My worst ever OC was a personification of the old Wizards of the Coast official forums' tendency to occasionally fail to update its index for a couple hours at a time.

Any time this happened I would post a new thread describing the various crimes(petty godmoding, casting unapproved spells, larceny) my gremlin was committing against the rules of the free-form RP subforum I was active in, safe in the knowledge that no moderator could catch him until the blackout was over, by which time he would have already made his escape.

He was like a Waluigi of failing social media infrastructure. This amused nobody except myself.

Here's an interesting idea:

SMG4 Shattered Timelines: Reflected Generations A Mira-centric side story happening parallel to the Shattered Timelines AU's main plot that's heavily based on Shadow Generations. It wouldn't actually interact with the main plot in any way, so no need to factor it into events (unless any of the characters mentioned was going to be part of said events, in which case I can probably shuffle some things around. or scrap it if said involved characters include mira and/or worm)

Basically, thanks to the Abyss's time breaking bullshit several major events are in a state of flux, including both Worm's death in the Legacy Arc and his defeat at the hands of the First Four. He's fully aware of what's going on and capable of manipulating the fractures to a degree, and decides to use this as an opportunity to come back more powerful than he was even at his prime. Problem is, he needs someone with a significant amount of his code who isn't in temporal flux to act as a vessel, since otherwise his soul won't have any code to attach to when reality reasserts itself. And rather poetically, only a certain supersonic traitor fits the bill. He just needs to give her a push in the right direction using the other half of her code...

So Mira's now being forced to confront both sides of her origin story while running through areas from all over the AU timeline and beyond to restore them. And in the process she ends up meeting the time-displaced Chip (Sonic Unleashed Chip, not Admin Chip), Glitch and Red Doomguy, and getting assistance from Amy, Eggman and Larryboy.

Her version of the Radical Highway hijacking sections are Eggmanland from Sonic Unleashed (It probably should've been Apotos but an idyllic Greek seaside village with rolling green hills and windmills don't exactly fit the Vibe like a rusted, smog-choked cross between a factory, an amusement park and a medieval torture dungeon does), the two acts of each area are Day and Night stages Because Werehog Good, and she's collecting the Chaos Emeralds as well as new Malware Commands that let her actually tap into her virus side.

It's also a bit longer than Shadow Generations, with 5 bosses besides Worm; Rejection Waluigi, Cat Cursor (the alt timeline evil version in post-reveal form), Spicy Meme Generator 4000 (he's also aware of the timeline thing but doesn't get a chance to do anything with it), Showtime (her mind is actually from the present and she is EXTREMELY happy to not be a Prinny...and then she gets defeated and is transformed back into her Prinny form because of course), and a very different version of Mira from a completely separate universe (you know that one Danny Phantom RP that I sometimes mention certain ocs originated from? yeah Mira's from there too. She was completely different though, had nothing to do with Sonic and was instead a crazy evil AI accidentally created by MERF (from Fairly Oddparents) who was going to Frankenstein herself a cyborg body out of alien tech and freeze-dried Pixie organs and become a really fucked up Magical Girl).

Also, Worm's realized that by holing himself up in Eggmanland he has access to all the Dark Gaia energy it's mining, so that's gonna be a problem.

Hello to whoever stumbles across this post, I am currently in search of VA's for the Mario cast for a Mario VRC series I am working on. If you are interested there is some criteria you will need to meet, and some stuff you need to know. First off the qualifications you need to meet in order to join in the first place. You need to at least have an oculus, the ability to voice act a character, and of course all newbies must be 18 or older to join. So if you are interested look up my group The Super Mario VRC Adventures RP on vrc and request to join it. From there I will send you a friend request and invite you when you're only online to interview you basically, as well as perform an audition for the character you wish to voice act. Don't expect to come in expecting a role such as Mario to be available, and that you can just do a Mario voice and call it a day. We already have several people voicing characters, these characters include Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Larry, Roy, Ludwig, DK Snr, Wario, Main Yoshi, Main DK, Fawful, Iggy, and K Rool. As for avaliable roles you have Bowser, Main Toad, Morton, Wendy, Lemmy, Diddy, Boom Boom, E Gadd, Kamek, and King Boo. Note the available roles can end up changing sometime after this post is made, so be sure to check and see if that role is filled or not. Some character roles may not be listed on the group or here but they are characters I will end up using later on. Right now I am currently looking for someone to voice Bowser, Pauline, Kamek, and Toad. This is because I need VAs for these roles so we can start recording. I would like to mention here I am hoping to find someone who can do a movie Toad or 64 Toad voice over is current voice, since his current voice is somewhat grading. You will also need to make sure you will be able to show up for recording. Recording times will be anywhere between 7pm-10:30pm Central Time for recordings whenever possible. If you want to be part of it, this will be the recording times. Btw we could go past the 10:30pm time if need be. They won't be every week but whenever possible. With that being said some characters will be used more often than others, so make sure you pick one that you can handle. For example, will use Bowser far more often than we will use Waluigi, which should explain itself. Characters such as Toads, Goombas, Koopas, and humans anyone play and voice act whenever they aren't needed as their character. For example, say we need a Goomba to attack Mario for an episode while we don't need Roy in said episode. The Roy VA can stand in as a Goomba. Also, for further information simply read the rules and group info. Also, this project is for fun at least for now so there is currently nothing along the lines of payment.

as far as silly questions go, i've had a lot of real stinkers in my inbox before that absolutely kill me (though most i didn't respond to) - the sonic's mom rp is probably my favorite (though not really a question), and this is another fav i got back when i was taking requests

NAME.  Wario Scapelli

NAME MEANING.  The name "Wario" is a portmanteau of "Mario"⸺ and the Japanese adjective "warui" meaning "bad"; hence, a "bad Mario", which is also symbolized by the "W" on his hat, an upside down "M".

ALIAS(ES).  As of right now N/A, may change with more RP interactions

SPECIES. Half-Troll // Half-Human ETHNICITY. Primarily Italian, Sicilian, and about 16% German. Italian and Sicilian comes from his mother's side while his father is almost fully Italian but has a little bit of a German bloodline.

𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐕𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄.  I. In certain mythologies trolls are known for their shapeshifting abilities. Due to this, and seeing how in the Warioland series Wario is shown to be able to have some sort of shapeshifting qualities, I've always headcanoned him from a very early age as being a troll, or PART troll. I also feel that he looks the part and his need and love for gold could very well be a nudge towards how trolls also have a uncontrollable obsession over treasure//gold.

II. Because Wario is only a half-bred and not a pure-bred troll, he cannot shapeshift on command and it is very limited. He also must have contact; i.e touch, be touched, or get physically hurt from an enemy//thing in order to change his own form. He cannot though appear 100% human and will always have pointed ears and a bulbous nose.

III. Lastly, I always loved in the classical games when Wario was SIGNIFICANTLY bigger and taller than Mario AND Luigi, to the point where they are practically half his height. But I wanted to keep some aspect to how now he's a lot shorter I suppose than he used to be in the modern media. For that, I see that in human standards Wario is seen as really immense and big⸺ BUT for troll standards' for how big trolls typically are, Wario is seen to them as on the shorter side. ( also why to me explains how Waluigi is canonly above 7'0". I feel he is a troll too and its why Wario and him aren't related but still share some visual traits. )

II. DIGGIN' FOR GOLD. Yes, in both aspects WHWUWHAHAAH!!! Everyone knows Wario's forte for searching for gold ⸺ Some of this includes him actively venturing out into mines to see if there is anything left behind to even metal detecting on beaches to see if he can find any valuable goods that way.

III. SNACKING. Wario tends to eat out of boredom to simply craving something and going out his way to get what he desires. Sometimes he will eat even when he's not particularly hungry. Putting this to the side, even when he isn't snacking and just having a. ordinary meal⸺ Wario naturally eats far more than your typical average person does // is supposed to.

Despite this, the one thing Wario truly hates facing are going to the hospitals. Due to this, he tends to neglect his appointments there and has successfully not gone to a single doctor's visit in over a decade.
