Tuvok’s Mother
#drawing her for a little comic but then I thought this was a pretty drawing#so I added some adornments around her#bee doodles#She's a jeweler? or a collector/apprasier of jewelry#T'Meni#I characterize her as being as being doting on and tolerant of Tuvok...he's her only child and she had him after her first pon farr#this means she's quite young when she has him (like 28-30 which for Vulcans is very young to have a child) which she doesn't mind#Most of Tuvok's childhood she was away working/travelling and so he was raised chiefly by his father who was a bit stricter with him#Tuvok gives me the vibe of someone who was raised ... um.. 'upright but lenient' ?#A bit spoiled with his Kal-Toh Lessons From A Vulcan Master but expected to perform well and achieve whatever his parents wanted him to#if Tuvok wanted something his mother would usually give it to him#notably Tuvok didn't say his parents banished him - just his father - but also states that he does/did have a mother#since Sek names his daughter after her so I'm saying T'Meni was not very involved in his life as a child#but she's so beautiful is the thing#star trek art
