To try and untangle this whole silly thing:

Next Girl is a friend of his. Nothing more, nothing less. They've been friends for at least 4 years, and she posts pictures of the two of them posing in a very cozy way every time she sees him out at a party (which is often). Unfortunately, a few of her posts with him breached containment this time and hit the "OMG HE'S TOUCHING HER THAT MUST MEAN THEY'RE MARRIED" side of the fandom and now she's Next Girl lol.

TSM (yea, no clue how that started lol)...well, nobody knows what's going on there, but he's been seen with her a couple times now - once when a "fan" took a sneaky pic of them hanging out and plastered it all over social media, and once during this whole party week. Whether he's just hanging out with her, casually dating her, or picking out China patterns for their wedding is anyone's guess.
