Emma’z Ediblez, is a fully customizable DIY Edible Kit, that aims to bring comfort; in knowing exactly what’s going into the treats your eating, Affordability; in under-cutting and competing with our top competitor in the market, (Paracanna) and most importantly FUN; by giving individuals, couples, friends, co-workers, and family a reason to gather and create not only a new memory- but a chance to bring customization back in the hands it should be- the consumers. As our span of life as a company will be short, we plan on selling every kit we could afford to make within our $50 seed fund money. 
Emma’z Ediblez will sell a limited edition, pop-up ‘Christmas only special’ DIY Ediblez Kit. We start by getting the consumer onto our website through Instagram or TikTok, and letting them begin the customization process. There they will have an option between 3 molds, 5 flavors of base, and 12 options for ‘Dip, Roll, or Dunk.’ Then, they will receive a kit with everything they need to start their edible process besides the THC or CBD Drops. In the kit they will also receive a full step-by-step user friendly guide to create the edibles as well as a chart on measurements for the edibles to make sure they are with legal limit. 
Location and Facilities:
Emma’z Ediblez will not have a physical location considering the budget. As a result of the cost that will be associated with creating the kits, we feel it is best to stick to being fully online and preparing the kits within my home to be shipped out to anyone that orders. 
Also, due to the nature of the product and the fact that Emma’z Ediblez will not be making the product themselves- no need for a commercial kitchen space. 
Legal Structure and Ownership:
Emma’z Ediblez is a sole proprietorship, owned and operated by Emma Delazzari.
Key Stakeholders include: Emma Delazzari and her $50 investment into my own business. 
Key Personnel:
Emma Delazzari- Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Creating the website for Emma’z Ediblez, Managing Emma’z Ediblez online traffic, posting and being active on all social media, creating and writing the guides, buying the product needed for the kits, doing the bookkeeping included in running the business, shipping the kits, and making them up as orders come in.
Suppliers and Partnerships:
Dollar Store, Food Basics, and Bulk Barn will be my main suppliers. 
Dollar Store- Packaging, Thank You Letter paper.
Food Basics- Corn Syrup, Jello, Toppings.
Bulk Barn- Gelatin, molds, liquid droppers.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
Detail how you will manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking.
As for managing the supplies and products I will be buying in order to assemble the kits, I will be limited to my $50 budget, So based on my projections for cost that would make me about 10-20 kits. When it comes to creating an instagram, this is how we will contact potential customers. We will advertise that they must ‘Direct Message’ to order. There, they will provide an address, and be told that the transaction must be cash only. If they would like the product delivered- they will be told there will be a $5-$10 additional charge for gas. 
When customers DM and place an order, I then get to assembling the kit, making sure that all the necessary tools, ingredients, and guide are in the kit in order for the customer to be able to complete the activity.
Quality Control & Production Processes:
In order to ensure the utmost quality control, would be to prepare each kit with a fresh set of gloves after washing our hands. Then, we would sanitize the Kit making Station before and after each kit. Emma’z Ediblez will always buy from reliable sources such as Food Basics, Bulk Barn and the Dollar Tree.
