Saw this post the other day about how someones pet peeve is when Spencer in fics sometimes states facts and data that wouldn’t have come out yet for when the story is set. And then I was thinking to myself of what if the info I use is like that and then I remembered I just lie and make up facts 😭😭 Like I get artistic integrity and all that but I’m writing fan-fiction on tumblr like a care but honestly not enough to fact check lmao

also I feel like it’s adds a bit of spice to it like I do like Lying unprovoked

okay but what if the criminal minds reboot was about the whole team in WITSEC living in the same suburb and pretending they don't know each other already... it could be like modern family with confessionals and new neighbours starting shit and then at night they meet in Emily's garage to talk about the case that put them in hiding

hey!!! i just saw your vanessa’s thoughts for the week thing, so sorry i didn’t see it sooner! if you are still doing it, what do you think was the cm writer’s worst decision in the show (like what was your least favorite arc or ending) and what do you wish they did instead? love you 💜

I have a lot of thoughts about this Okay so the writers honestly made a lot of bad writing decisions my opinion throughout the show but I think my worst ones for me and they are all equally bad so there’s no number one would have to bet he did arch, Rossi’s past hate crime than black child arch and Stephen as a character is generally.

Jeid from a ship standpoint I won’t even get into that cause that’s a whole other conversation 😭 but the writers their a good 14-year friendship for what like seriously what?? Because after JJ tells him that she loves him there's no going anyway with this declaration like she has two kids and husband and he’s there flipping godfather like! And even when JJ is in hospital and like she says she’s her first love and Spencer goes to see his mum and he’s like he has always thought he was gonna end up with her??? Like WHEN WAS THIS SHOWN EVER IN THE SHOW like the writers should have added little nuggets of love and longing looks or anything because it truly made no sense, like JJ and will get married Spencer looks so incredibly happy for her the writers do write that he has anxiety or doesn’t feel like going on make he have long glances at her in a wedding dress. Same when Reid and mave or a thing they are no indication that even a small part of JJ is jealous, I think jeid was sloppy and I get that tarting for season 14 were down and they needed to do something but it made no sense and especially the season they put it in.

like Rossi’s whole hate crime thing is genuinely so fucking weird and still makes no sense to me at all like the writers did a terrible job at that like didn’t bother writer how Derek would feel hearing that like honestly that episode plus have been done really well if instead of talking about the racist old Italian the show discussed what it was like for morgen from being a victim of racism and police brutality then becoming a cop and then fbi whilst also being a black man and what he has to deal with from the higher ups AND THE TEAM whilst being the only black person in it for a long time but alas this show is copaganda written in 2011 when black characters having good character arch’s written didn’t Exist.

I think that Stephens character in general was created poorly I don't know whether that's the producers or the writers fault so I don't exactly know because I don't really know how TV works but I think they had such a chance to to have redemption for the way they wrote and created Derek’s character. and even if he was only there for a season they still could have done more but they didn't and I think it goes to show I think a bigger problem of how little the writers cared about the pocs characters in Criminal Minds I just think especially when Stephens Luke and Tara Where all in a season together and they just could have done a better job such a bad job they just didn't go in depth with any of their characters and even if they were only there for three seasons that is enough that is enough time to have a background and go in depth on the three new characters and Tara was there for five seasons and yet all we knew about her was her brother and I dad and husband I think even the white characters in the Criminal Minds universe just also created and written poorly at sometimes and I think If and when they are doing the revival because I don't know whether that's actually happening I'm a bit confused😭😭 but if it does they need to work on that a lot
