOTTO SPECIALI: BLOCK 135, total bars made: 12

INGREDIENTS: chocolate (cacao beans, Cacao butter, sugar, sunflower LECITHIN, vanilla)

CONTAINS: This product is processed in a facility that contains milk, eggs, wheat, PISTACHIOS, almonds, peanuts, cashews and other nuts.   

STORAGE: store chocolate BAR in THE ACCOMPANIED ZIPPEd POUCH, between 54-61°F (~12-16°C), in a dark and dry place, preferably in a wine cooler.  Standard refrigerator is fine. 

PREPARATION: For best results, please allow chocolate BAR to equalize to room temperature of between 68-72°F (~20-22°C) for approximately 5-15 minutes; depending on ambient room temperature and in an airtight environment to prevent moisture condensation on the surface of the chocolate BAR.

A simple yet decadent Non-Dairy Chocolate ganache made with our XOCO 85% Dark Chocolate and formulated with a special Italian non-dairy cream (Palm & Sunflower oil) and a touch of Organic Raw Blue Agave. This batch is enrobed in a 82% XOCO Dark Chocolate and free of decorations. (B1374, R1360)  Pairing: Your favorite Porter style beers, Ports, or Espressos.

INGREDIENTS: Chocolates (Cacao Beans, chocolate liquor, Cacao Butter, sugar, cocoa (alkalized), Sunflower & Soy Lecithin, Vanilla), non-dairy cream (water, 25% (palm kernel & sunflower oil), sugar (18%), emulsifiers (E435, E475, E477, E322 sunflower lecithin), stabilizers (E420ii, e464, e415, e412, e340ii), flavorings, sea salt.), glucose, organic raw blue agave nectar.

Onn, while not declaring himself the leader of their small gathering, but merely a guide, has taken upon himself the mission to grant these contructs and goalless beings under his wing a place to grow and develop without fear of being discarded.

Xocoe and Somke are in no way the firsts to be granted a place within Silgero but they have proven to be quite "advanced" for constructs of their kind (Onn is very wary of using such language to refer to their development but he doesn't have that big of a vocabulary to describe them).

The virtuous spirit within the cave watches over them and everyone else, what are her goals? why is she there? you would have to find her to find out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
