as much as I hate the culling games. It has the courage to ask the question (which has probably never been asked before): what if The World Ends With You was bad and overcomplicated and the ending was anticlimactic and inconclusive and in general unsatisfying?

And it answered that question. With (checks notes) a hundred and twenty seven* fucking chapters??? And the answer was: it would be bad, overcomplicated, and a waste of my time.

*Obviously not all of the 127 chapters focused on The Culling Games but the culling games WERE ongoing during all of the arcs within, including the Shinjuku showdown, and Im talking about the culling games in the context of the In Universe Game rather than the Arc Of The Manga.

Also it starts on chapter 143 and the manga officially describes it as Over in chapter 270 so that's where 127 chapters comes from. Which is also 47 Fucking Percent of the manga
