oughhh god thinking about kabrin dealing with necromancy. how when he can't control it his undead try to protect and comfort him despite being the cause of his distress. how he'd thrash and scream and cry over being touched by them and watch as they claw each other apart for being the source of his fear. how they slowly became a comfort against their horrific and dangerous nature and how they would quite literally cocoon themselves in their own agony. their own greatest adversary welcoming them with open, rotting arms.
