Deepak Tijori Clears the Air on Viral Statement About Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh
Actor Deepak Tijori recently found himself in the limelight due to a viral statement regarding Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. Initially reported as Amrita stopping Saif from making a cameo in the 1993 film “Pehla Nasha,” Deepak has now come forward to clarify the situation.
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Deepak expressed his dismay over the misrepresentation of his words. He explained that his original statement was about the camaraderie among actors during the premiere scene of “Pehla Nasha.” Contrary to the viral narrative, Amrita’s reaction was not to prevent Saif from participating but rather to commend the supportive bond between actors. Deepak emphasized, “I never said that Amrita stopped Saif from going to the premiere.”
Setting the record straight, Deepak reiterated his respect for Amrita Singh, describing her as a wonderful woman and a supportive actor. He expressed disappointment over the distortion of his words, stating, “I wake up and I get pained when I see the news stories. I never said that.”
With this clarification, Deepak Tijori aims to rectify the misunderstanding surrounding his statement. While both Saif and Amrita have yet to respond to the viral comment, Deepak continues to focus on his upcoming directorial venture, “Tipppsy,” set to release in theaters on May 10th.

Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani is an incredible movie and I recommend you all watch it, and they have the perfect usage of a sequin shirt.
#my random stuff#OKAY LOOK THE MOVIE WAS INCREDIBLE.#SHOWSTOPPING.#TAGS BELOW ARE SPOILERS.#LIKE THE THEMES AND EVERYTHING KNOCKED ME OFF MY FEET.#It was humorous but also hard-hitting. A perfect blend.#I really enjoyed their theming with Tijori because they show that you can’t make up for past actions and that you don’t deserve#forgiveness just by virtue of deciding to change. Forgiveness must be earned.#It is too late for forgiveness but never too late for change.#The people you are around influence you.#And you need to have a spine and self-respect but you should also teach people.#If you shame those for fucking up they are less likely to be willing to learn.#If people have support or someone who is willing to teach them change will occur.#People are a product of their environments.#And they can choose to take that but it takes influence.#I loved when he decides that he doesn’t have to follow his grandmother and says that she has to live with herself.#Because she does. And it hits so hard.#She is now alone. Her family has left her. Her actions had consequences that she must live with.#LOVE THE MOVIE SO MUCH.

I just finished watching Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and...idk...I actually, keep thinking about Dhanlakshmi. Idk why. That character was always in the background, so imposing, even with limited screen time and dialogues, her influence was felt everywhere. So suffocating and so... miserable, lonely, arrogant, and just pathetic. She made everyone suffer. She made her own son pathetic. He would follow her around blindly, she never let him near his father. The reason was stated by Rocky that she didn't want Tijori to become a poet like his father. I...I really feel like her story was also worth exploring. Maybe, it's just that Jaya Bachchan is a POWER HOUSE who can give so much depth and nuance to even a villainous character like Dhanlakshmi. Her range is so amazing...and her story too ended after marriage. She is Amitabh Bachchan's wife, no longer her own personality in the public image. Mind you: I AM NOT BLAMING AMITABH BACHCHAN. I understand it's just the whole society, and the situation of that time. But watching her acting chops, her comedic timing, her venomous words as Dhanlakshmi, her pain and helplessness at watching the husband she estranged being purely in love with another woman, who loved him back, her losing the only "bond" she shared with her son...the bond that was made by her controlling him like a puppet, all that...and you still FEEL her pain. She is an abuser who was also abused and who probably never got support from her passive husband. I see all that story, just from Jaya's expressions.
I was thinking, the whole time, will she get the chance to make up with her husband? Her son? Will that even be a fair ending to a ruthless character like her? The answer is no. She got the ending she deserved. Ending up alone. With the only person she ever served. Herself. And at that age, it's near impossible to have the energy and motivation to change. She did the only thing she could do. Repent. That too, she did in her own way. Sitting alone, with her imposing portrait hanging over her head.
Dhanlakshmi got a fair ending.

pata nahi kyun par,
jub likhne baith ti hu
to likh nahi paati hu.
pata nahi kyu par,
jub padhne baith ti hu
to padh nahi paati hu.
Har vakt tera khayal aata hai,
kuch Bechain sa mujhe khaye jata hai,
tujhe yaad karna to nahi chahti
par yaadon me har baar tu hi aata hai
Aisa nahi ki maine bhulane ki koshish nahi ki tujhe,
Koshish jab bhi ki , na bhula paayi tujhe,
Diwali me tu kiske saath diye jala raha hoga ye sochti rahi,
holi me kisko rang lga rha hoga ye sochti rahi,
bas sochti he reh jati hu.
Pata nahi khana bhi khaya hoga ki nahi,
ya samay pe nind li hogi ki nahi,
kahin fir kisi se khafa hokar toh ni baitha hoga?
ya fir nayi tasvirein li hongi ki nahi?
Khali khali sa lagne laga hai Mera jahan,
najane tu hai kahan?
Ab tere baare me kuch likhna bhi nahi chahti,
khair tune bnai thi jo yaadein wo bhi purani hogyi.
magar likh ti hu to tere he baare mein,
agar tere baare mein na bhi likhna chahu to bhi tu aa jata hai likhavat mein,
kabhi kabhi sochti hu agar tu Naa hota to kya m kabhi ye sab likh pati?
Tera aana meri zindagi ka sabse khubsurat daur tha,
dil ne kaha ab in yaadon ko sambhal ke rakhna,
kisi ko aane mt dena,
yeh uski khubsurat yaadein kisiko le jane mt dena,
band krke rakh tijori me ise kisi ko aas paas bhatakne bhi mat dena,
motiyon se piro kr rkhna uski yaadon ko,
tut jaye moti ka haar to sambhal kar rkhna,
kho diya to khud ko he kho dogi,
bas khud ko khona nahi chahati isliye yaadein sambhal kar rkhti hu, har raat in yaado mein khud ko piroti hu.
Har bar sochti hu ab tere baare me nahi likhungi par,
har baar shirshak tujhi ko likhti hu.
