Nothing has radicalized me as much as being a newly-working teacher in a community college and realizing I and absolutely everyone I work with is a part-timer.
So that's how they're keeping prices down huh
#I am so bitter#literally nothing will work well or get better people will just be in and out#I have been sooo pro-community college up till now#the fuck is this seriously#They'd probably do that for K-12 employees if the schedule and nature of those schools allowed for it#If K-12 teachers didn't need classrooms and students didn't come to them instead of the other way around
